Very accessible place to stay. The neighborhood is seeing a lot of new construction, so it can be a little noisy during the day, but was a welcoming sign that it is a neighborhood that is going to continue to grow.

We had a fabulous time and Shirley was a fantastic host! Would definitely rent from again!

The check in and checkout was seamless with the locking pad on the door. We saved so much money by walking everywhere (plus we got our steps in!) Nice places for brunch and other meals close by. The apartment itself was exactly as described and we loved how cozy our stay was. We will be returning in the future for sure!

This was an absolutely great stay!! We booked it because it seemed close to Broadway and it really was. It allowed us to get away from the hustle and bustle but still gave us a chance to get there quick (5-10 min drive/ scooter ride). Host was more than willing to accommodate our check out time being a bit later for our flight and made us feel welcome to Nashville! Would for sure recommend or book again!

As beautiful as the photos, very clean and modern. Sitting on the upper and lower balconies was peaceful on the river. Great setting. Very comfortable. Amy was great!

Ronnie is a great host! The house is beautiful spacious, and feels like home. Ronnie is thoughtful and makes sure that you have everything to be comfortable from extra linens to games and everything for morning coffee. He was great about checking with us throughout the week to see if we needed anything. Our trip was Christmas week and the outdoors was so beautiful and peaceful.

Kailani was so responsive and helpful along the way. The house was just as described, and was just what we were looking for. We loved the lake and eating dinner under the lights out back!

Me and my family enjoyed staying in Elle’s place where we had the full use of the lower floor which has its own deck facing the lake. All 3 bedrooms are pretty big and the living area was great to hang out with. The Place is very quiet.

This place was such a wonderful place to host a reunion! The lake view was so peaceful and the home supplied everything that we needed! I would definitely recommend this home for a stay.

Loved the pool set up! Easy drive to Nashville for a couple days we did down there yet far enough away that we were very secluded. My husband, father, and brother-in-law loved being right on the lake to fish.! There are multiple deer that visited us on the property and we saw a few eagles as well

Great location for easy access to downtown Nashville and surrounding breweries and restaurants. The unit was as described and was perfect for the few days we were in town. We were able to relax and enjoy our trip.

This place was extremely clean, very centrally located, and was decorated so cute for Nashville. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. Downtown is walkable, about 15-20 minutes. There are also tons of uber drivers around. Home was full of character and perfect place to stay for a weekend in Nashville.

Loved the view of the River from the balcony. Easily accessible to downtown. My family and I walked everywhere all weekend. Apartment was very clean, beds were comfortable. Easy check in and out. Felt like home!

Brittany's place was exactly as described and made for a great stay. Easy check-in and good location, as Broadway is within walking distance (or a short/cheap Uber ride away) and also close to some great restaurants in Germantown. Kitchen was stocked with water bottles and snacks and the bathroom had all the toiletries you could need.

Lovely getaway from the bustle of downtown, and yet close enough to walk. The balcony and river were a plus, as well as Debbie and Bill's responsiveness. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary coffee delicious. Thank you both!

Katie was a great host! The view of the river was beautiful and a person easily walk to Broadway. Due to the weather, we used an uber, but since it was so close, the fee was less than $10 with tip!! The condo was so cute and had everything we needed! Thanks, Katie! We hope to make it back in the future!

Had a great stay! The space was clean and neat. Our group had plenty of space. It was easy to walk to broadway and get Ubers. Liked being a little away from the main strip nice and quiet. And the host was very flexible and helped us with an early check in!
