Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Riyadh Principality

We were a family of 6 (incl 1 child & 1 senior) from Malaysia that stayed here for 4 nights in January. Really appreciate that the apartment building had an elevator. The house was perfect, very cosy with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, & 3 living rooms. All equipment functioning well; beds & toilets are in very good condition. The location is a bit far from the city, so it is suitable for a quiet stay with the family. No problems getting a Careem ride though. The host Abdullah is very responsive on any queries. Good job.

Faisal’s place was great! Excellent communication with him and we had a smooth stay. Location was fine for us as we had a car! I would note that it was freezing in the night as there is no heating system so do take that in mind. In the summer months it’ll be lovely. All in all the apartment is nice and spacious and we really enjoyed it. 😊

The place is very cool. Featured on the level of cleanliness, tranquility, furniture and host a. Bader is very kind and generous. For honesty I felt like I was in my home. I highly recommend living here.

However, the housing is a masterpiece of art and its price is less than its right if Muhammad, the owner of the property, is welcome

Wonderful place especially close to the Riyadh golf course. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Great house, comfortable and nice to stay in.

One of the best places i have ever visited. The place is very nice from inside and spacious with a very nice exposed brick wall. I would definitely revisit it when i come back to riyadh.
