stayed just for 1 night for 6 people, the place perfectly matches the description. the place is quiet and very well located. nice walk along the Charente. Alexandre is friendly and available quickly to answer our questions. we recommend this place .

The house is gorgeous. Very well equipped (childcare equipment in particular). Marine is a very friendly host, responsive and has good recommendations to give us if needed. I highly recommend staying there.

The house is totally up to the description. The layout and interior services have been neat, the kitchen is very well provided for real kitchen, qualitative bedding and the clean spa/sport area! Nothing to say. The environment well oriented for the sun, not overlooked, is peaceful. To get around the car is required. Marion was always available and responsive to our requests. You can book without a second thought 👍

A dream come true! Surrounded by a large lot, the house is spacious and well appointed. We felt right at home. The pool was very appreciated by young and old. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Fiber internet connection that has enabled efficient remote work with others.

Florence and Christophe are very responsive hosts. The accommodation is as described,close to the beach ,shops and a small market. We had a great stay with four of us (2 adults and 2 children). Perfect for this setup,there shouldn't be more. The residence is quiet at this time of year.

Vanessa’s home is extremely intimate, the house has been in the family for generations. But the renovation makes staying there a dream. There’s are so many personal and special touches. The bedrooms and bathrooms are charming and efficient. There is lots of hot water and water pressure. The sinks and showers are big enough to feel luxurious. The kitchen is so well supplied you know their family enjoy it. The location is superb, both central and private. Having a laundry was great. And Ile d’Aix is an out of this world wonderland.

excellent stay for a week in this nice spacious house, very quiet, well located, very well equipped with a nice terrace for meals and comfortable sunbeds. We had a great time at this house! Very clean, well-equipped and perfectly functional, it met our expectations in every way. Conveniently located, it is close to all amenities, making it easy to get around and sightseeing. Sylvie was very clear in her instructions for taking possession of the premises and very responsive throughout the stay which made our experience even more enjoyable. We would recommend it without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

We had a great weekend at Sarah's place. The house is very nice, located in a very well kept private residence. 5 minutes walk from the beach and just 10 minutes from the village... the location is ideal, easy parking, very quiet environment.
