Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Roche Caiman

I want to thank Sarah and her husband Gavin for their exceptional hospitality. Their apartment is amazing and is located in one of the best places on Eden Island. Quiet, peaceful and with incredible views. The apartment is furnished with everything you need down to the smallest detail. I would describe our stay in just one word - Fantastic! Thank you Sarah for the late check-out, for the help during the stay and of course for the quick communication. We will be back again! Many warm hugs to Sarah and Gavin ❤️❤️❤️

The landlords are very kind and helpful at all times. Erica even spoiled us with a Creole food on the weekends. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Nothing is missing in the kitchen A large balcony is also provided. Air conditioning and fans endure the tropical heat well. We are seriously considering coming back. There is a really nice island and a great family. Gladly again in the Seychelles!!!!!!

Georges was everything you'd want in a host. Very communicative, helpful and provided all instructions we needed clearly and precisely. He had everything ready for us to check in at Eden Island. The place is so very comfortable. The beds, the sofas, and the sitting area outside. There's a well equipped kitchen.

A group of seven people visited a place for the New Year holidays! This is our third time in Seychelles, for the second time in Eden Island. I recommend Linda's houses with both hands. Amenities that even we didn't think of, she had anticipated and provided for us for free - rain umbrellas, cosmetics, including beach milks and after-sun ones, chargers, adapters, contact adapters, spice-powered kitchen, laundry detergents, coffee, tea, there were three options for making coffee and all the supplies to them, a few hair dryers, lots of beach towels…and countless other things. They welcomed us with an ice maker, a bottle of wine, ice cream, and more.. The mineral water in this house is also free. Thanks Linda, you're thebest host I've ever met!

We have stayed with Ronan before and we will definitely come back again! He is a wonderful host. Ronan is available at any time and immediately on the spot - it doesn't get any better than that. Also we really enjoyed using the kayaks. You immediately feel at home. The location of the apartment on Eden Island is one of the best and we have already stayed there in some other apartments. The apartment is also very special due to the beautiful garden. A special thank you also goes to Lisette - she is the house fairy, which is always cheerful and also available at any time and makes her job great! We love the Seychelles and Eden Island and look forward to next time at Ronan's!

Thank you for accommodating our big group of guests! We enjoyed our stay here! The kitchen was very spacious and the balconies had great views. The cars for rent were super convenient too as we we were able to travel around town with them. Overall, very happy with our stay here!

Spacious villa in a quiet environment. Private base available. The excellent service also included a favorable rental of an electric car. Any problem manager John solved immediately. I can recommend accommodation at Cliffhanger Villas. We would come back anytime. We were completely satisfied.

the place is great, it's big lots of room. all the rooms are big. lovely kitchen. the host was amazing. help is as soon as we got there. only thing was the location, it's not at Eden Bridge, it's on top of the mountain, I was disappointed at first, but it turned out amazing. you are close to the other side, and it's so beautiful on the other side. I will definitely book again. they just need to change their location on the app. but it's definitely worth it.

Eden island is truly a paradise in paradise. This home is very well maintained and every part of my stay felt luxurious. The apartment is steps from the largest beach, a quick ride to the clubhouse, and can easily access any of the pools on site. It is so peaceful, I fell asleep outdoors many times. The staff makes you feel as if you are at a $5000 a night resort. From check-in to check-out this was a marvelous experience. If I ever brave the long flight from the U.S. to Seychelles again, I will surely contact Brigitte and some of the amazing locals I met again.

Great unit on Eden Island. In great condition, second floor, large wrap around balcony, lots of light, on a bay looking back at beach and mountains. Sandra was very responsive and helpful.

Renaud answered email questions immediately and was helpful with advice and his kind guidance. Everything we needed for our stay was in the apartment. This was our third stay on Eden Island and this was the nicest apartment that we've rented. We would like to say a big thank you to Renaud and hope that this apartment will be available should we make a return visit in the future. There are no negative comments as all was very good!

Our experience at the apartment on Eden Island, Mahe, was perfect. The apartment matched the advertisement perfectly, offering everything we expected. The Landlord was great. He replied to our questions promptly and ensured a smooth stay. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful time! Eden Island is the perfect location. We were close to Victoria and the marinas for Cat CoCo Ferries and other excursions. There are lots of restaurants on Eden Island - you take the provided golf cart. There are always taxis on the front road. There is a large supermarket inside the shopping center. A lot of the shops - including ice cream shops and the pharmacy are only open 10-6. The Nespresso machine is a euro cord so you need a converter to operate it. We found one at Shiva’s shop across from the pharmacy. We spent hours on the balcony, the view of the marina is so peaceful. The grounds are beautiful, we didn’t go to the pools but we went to the beach across the street a couple of afternoons. There are lounge chairs and there were never more than 4 other people when we were there. We didn’t cook but there seemed to be plenty of kitchen items. There were plenty of beach towels. We got Nespresso pods at the Spar Supermarket on Eden Island, they had a good selection. We also had a yogurt and granola snack every morning. The Boardwalk Restaurant has breakfast and opens at 10:00 but most others don’t open until 12:00. We couldn’t get coffee in the shopping mall before 10:00. There was construction going on at the front of the marina but the noise wasn’t too loud - some of the shops/restaurants at the front by the construction had limited hours. Vladimira is a wonderful hostess and her apartment is lovely. Having the washer and dryer to clean sandy clothes was divine. We would definitely stay here again! Make sure to get the exact address for the Seychelles Health Form. They denied my travel permit when I just put Eden Island as my destination!

This is really a phenomenal place to stay! Janet, Mary-Lynn and Marie-Anne were very kind and hospitable. The appartment itself is very clean, nicely furnished, beach towels are provided for (and changed daily) and it even has three high tech adapters for you to use. Also, there is a good AC to cool down the place (check for the night mode!). They even provided two little chairs and sand toys for our two-year old daughter. Incredibly, washing your dirty clothes is included too. One of the most beautiful beaches (Fairytale) is just a 2 mins car drive away, as is the next supermarket. We loved this place!

Beautiful place and ideally located. There is a beach nearby. The place was perfect for my family of 7: 5 adults and 2 kids. There are two large en-suite bedrooms downstairs and a large en-suite bedroom upstairs with an adjoining loft with sleeper couch. A very spacious balcony outside with magnificent views. The place feels homey and is clean. There are a couple of flights of stairs to climb as it is the top apartment but it is really not too bad. The concierge can help you with your luggage. Check in and out was really easy. Everyone is friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer.
