We stayed there for 28 days, because of we open our New showroom at Goldsboro as a Regency Furniture. Home was very clean and peaceful, harmonious area and close with everything (shopping canter etc…) thank you 💐💐

Victor's place was just what I needed for my stay. Easy access to the highway. Close enough to town that it wasn't a hassle to get there, yet far enough away I could enjoy the peace and quiet (and watch the stars). The beds were comfortable, and loved that there were extra linens and pillows!. The jetted tub in the master suite was amazing!! The place had all the basic needs for a trip away. Will definitely choose this place again if it's available when I return to town!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and house was spacious and perfect for our family. Loved the sunroom and view of the river.

The house was very clean and nice! Clean towels and beds were comfortable. Lots of blanks and pillows as well! The host was great accommodating my group and they allowed us to have a later checkout time which we really appreciated. Checkout and checking in was super easy and convenient. I highly recommend staying here! It’s a clean, well-decorated home that has great amenities in a peaceful neighborhood. We had a great “staycation” and would definitely stay again. Umer and Sehar are great hosts and made the house feel like home.

Great home in Raleigh; close to downtown and easy to get to! Quiet street and friendly neighbors! Nice area to walk around and the outside deck was enjoyable! Just as pictured and clean! Highly recommend for visiting downtown Raleigh, like we did, and close to NC State as well. Quick, responsive and clear communication from booking to checking out!

Was in town for the Dreamville Festival. Perfect location for walking to shops and restaurants. Ride shares were plentiful to and from the park. Bob’s place was great, exactly as advertised!

Great stay! The place was exactly as described. Matt was great to communicate with and had responded quickly when there was an issue with the WiFi. Appreciate the cleanliness and the eco friendly products in the bathroom and kitchen. Easy walk into downtown. We are enjoyed both of the food recommendations offered.

We came into town for a hockey game at Lenovo Center and were pleased to find how close we were to the arena! It's not a super walkable area, but is a super easy and quick drive. Shannon gave us detailed and helpful instructions with photos on how to access the parking spot and get into the house, which was great. We were also granted early check in, which was an awesome surprise! The apartment itself is beautiful! Perfectly decorated, comfortable, modern, and clean. It is bright and airy, with live plants and a spacious shower. There was even fresh coffee and a filter already waiting in the pot for us! Such a thoughtful detail. The HVAC and multiple ceiling fans made for a comfortable climate. The space felt private, as it is fully detached from the house and above the garage. The parking space is in the drive immediately below, so a convenient spot for unloading bags. We would definitely choose Shannon's place again on our next Raleigh trip! Much better than a hotel!

This a very peaceful an comfortable place to rest while you are in the area. I would book the next time I am in the area. I felt right at home and relaxed the entire time I was staying there. David was able to answer all my questions in a quick timeframe.

We had an amazing stay at Lois's place. The house was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a stunning lake view from the balcony. It’s perfect for relaxation. Quiet and safe surrounding area, conveniently located. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was comfortably arranged. Lois is a fantastic host, warm, friendly, and responsive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Jessica thought of everything you would need. Light switches labeled, home grown spices, plenty of pots, pans, dishes and towels etc! Everything well thought of.

Place was clean and across the street from grocery store / shopping center so if anything is needed you're a short trip away. Host was quick to respond with easy check in instructions.

We loved staying here! Instructions were super clear on how to get in. Location is right in the center of Raleigh. I recommend Tucker Street Diner it’s super close by! Felt very safe and cozy in this unit. Had a problem with the unit above leaking water but host was very responsive and even gave us a discount for our next stay. Highly recommend booking!

This was our second time staying in this community. As before, it was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The space is well laid out, with comfortable furnishings. It was wonderful. We would definitely return.

Patti was extremely accommodating and readily available for any questions we had, (which were none)! Her instructions, from entry to departure, were, quite literally...."turn-key"! We had no questions or problems whatsoever and the welcome manual with instructions were simple and transparent. Hit "repeat"! Thank you, Patti! You were just great! Patti!
