Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Riyadh Principality

We were a family of 6 (incl 1 child & 1 senior) from Malaysia that stayed here for 4 nights in January. Really appreciate that the apartment building had an elevator. The house was perfect, very cosy with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & 3 living rooms. All equipment functioning well; beds & toilets are in very good condition. The location is a bit far from the city, so it is suitable for a quiet stay with the family. No problems getting a Careem ride though. The host Abdullah is very responsive on any queries. Good job.

Honesty is one of the best apartments in which I lived in all respects is very beautiful and my first destination is always and I thank Bandar for good handling and very fine and respectful 🌹♥️

Nawaf's place is really nice! Communication was GREAT and Nawaf was easily accessible for my whole stay. His place is really spacious and the complex is nice as well with a gym! Recommended for a long stay!

I stayed at Noura’s place in Riyadh for a whole month, and it was an amazing experience. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and felt just like home. Rakans apartment is very nice, beautiful furnishings, great high ceiling, very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all meals. The apartment was very clean. Rakan was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment. Thanks Rakans
