Great private location. Conveniently located next to restaurants, shopping, nightlife and ATV/Golf cart location. Hot water was great! Beach supplies were great amenities. Would definitely stay again. 7 min walk from Ferry also convenient. Thank you!

Julia was a great host! We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean. The vibe of the place is amazing. We felt at home. If we are back to Puerto Rico again, we will definitely stay at Julia's again.

Girls weekend with 4 ladies from Denver, Ariel’s place was perfect for us! Great location, communication was excellent. We especially appreciated the blender and provided beach towels. Hot water and shower pressure were great, comfortable beds and air conditioning was more than adequate (we got cold at night and had to turn it up). Grocery store, Amigo, was close by (need a car) and had everything we needed (including local rum). Neighbor Jose was kind and helpful. Area felt safe (walkable at night to nearby restaurants- highly recommend La Fonda). Nice stretch of beach is an easy 5 minute walk away. Will definitely be back!!

Hugo was such a great host! So helpful and responsive when I couldn't find the place. His place is awesome! Just as pictured. He has great suggestions for the area that you receive after booking. Even has hospital info, should you need it! We will definitely come back!

A great place to stay in Fajardo!

My mom and I were happy there and felt very comfortable. The place is great and easy to get to. The hosts were great and attentive. I would go back there again.

For the cost this was a great place. You have all the essentials and the site is right next to the highway. You can get to Guavate in less than an hour as well as Fajardo. There's a great bakery in the neighborhood for your daily pan sobao needs and a Walgreens and Walmart very close by. The apartment itself is spacious and up to date. WiFi was good and the smart TV was a nice to have when getting ready in the morning or when laying down in the evening. My only minor inconvenience was the GPS was sending me to a residence a few houses down the road but was able to find the place within 10 minutes.

Just stayed here on my recent trip to Puerto Rico! And I have to say I really enjoyed the stay. The home was clean, the AC was amazing, and they provided towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sunscreen, and mosquito repellents! We also appreciated the waters that were in the fridge as well. You do hear airplanes taking off late at night and early in the morning, but I did not mind it one bit. I definitely recommend this space to anyone!

It was my first solo trip so I was a little nervous but staying at this airbnb made me feel safe and right at home. nice neighborhood, i loved sitting on the porch in the mornings. the wifi wasn’t working and Jose responded quickly and fixed it. I would stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything.

Excellent Host and place. My 5th stay in las Dolores and everytime its a blast Very peaceful place to stay.

Great responsive host beautiful place for just two people very clean nice area easy to find. I recommend using Google maps to find the place. I recommend bringing extra bath towels as you only get two for your stay. I also recommend bringing an extra blanket if you don’t like thin blankets. Beach chairs are included. That was a really nice touch. Home is stocked with things like shampoo and toothpaste. One down side is a rooster that lives next door but every place here has roosters and chickens I will be coming back soon !

Everything was like in the pictures. Clean apartment with everything you need to stay at home. Communication with the host uy good. If I was in something, I was quick to respond and it was resolved quickly.

Had an amazing seven-day stay at this Puerto Rico apartment! The host was fantastic—super friendly, quick to respond, and made sure everything was just right. The apartment itself is in a perfect central location, making it easy to explore all the best spots. It’s well-equipped with all the amenities you could need for a longer stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay here. The pool and the beach felt very private and we sat out on the porch every day for coffee and evening drinks. We were able to talk over the main resort when we wanted to use the restaurants, but we didn't have to deal with the crowds. There were a ton of beach and pool toys that our kids loved and the beds were comfortable.

The place is as described, beautiful view of the ocean. Very responsive host, we have some lights out in the back porch and the host sent someone immediately to fix it. Very nice location we really enjoy the time at Las Casitas

Easy, very clean inside and out with pools and great beach access. Host was very responsive and a great value. I highly recommend this rental.
