Holiday rentals with a patio in Riviera Ligure di Levante

We stayed at the apartment for a month and found it to be ideal. The location is perfect for exploring the local area. The train station is just a few minutes walk away as is the Promenade des Anglais and the old town of Nice. There are numerous bars, restaurants and small shops in the area. With any luck we'll be back again next year.

We stayed in Nicolò's beautiful house from August 4 to 18, me, my wife and our 2 children aged 8 and 9. We had a great time. We took great advantage of the opportunity to eat outdoors and the comfortable pool of the residence. We've never had any parking issues The sea can be reached by car in minutes by car.

The apartment is very nice and clean. It’s not big but has everything you need inside. The host put a lot of thoughts into the details which bring quite a lot of convenience for us. I would recommend it for Florence 👏🏻

We appreciated the balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and central location to explore the beautiful La Côte d'Azur. We absolutely loved our stay here. The Airbnb was well equipped with everything you could need and the patio was an extra bonus! We were lucky enough to have great sunny weather and spent a good amount of time on the patio. The apartment was extremely clean and organized. It is within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and the promenade. We will definitely be back and recommend this stay to anyone!!!

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

There were four of us on a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior decor is simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and supermarket. We used the heating at night given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season. Very responsive and helpful host.

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasise the really spotless cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine attentions (jam, tea, shower gel, a beautiful bouquet of flowers) and several times proactively made sure that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We can fully recommend this place!!!

Samantha’s home is the perfect place to escape life and to completely unwind. The house is comfortable, equipped with everything you need and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We were lucky enough to spend some time with Samantha, her husband and their adorable dog during our stay. They are a wonderful family and the most gracious hosts. Nada's place will hold a special place in my heart, it was the highlight of our trip through Italy. This is a one of a kind BnB! The cooking class with Viola and Ramondo was an unforgettable experience! Very helpful host, you could feel her love in the apartment. Generous accommodations, clean and cozy. Stunning views and though a little remote, close enough to restaurants and markets. pisa and Florence are a very easy day trip and everything from the hosts recommendations were incredible, she even saved us when I couldn't seem to book a reservation! Can not say anything negative about this amazing experience! I'll be back.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

We love Maria and her place. Super easy to get to from Train. Bright, cheerful, clean place. Easy walking to anything. Maria is so personal, friendly. She responded and helped us with anything. we would definitely go back to her place.

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

The place was really very nice and everything was as described. The location is really great, both the beach and Portovenere are just a short walk away. Directly in Portovenere, wonderful hiking trails start, so you hardly need the car...The garage is an absolute plus! The communication with Nicoletta was very easy and she gave all the important information in advance. After a few days, we were just allowed to move into an apartment with fantastic sea views and views of the bay, which we really found super nice and not self-evident. We would come back in a heartbeat and spend our vacation here! :)

We had an amazing stay! Dominik is a very attentive and responsive host. The house is full of character, located in a peaceful and tranquil area. The apartment is clean, cozy, and very warm in winter. The view from the terrace is delightful! We wish to stay longer and would love to return.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

We were in Bologna for work. During the day at the fair and in the evening in restaurants. Short distances to the supermarket, bus and with BTaxi APP can be picked up very quickly.

The house is in a reserved and quiet area and in a very quiet residence equipped with all the basic services. The sea is a 5-minute walk away and you can choose between private beach and free beach. The residence's Pool is a 1-minute walk from the property, as well as the bar and market and laundromat. Unassigned parking spot but always available inside the property! The historic center of Castiglione della Pescaia can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes but I personally recommend a bike (rentable inside the Residence) to facilitate travel and above all to avoid parking of the car (not possible in August). Host Jacopo was always present, very helpful and very kind in terms of advice and suggestions and resolved the breakdown of an appliance in 2 hours, promptly replacing it...at his (dear) expenses! I would definitely go back to choosing Jacopo and his home in the future! Thank you very much!
