Cabin holiday rentals in Rollins Reservoir

The house and grounds are beautiful, private and welcoming. We have stayed in many AirBnBs over the years but none more inviting. The autumn leaves were on fire and the smell of pine forests and wood fires was a reason to linger. You will not want to leave this treasure. It is an amazing find. We stayed for Thanksgiving week and enjoyed the sites and beauty of Nevada City. But the real find is the house and its sanctuary. We will return.

Beautiful home! Had all the amenities needed and felt right at home but with a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and view.

Loved our stay at Allison’s cabin. It was so quaint, peaceful and cozy! We loved her welcome basket and the attention to detail to ensure our stay was memorable. The grounds were serene and sitting in the spa with the cafe lights at night was magical. We would love to visit again! Thank you again for your hospitality!

Beautiful escape to the woods! Our group of 12 stayed here and really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is beautiful, and Nevada City is such a cute town! Also, its only about an hour drive to the mountains for any ski lovers out there.

There was a variety of snacks that were left for us, which was very appreciated. Also the hot tub was the star of the show! The place is clan and it comes with everything that I could think of. Highly recommend.

Very cozy place, perfect place to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet for a few days. Internet was a little slow, but it was still good enough for remote work (we didn't try turning video on for our meetings though). We would love to come back here, the hot tub and wood burning stove were great. Chadi was very quick to respond to any questions.

We appreciate the opportunity to stay at your cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and found the location very convenient for accessing Sugar Bowl. You and your team are quick to respond to any messages or calls. The kids had a lot of fun playing upstairs while the adults enjoyed conversations downstairs. The cabin is very clean and was warm upon entering. We will defiantly stay here again. Thank you for the snacks.

We had a great stay with our dogs! The house was cozy and we enjoyed using the fireplace and hot tub. It was about 40 minutes away from Sierra-at-Tahoe. The house stayed warm and comfy. We even bbqed one night. Would stay again.

This place was perfect for my family!!😊 we fall in love with house design, landscaping and the surroundings. It looked exactly like in the pictures. The surroundings were peaceful, beautiful nature and taking a walk in the morning with cold breeze and fresh air just reduce your daily life stress to lower level. The place was very clean, filled up with all essentials needed and even enough firewood for the fireplace. Kelib checked on us during our stay to make sure we have everything we need. He always responded promptly to all our inquires. It is one of the place with 100 % of excellent service. Thank you for your place that made our family have a wonderful experience. Would definitely come back. 🤗

Definitely would stay again. We liked the cabin and nice location. Met our needs. Only wish there was an earlier check in and check out without paying a fee. But then again I didn't ask for an exception.

It was an honor to stay at the fairytale cabin made me and my family feel like we went into a different dimension away from all the chaos and clutter of the world. Living the true fairytale experience with beautiful and cozy atmosphere and such a great host. Susan stopped by just before we parted ways and she was the kindest soul you could ever imagine we talked and even though it was short it felt like i was talking to my bestfriend. she also gave us a cup with a picture of her cottage cabin ( which she didn’t have to ) but she still did it and it will be a memory for me and my family will forsure comeback!!!

This was the perfect place for my friend and I to spend a few days over the holidays. The location is close to town and quiet, nestled amongst the trees. We enjoyed taking walks, staying cozy inside, and getting some recs for local sightseeing. Appreciated the flexibility and hospitality of our hosts!

A lovely getaway with my girlfriends. Grass Valley has a super cute downtown, and we were 1block from it! For a serene and quirky home with walking distance to a quaint downtown, this is a great little place.

This cabin is awesome. The peaceful wooded surroundings are great, the fireplace is nice and comfy, and there’s plenty to do inside the cabin.

The cabin is cozy, clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and convenient. But what really stood out for me (and really important) was communication. Ms.Christy always answered my messages and questions fast. We really love the cabin and are already planning to return next time we’re in the area. ♥️

My partner and I stayed here, and the first thing we noticed and appreciated was the cleansing crystals at each corner of the cabin. The kitchen has everything you need, with the exception of a microwave which we didn’t mind. Everything was clean, the energy here was airy and light. We could see stars through the skylight in the living room, and the earthy minimalist style made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Definitely would recommend!

The location and the whole vibe of the house was amazing! There were a few books i was reading into that caught my eye! Thank you for the experience will be back in the summer or spring.

Hosts were friendly and helpful. House was beautiful with personal touches. Overall great experience, location was quiet and convenient to access snow play and ski resorts. Will come back again for another trip!

We had an amazing experience at the cabin. The views were breath taking and it truly made for a relaxing weekend. It was very kid friendly and there was so much to do related to being outdoors. The hosts were very accommodating. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

We loved being at this cabin for 2 months. It was comfortable for our family of four. Our kids enjoyed the property tremendously it’s a beautiful piece of land not too far from downtown and close to the river. It had everything we needed and the host was great. We will recommend it to family coming into town for visits.

Me and my family had a great time at Nancy's place. We loved the cabin, it was perfect for us. Lots of space to hang out and beautiful view. It was so quiet and peaceful there. The downstairs family room and bedroom were perfect for my 2 grandsons to hang out while we rested in the upstairs area with very comfortable sofas & a nice wood stove. The mattresses were also very comfortable . We loved playing pool and pingpong!. Nancy is an excellent host, she always replied fast to my questions and was very helpful. With a large kitchen, with everything we needed for cooking and serving our Thanksgiving dinner! The surrounding area and her yard were beautiful with all the trees. We enjoyed our walks to the Big lake and also to the smaller lake, both near the cabin, which I recommend everyone to go. We will definitely book it again if we go to visit that area in the future. It was very dog friendly too which I appreciated very much! Thank you!
