Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Road Town

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hoos House! The place was clean and spacious and had a calm, relaxing vibe. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the breeze on the porch was perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The ability to open the wide doors to the porch entirely was excellent, and we loved seeing how many iguanas we could spot in the trees each morning. The indoor and outdoor showers were fantastic, and the bedrooms were quiet and comfortable with AC available. The beds were soft and comfy, making for restful nights. The house also came with thoughtful extras like beach chairs and towels, making heading to the beach easy. Getting to all the beaches was an easy commute! The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a fantastic stay - I hope to come again soon, and I would absolutely stay here again!

This is truly a gem in the Coral Bay Area of Saint John. Dena was helpful as the local contact for anything we needed. The place was fantastic, clean and comfortable. I could spend every waking hour on the front porch. And it was very private and secluded. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was perfect for our meals that we opted to do at home. Nearby dining options are close including Skinny Legs and Surf Club Cantina. Multiple beaches are close by, we picked Cinnamon Bay as our favorite! I would totally pick this place again. It was a fantastic stay and I cannot recommend it enough.

Nice play to stay for a couple or party of 3.. 1 bedroom and pull out couch , bedroom can probably fit 2 people . The location was on Sapphire Beach very beautiful clear water and lots of restaurants and bars in the resort area. Not really walkable location unless you are eating at what they offer at Sapphire resort. Drive is only 10-25 to other resorts and to town! Overall would definitely stay here again! David had great communication and recommendations on things to do and help with transportation!

Perfect couples getaway! Completely felt like a little private villa carved out overlooking the Caribbean. A small 4x4 best to accommodate the private gated driveway. Super intimate setting on a beautiful landscape. Close to everything you could want in an island. Host was extremely accommodating and pleasant. Looking forward to doing again.!

The view from the patio is amazing! And it's a comfortable place to spend time outside. The inside was immaculate, well appointed and comfortable! We were provided with everything we needed. Aaron's communication was great. He even let us know of a power outage that occured. We would stay here again!

The view is outstanding!!! Very peaceful and quiet setting! We rented the whole space for our group of six adults and it worked out great!! We had many rooftop dinners including a fantastic dinner for my birthday facilitated by Riiah!! We used Riiah’s concierge services for many things and everything she arranged for us was seamless and perfect and most of all, lots of fun! Again, the view is absolutely stunning and we spent lots of time sitting by the pool and admiring the beautiful ocean and boats passing by! The property is quiet and very peaceful and a great place to relax with friends or family. I highly recommend using Riiah’s concierge services for anything you might need to enjoy a top notch vacation. The whole trip was amazing and the property is magical!!!!

Don’t second guess, just go ahead and book! The pictures do not do this place justice at all. We came here on our honeymoon and ended up extending our stay because of how beautiful and relaxing this place is! We are hoping to make this a yearly trip for us and already counting down the days till we can come back. Ben and his son were amazing hosts. They were quick to reply and gave us some great spots to check out! Just a heads up, make sure to get mosquito repellent!

Our stay here was for 2 weeks and Monic’s apartment was very comfortable. It is updated and just like the pictures show - it had abundance of supplies- towels, snacks, shampoo, etc. My husband and I ended up staying in the second bedroom because it was larger and had a dresser to put away our clothing for the two week stay where the master did not. It was a 12-15 drive into town but the roads were extremely hilly - not for timid drivers. We got used to it in a few days time but for the first few days we were definitely a bit out of our comfort zone.

Views were very nice. Apparently it is 125 feet above the ocean below which helps your view. Quick 1/2 mile drive to RedHook. Shorter than that to Secret Harbor Beach. BTW there is additional parking for Secret Harbor up behind the tennis court, but first drop off passengers below. Easy snorkeling there off to the right around the rocks. Bed was comfortable. The place was kept up with maintenance and clean as well. The Beach Buzz cafe at Sapphire Beach had good Jamaican coffee or Lattes to get you started. Sun & Sea bar at Point Pleasant had a nice menu with pretty views and Tarpon Fish to see from the patio. Ferry to St Johns is close but parking got full for us. You might want to take car over for $60 or you'll pay for both parking and passenger ferry tickets, then additional taxi rides on STJ. We did go out to Cinnamon Beach and I think that is relatively simple to drive, but beyond that or to south beaches I cannot vouch for. Again the place was very nice, we had no complaints.

Jena was the best Airbnb host we’ve ever had, and we can’t say enough good things about her and her place. It’s absolutely beautiful and very clean. Incredible views, short drives to the beaches, and a lot of close options for bars and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay at Jena’s place and cannot wait to come back!

Me and my husband stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed it! Beds were comfortable, ac worked great, and the location was perfect. You are a short walk to secret harbor beach where there’s a great restaurant and bar and I think it’s one of the nicest beaches in st Thomas. Michelle was very communicative and made our stay very easy!

Candice and her husband were the most amazing hosts I’ve ever had! From reaching out prior to the trip to ensure we had everything we needed! Candice was there to greet us when we made it to the Airbnb. There were drinks waiting for us. She gave us all the need to know information while there and made herself readily available whenever I called with any questions! Her husband, Paul, he was also so generous! He went out and bought us more drinks and snacks to kick off our stay. Not only were they amazing people but the place was gorgeous! It’s bigger than it looks online, so very spacious! It came with everything we needed plus more! The view from the balcony was immaculate! So beautiful! Being a makeup artist, I appreciated the vanity area in the extra room! We used taxis for much of our trip and they were literally less than 5 minutes away each time we called! If ever I’m in St.Thomas again, I’d definitely stay at Candice’s & Paul’s place again! You should too! :)

Staying at Claudia’s Was fantastic. Quiet, off the beaten path, great porch view, tricky to get up the hill during a rain storm, but what place in at St Thomas isn’t on a hill.Will rent from her again for sure

Jennifer's Unit at Sapphire House was impressive. Easy access, house instructions clear and to the point. Unit was clean and comfortable. This accommodation was a very short walk to Beautiful Sapphire Beach, Sudi's Grill, Parasailing, Sapphire Beach Bar and Taxi Stand. The utility structure in the Patio contained many useful items that I assume were donated by previous guests--snorkels and masks, swim noodles, beach chairs, and more. The Patio was comfortable and inviting. I loved the shells, plants, and visiting lizards. The kitchen contained all the amenities. Especially the huge refrigerator. The small shower/toilet room was perfect. Water was nice and hot. I appreciated the complementary Shampoo and Conditioner. The nice, thick towels got the job done. In the bedroom area, there was an enormous bed! Slept so comfortably every night. Ceiling fan that was directly overthe bed made for a cool night's rest. Great location from town. Steep hills but very walkable. Thanks for the cooler and chairs. They came in very handy. Very clean.

Remarkable, as a trip and location we called home for the week! Deb and Rob's place with a perfect view over the marina and perhaps best is the access to the beach while being secluded enough from it to give you that escape to privacy afterward. The room itself had everything we needed, including a bottle of wine and beer nicely provided with a welcoming note from D and R. OMG, the convenience of having the beach and snorkeling gear provided by them dismissed the stress that we could just thoroughly enjoy knowing they were available! Regrettably, we couldn't take advantage of Sailing the Cosmos because we lost a day to Mother Nature cancelling our initial flight, but Deb kindly kept us in the loop of openings for sailing. We decided to venture to St. John's to squeeze in a hike, beach time, and dinner to which you need to rent a car to accomplish, and Deb hooked us up with info on rentals that worked great. The proximity to Red Hook and other beaches is ideal. Def renting here again!

This place was great - spacious, quiet and clean. No need to rent a car! Walk down to Sudi's or to the beach bar. If you just want to unwind with a book and your hammock under the trees with your toes in the water, snorkel or play beach volleyball look no further. Lots of iguanas and chickens running around. Very laid back spot and no one bothers you.

Enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Beach very much! The condo is right on the beach and steps from the water! Proximity to the Marina is a plus! We took the Sunset cruise one night. We also took a sailboat ride with Deb and Rob who run the Cosmos sailing adventures. Sea Salt restaurant provides fine dining while breakfast food, pizzas and burgers are available within the resort. Daryl and Deb are Super Hosts in the true sense of the word! We recommend H2Oh What a Beach.

Enjoyed myself thoroughly! More info on the shuttle up and down the big hills should be added. Sun&Sea Restaurant at the bottom of the hill was the bomb! Hot water was ample, beach chairs and snorkeling gear were provided. Nice place to stay as you explore the STT and STJ!

We had a wonderful stay. The pictures of the backyard area online do not do the view justice! You basically have a full ocean view from the kitchen and the living room through the large sliding doors leading to the porch. It was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

For those who love to cook, the kitchen was very well stocked with spices, oils, vinegars and baking needs. Many left over containers with lids provided along with all.kinds of wraps(foil, baggies, cling wrap). Heidi and Erik were very responsive and flexible on our stay. They provided all kinds of snorkel gear and beach towels. The view was beautiful, but you are in the middle of the action. Restaurants and bars next door, and the beach gets very crowded. The pool was also a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy the sun. Roosters and iguanas made lasting memories.

Great location, we loved the bar, restaurant, pool and terrace! Great for a quiet night in. Will definitely be back!

Let me start off by saying how incredibly beautiful this place is. The pictures do not do it justice. The 360 views made for an incredible view both waking up in the morning & in the evenings. Everything you see in the pictures is accurate, and even better in person. I HIGHLY recommend renting a car, when we first arrive at the airport we got a taxi that cost $55 & soon realized renting a car would be better. The driving can be a little scary at first but gets easier with time. The property was beautiful and very well kept & felt safe at all times. The only downside to our trip was the power outages (this had absolutely nothing to do with the host, & she stayed in communication, it went out at Kmart while shopping too), it’s just something to be aware of. Bring battery fans, extra battery operated lighting, & portable phone chargers. We were here for 6 days, 4 of those days we had scheduled power outages:( Absolutely go visit St.john, our trip was beautiful & will be back for sure.
