Ann is extremely cooperative and easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean, quiet, functional, and everything was there to live independently. I would like to highlight Ann's love for animals. I was there with my 6 month old dog to IHA Wels, and Ann took touching care of both of us and recommended the best walks in the area. It was a win to meet Ann and spend a few days in her apartment. Anytime again! Highly recommend!

There were five of us there over the turn of the year and felt totally comfortable. The apartment is quite small but absolutely cozy. The centerpiece is the beautiful kitchen-living room with a comfortable sofa bed, which is used as a couch during the day. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had a cozy breakfast every day and cooked extensively. The apartment is a bit away from the center in a quiet residential area, but is very easily and quickly accessible with several bus lines - both from the train station and the center. Sylvia and Richard are great hosts. We were already provided with detailed information before arrival, and the check-in with key box and door code worked great. A warm message, a bottle of sparkling wine and of course Manner cuts were waiting to welcome you. :-) It was our first trip to Linz but we will definitely come back and would also like to rent the apartment again.

When you book with Helmut, you not only book a place to live, but if you are lucky and coincide with your dates, you can theoretically get an equally interesting conversation partner and stories.... trust me you won't regret it.... If you have a chance to get Helmut on some story night...then make sure to use it. The residence corresponds to the description... and if you want to relax in a quiet corner after the hustle and bustle of the big city, then this would be your best choice.

Quaint country house with feudal amenities and attention to detail 9/10 On the edge of the Bohemian Forest close to cozy ski areas, this house is also ideal for summer vacations. Equipped with loving details, each room tells a story for itself. The sanitary facilities are clean, beds pleasant, the kitchen-living room equipped with plenty of space and necessary equipment for shared cooking experiences, only a range is missing. The tranquility in the rural setting is fabulous despite the best road connection. The outdoor areas allow extensive games, barbecue evenings, and views of the weather-luminous mill district from above, and invite you to explore walks in the forest.

It was a very enjoyable stay! Extremely chill that there is also a swimming pool. Otherwise, we would not have known any advice with the heat. It was really very hot days though. The children also loved cooling off. So far played in the garden. The space is top! Until arrival, the host was easy to reach. Not very good since arrival. Fortunately, there is a contact person who you can reach out to if you have questions. It was really a bit of a search /track of what you can do in the neighborhood/area within an hour drive. The only thing that was terrible is the wasps. They are rather aggressive, especially by the pool. Our kids have been stabbed. It was a real nuisance. But apart from that, the rest is top! Would really like to come back.

We spent one night in Christian's apartment. I'm satisfied, everything was fine😊 Cozy, well equipped apartment. Our little boy was very happy about the many toys 🤗 Christian even got a travel cot, thank you so much for that! There is also a garden where you can sit outside very nicely in summer, also with many things for children. I can highly recommend it!😊

We felt very welcome during New Year's Eve 2024. There are numerous nice hiking trails nearby. A great place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

We were with a group on site and were very satisfied. The hostess is very friendly. The location is very good. The breakfast buffet with fresh organic eggs and delicious sausage was more than sufficient. Thank you for the nice time

The place was as described, super clean, super located. It wasn't promised that much. We enjoyed the days in Schärding thanks to the apartment. Always happy to come back!

A great big apartment in the perfect location. The apartment was as described and very cozy. Communication with the host was also very easy and everything worked smoothly:) recommended!

Richard's place was exactly as described - contemporary, clean, comfortable. Lots and lots of storage space, well stocked with essentials in both the bathroom and kitchen, and all the facilities/electronics worked. It's a peaceful area - no buses from Linz late in the evening, but I always felt safe walking alone at night. And I enjoyed the road-side stall selling flowers and vegetables, just a minute or 2 down the road.

Super great pozitiv woman, very accommodating in every situation. Clean cozy apartment, I felt at home as if I were with an acquaintance or friend because I knew it for a long time.

Perfect location for our family reunion. Close to tram which allowed car free transportation to areas of interest including the Haufbahnhoff and day trips to Vienna and Salzburg. Apartment felt more like a relative’s home than B&B. Only regret was we were so busy we didn’t have time to have a glass of wine with Judith and family. I highly recommend Judith‘s place. I don't know where to start: The apartment was clean, spacious in a quiet location - just perfect for us as a group! The bathroom with shower AND bath tub and large make-up mirror leaves nothing to be desired:) The small facility is perfectly sufficient for good music with clear sound! The communication with Margot was GREAT! At this point, thank you again for the helpfulness & flexibility :) (incl. The place is clean and cozy. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away, and it's only one stop to the main train station from there. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sabina's place for our trip to Linz and will definitely come back next time!
