Cozy little place within a 5min walk to the beach. Many restaurants and things to do nearby. The host was so nice, checked in and would promptly respond to my text. Will definitely be going back!

The place was really well appointed and had everything a family of five needed. It is right next to the beach and it’s an easy walk or drive. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Very beautiful surroundings and enjoyed the oversized deck. We had a great stay.

Joseph's place was ideal for our spring break! My kiddos loved the bunk beds and the pool right outside was well maintained and cleaned daily! The king bed was comfy and roomy, the shower was nice and the kitchen had everything to prep nice hot meals when we wanted to dine-in. This was a great stay overall!

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. We had an amazing stay, it was a short 5-10 min walk from the beach which was exactly what my group was looking for! Sheldon has anything and everything you could think of from a wagon to cooking seasoning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to family and friends

My family of five had a wonderfully restful week of swimming, fishing, kayaking and grilling in the open air while toasting the beautiful bay just feet away, colorful sunsets above and our border collie chasing her frisbee to exhaustion. Heaven!

John’s place was the perfect spot for a get away! If you are looking for quiet, cozy, clean place to stay. This is the perfect spot! John was super communicative with the stay and I had 0 issues! 100% booking again moving forward!

Kimberly was an awesome host! The unit was super clean and well stocked. My kids enjoyed the snack basket she supplied for us. The unit was right around the corner from the beach entrance and right off the main strip, super easy to find. Would definitely recommend to others and will be going back for sure.

We had such a great vacation at Diana and Benaia’s place. We came up to celebrate my husband’s birthday and they went above and beyond. They even had a cake there waiting for us when we arrived to celebrate. The bed was comfy and the place was right down the road from the beach, we could have walked. We will definitely be back!

I love the peacefulness of this place and Scott was always ready to answer questions. It was really easy with his instructions to have access to this place. Loved that we were able to bring our pet as well.

We stayed here with our two young boys for a family beach getaway. We loved the condo - it was roomy and comfortable! Some of our favorite things about the location were the easy beach access via the boardwalk and using the heated swimming pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We also loved spending time outside on the patio - you can easily enjoy the gorgeous Texas sunsets from there! The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We hope to come back again in the future.

Great stay with my adult children during the peak of spring break. The space is very cozy. Well kept and just a hop, skip and jump away from the beach!

Danny's place was awesome. Close to restaurants, couple of minutes away from beach. And right outside his back door the bay. Beautiful. My son fished morning and night right off the deck. Caught multiple fish. Also has a swimming pool and a hot tub couple of feet away. This is experience was awesome. My family had a great time. Danny always responded quickly to anything we needed. Home was clean and very spacious. Thank you Danny for opening your beautiful home to us. Would I recommend Danny's place of course. Can't wait to go back.

This place was phenomenal 🤩. We had a long travel day from Detroit, not knowing what to expect. Our first time in Texas. All I can say is this is one of the best places I have stayed. Absolutely stunning. Location was amazing. We simply could not have asked for a better vacation.

We had no problems, so there was no need to contact Courtney when we were there. The actual condo was good, but the complex outside grounds could use major updating. Slow time of the year, but never a problem parking a large pickup. Thank you!

My wife and I spent 5 weeks at this property, from late January through the end of February. We loved the space, the area where its located and the other great people we met in the building. Everything was as advertised, complete kitchen, comfortable beds, etc. We only had to contact Ken (owner) once or twice and he responded immediately. Our time there flew by as there was always something to do, whether on the Island or in Corpus Christi, the options are abundant. You could have everything from action packed days to quiet ones on the beach, which is right across the street and you can just drive onto the beach and park there. We would certainly not hesitate to book this property again in the future. Very well done. Thank you Ken & Liz
