Holiday rentals with beach access in Roccamare

The location in Porto Azzuro was great. Especially to do something in the evening or to eat out. All within 5 minutes. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and the apartment is very spacious. At the window you could sit in the sun in the morning and watch the hustle and bustle in the alley.

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

The accommodation was as described and it really has everything your heart desires. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was very straightforward at all. She was very helpful and also helped us so we could park on site. We already knew the surroundings, it is just beautiful between the sea and the forest. ☀️

We had a very nice stay! The communication with the owner was excellent: very friendly, helpful and straightforward. The apartment is very spacious and very lovingly furnished and designed, just as shown in the photos. The cleanliness of the apartment was good overall. In the area there is everything you need for a wonderful holiday: to the beach you only have to cross a road, nearby there are many good restaurants, shops and a very nice mole to stroll. There is also a lot of interesting things to visit in the surrounding area if you attach great importance to a quiet and relaxed ambience. Due to the location within a complex of higher residential buildings, the apartment is a little dark and noisy through the train tracks right next to it - because of the sound reinforcement. We were still very happy with the place and can definitely recommend it.

We stayed a week, my partner, a 6-year-old girl and our 2 dogs...what can we say...we had a great time in all respects. Rossella, Francesco and the 2 children were very hospitable, friendly and never intrusive. Our place was clean and equipped with all possible amenities, including a spacious room, a kitchen complete with everything, even with a dishwasher and microwave, and a spacious bathroom. Sheets, towels, and even vacuum cleaners, clothesline, etc. Outside we had an area for exclusive use with table, chairs and umbrella. The view of the sea is fantastic and just go down stairs to get to the private beach of the villa where there is a terrace with lounge chairs and armchairs shared with other guests. If we return to the area, we will definitely always look for accommodation in Villa the hermite! Thank you so much 💖

The apartment is very well located, easy to find, the beautiful sandy beach is accessible via a tiled staircase, the beach is also well suited for children. There are many restaurants within walking distance, or by car 7 minutes to Capoliveri. The apartment has a huge window with beautiful panoramic views of the sea. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Everything is very clean and everything works tiptop (air conditioning, gas stove, fridge, freezer, TV, WiFi). The garden is very nice, with beautiful flowers/plants, a table to eat outside and sun loungers, all overlooking the sea & the sunset. Marianna is very nice, always responds immediately and has responded very flexibly to our delay.

We had a quiet week area suitable for children , a 10-minute walk away there was a beach suitable for children even for a 1-year-old baby. We had a great time. Mrs. Franca was very helpful and kind. Thank you for everything .

Barbara is a very nice and good host. The island is highly recommended, green and clean. The apartment is centrally located and meets expectations. A great vacation, will come back anytime.

Beautiful and private villa

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including wifi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very kind and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected circumstance.

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

We were consciously looking for a quiet home for a few days relaxing - and found it at Teresa's! The very tastefully and lovingly furnished cottage is very quiet and has a wonderful terrace with great views of the sea towards the mainland. Shadow dispensers are two wonderful olive trees. Everything is very functionally furnished, without excessive luxury! The exchange and handling with the landlord is extremely familiar. For vacation as a couple - or even alone - we can highly recommend the shell cottage!

It‘s a wonderful and quiet place, something we really needed and enjoyed! It‘s really well equipped, clean and super cozy! Mattia and his sweet family are really friendly & he was immediately there when we had a little problem! The check-in and check-out was really easy. Thank you very much for a wonderful vac 🤗

Fantastic location to explore the island and eat out in Portoferraio. Clean and comfortable beach style apartment. Alice was very helpful and communicative too. Would recommend!

My husband and I had a small vacation at Mauro's place that exactly matches the listing description and I join the other guests' reviews in the pleasure of choosing this apartment. The location is perfect, a quiet area (at least in winter) but well stocked with supermarkets, bars, restaurants and pizzerias. The main street of Follonica also lives in the middle of winter, well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay and is also easily accessible on foot, both from the seafront and from the beach that is a few meters from the apartment. From the living area you can enjoy the sea view and its sunsets, just past the small pine forest in front, and the accommodation is very clean and very well equipped. Mauro was always available and present as well as attentive to meet our needs, I would say a very friendly person. Ultimately, I would highly recommend staying in Mauro's apartment.

beautiful house in a unique location, overlooking the very clear sea and the village. The area is very quiet and well located to also move around. Good restaurants within walking distance of the house. The guest was very welcoming, waiting for us long and patiently due to traffic problems along the highway. He gave us directions to the nearest shops and supermarkets. He showed us the whole house in detail, indicating where to find everything we could need to live very comfortably in the following days. The condominium garden is really nice with magnificent plants. In short, a very pleasant stay and place.

Blown away, we will be back many times

A vacation of a few days between New Year's Eve and Epiphany. Sea villa near Marciana Marina (Elba), with beautiful views of the Gulf of Procchio and Capo Enfola. Very nice location. Obviously in winter you can't enjoy much sun and light and the outdoor spaces, very well organized, cannot be used fully. The apartment (part of the house) is comfortable for 6 people (we were 4 adults and two children in addition to our beagle), well-structured, very well maintained and recently refreshed and updated with three splits for cold and hot air. The pellet stove works great . Very clean rooms, nice and well-equipped kitchen (we didn't bring anything from home). Good quality beds. Two enough bathrooms for 6 people. Comfortable archaeological and a lot, a lot of friendliness and availability from the host and his relatives. No noise or disturbance issues. Everything is perfect and as advertised. Thank you Francesco. I hope to be back in the summer.

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Silvia's apartment in the heart of Porto Azzurro old town has met our expectations more than. The apartment is centrally located and traffic-calmed, but you can park and unload briefly in front of the house. You have many great restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, is well renovated and furnished. It is bright, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great kitchen, is very, very clean and keeps everything ready for a good stay. There is a washing machine available, which was very convenient for us. The communication with Silvia was very warm, proactive and there is also a lot of useful information in the apartment on an info board. There was nothing from our perspective, which was not great about this apartment and we would come back any time. Thank you, dear Silvia!
