Cozy retreat is an understatement. This place was great. Exactly as described. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Would for sure recommend to anyone looking to escape from the norm.

This place was perfect!! We had 4 families and there was plenty of space. The view of the lake was beautiful and it had so many comforts of home. We will definitely come again. AvantStay was so responsive if we had any questions!

Great place for our large group!

We had an amazing stay! It was private enough but also a lot to do. The views were great and it was an overall relaxing trip for everyone that came.

We had a great visit and loved the house. There was plenty of space, I loved the extra king suite area that was the perfect spot for a cup of coffee and to read. The house was extremely clean and had everything you needed. Coffee was provided which is always a nice touch, they had a regular coffee maker and one that took k-cups. The mattresses were firm and beds had comfortable sheets and nice down comforters. It was very peaceful and private. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay. Host were very prompt in coming to our rescue when we turned off heat and ciuldnt figure out how to gurn back on... lol! Very appreciative for the opportunity to view your amazing lifestyle. Thank you for accepting pets! The dogs enjoyed the varied smells.

The place was wonderful! Exactly what we were looking for while visiting the area. Close to great restaurants and the airport. The neighborhood felt like I was at home, nice and comfortable. Loved our stay here, and John was very helpful if we needed anything!

Adam’s house was a perfect getaway for our group of adults and babies! Being right on the water was so peaceful and we loved floating in the lake every day. There were tons of life vests (some kid size) and floats to use + the provided kayaks. The house itself was very clean and had one of the most well stocked kitchens and bathroom amenities I’ve seen in an Airbnb. Even down to kids dishes and cups! It made it easy to cook and eat most meals at the house with ample seating for everyone to be together. Adam and his team were very communicative and responsive. We needed more towels early on and within a couple hours they delivered. We did a boat rental through Adam’s company and highly recommend. We had a great time hitting Adam’s recommended spots and it was super easy. We’d definitely stay here again!

House located in a beautiful peaceful location. We loved sitting out on the front porch. Would definitely stay again.

The home has outstanding views of the lake. The master bed was enormous, and extremely comfortable. Beautiful home could use some additional frying pans, and the coffee maker leaked. Enjoyed the games and ping pong table! We were only there 2 days but fully enjoyed the place! We would stay again.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb. You cannot beat this lakefront property. The beds were comfy, the fire pit was great for the family and there was plenty of space for 7 of us. We would definitely recommend this cabin to other guests.

We loved the quiet area and all the extra things the place offers like the gym is open 24/7 and laundry too. We would love to come back when the weather is warm to enjoy the paddle boat and kayak. The place is just like the pictures shown and is so cozy and relaxing. We loved the bathroom.

A great experience all around. The photos and descriptions were accurate, check in and out were easy, and the hosts were responsive. The house was nice and the dock / backyard were very peaceful with good views. Convenient location to stores, restaurants, and Uptown Charlotte. I would stay here again!

Green Manor was the perfect place for our annual Friends & Family Thanksgiving. The land is so beautiful & peaceful…the backyard is a playground for about 20 deer each morning. Very peaceful. If you are more of a city person, or have to have tv, gizmos & gadgets…bring your own. Green Manor is a place of peace. The kitchen was the BEST stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in an AirBNB!! And, there were also extra tables and chairs in the basement. I would definitely book Green Manor again and recommend it to others.
