Close to Perth family members, Fremantle and beaches. Quiet and comfortable for 3 generations of family in one house.

We were very pleased with the accommodation, clean, spacious and well appointed. The instructions to check in were very clear. The villa is very well situated within walking distance of cafes, restaurants and shops. The building is perfectly designed to manage the heat and we were very comfortable despite the hot spell. Jana and David were attentive and quickly responded to any messages. Overall a great place, highly recommended.

Really enjoyed the stay, the house was lovely and sizeable over 3 levels. Pool slightly smaller than anticipated but overall a lovely stay. A lot of communications, some automated ones that seemed unnecessary however overall 5 stars and enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay for our large family Christmas catchup. Lots of bedrooms. Two well stocked bathrooms very handy and the house had space for all to enjoy! The kitchen was really well equipped with appliances and yummy food for breakfasts. The pool was great and had shade so we used it on really hot days too. The house was close to an extensive shopping centre, cafes and cinema. We were able to walk there easily. Close to public transport for options into the city. Allan always responded quickly to our questions and very kindly let family members in early on a 42 degree day after they had arrived at the airport before usual checking time of 3pm. A lovely, safe and quiet home away from home. Pool was great and everything was clean, comfortable and homely! Would definitely stay here again. It was conveniently located to where we were needing to be while visiting for a funeral. Amanda was very responsive to messages!

Where to start. From the moment I booked Ryan was amazing, from asking what I’d like the pool temperature to be set to for my stay, to accommodating me for a super early check in, and ensuring throughout my stay that I was happy. Ryan’s place is amazing and you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The lounge is ridiculously comfortable (almost missed a concert because of it lol), as is the master bed. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook dinner or a bbq, or to make cocktails to sip by the pool. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t book a longer stay. 😜 Will definitely be back again. Thanks for making my stay so amazing Ryan. ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was ideal—just across the road from a park and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we loved the outdoor area with the pool and beautiful tropical views. It was a great spot for our family to relax and unwind. The host was attentive, though we felt it would be helpful if some details were made clearer in the listing. During our stay, she mentioned wanting to check the pool and also came by to remind us that parties weren’t allowed. While we completely understand her wanting to maintain the property, it caught us a little off guard since we’re a quiet family with two children. Including this information upfront might help future guests know what to expect. Overall, it’s a beautiful property in a fantastic location, and we had a lovely time

This place had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday in Fremantle. Excellent location within easy walking distance of the town and a short drive to South Beach. Lovely hosts who were welcoming but left us to our own devices. Highly recommend!

Kecheng was a wonderful host. Friendly and proactive, he had great communication and I felt like if i had needed anything at all it wouldnt have been a drama. The house was exactly what we needed - well stocked, quiet, clean, and very cool - the breeze flowed right through! We enjoyed walking down the road to get coffee every morning, and the local IGA and bar/grill were nicely located just 5mins away. We would definitely recommend Kecheng as a host, and hope we are able to stay again.

We met Lisa personally and she was busily cleaning up outside she was lovely and welcoming and the house was spotless. There were chocolates on the table with a welcome note it was nice.

The house is beautiful, spacious very comfortable and has absolutely everything you need for your stay, a real home from home experience. Plenty of nice little additions like Soap, shower gel, washing up liquid, condiments, kitchen paper, ice in freezer and cold water in the fridge door. Everything was spotlessly clean. The facilities near by are fantastically close, a very short walk down the road with everything you could possible need. We cannot praise Jade's Hairdressers enough Jade and her staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. We cannot praise the house and location more it was all simply wonderful. We have family and friends in Australia and would defiantly choose to stay here again

Great location, lots of areas in the house to relax and great space outside too.

With two families and four kids we had a great stay at Eau de Vie! The kids spent all day out on the canals crabbing, fishing, kayaking and swimming, saw dolphins and easy access to our boat to explore Mandurah by the water! House was great with everything thing we needed. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks Will for being a great host!

The place is well kept, the artworks, decor and large out door fish tank makes the place peaceful. The property is located just a few minutes from the CBD making it central to everything and yet peaceful inside.

This property is bright, beautiful & immaculate. It is a home away from home! Oozing amazing vibes! I’ve very much enjoyed my stay here. Chris is an excellent host. He has gone above and beyond my expectations. Very easy to talk to, takes excellent care of his guests and ensures their stay is comfortable. I was delighted at the fresh & warm welcome to the house. The house was stocked with fresh fruits, breakfast items, water, toiletries & linen, very thoughtful and gracious of Chris, leaving out the hassle for me to get basics organised. The front door to the fridge also has a meal menu for take away, after hours GP contact & other useful info, very well thought out and useful information there Chris. Location wise, at a stone’s throw away there is an IGA, bottle-shop & also a pharmacy, close to the beautiful nature walking paths and the lake. Twenty minutes’ drive to Perth city. I would highly recommend you try out this lovely place & experience Chris’ graciousness & hospitality.

We made wonderful memories over the new year with the kids and grand parents at Tina’s place. Peaceful garden, comfortable home in a lovely neighbourhood. Perfect for a little get away near the beach. ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at Tania’s place. The house was spacious and well-equipped (especially for our little one), perfect for a family stay. We particularly enjoyed the outside space, both at the front for evening meals and at the back for the pool and BBQ. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance including Cottesloe beach. Would thoroughly recommend!

This was our first christmas by our self with our little dog, we had the most wonderful time the views where to die for absolutely wonderful .loved every minute of our stay will definitely go back again the hosts where so wonderful and friendly

An absolutely perfect spot to stay with a family to explore Perth. The room set up was ideal, the home was clean and really well laid out, the Alexas and smart TVs were a great escape after long days of exploring. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay and we will absolutely look at booking this home again the next time we visit!

Our stay at Brendans home was perfect in every way. There was nothing we looked for that wasn't supplied, although the home is spacious, clean and not at all cluttered. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces immensely. My sisters and I were on vacation but I can see that Brendans home would be a great spot for anyone needing to work while away. I totally recommend Brendans home.
