Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Riverview

The place served our purpose while we were there. It is kept clean. The beds were comfortable. Had a nice backyard area.

We needed a toaster and they bought a new one right a way. Unfortunately the doors to both washrooms are not very wide and we had to remove the doors to enter with my walker. Overall the place was great and very spacious. We made a few recommendations to have more dishes and to provide a dish towel for the next guests and she said she would. We had a great stay.

Place is great, and the location is a quick 10/15 min walk to a ton of restaurants and shopping in the downtown. The house was well stocked with towels and water. Also liked that there was a Britta filter in the fridge. Jeff is very responsive. We were running out of toilet paper and within 10 or 15 min a new pack of toilet paper was delivered to the house. Also like that the house is equipped with smart locks, so all 10 of us could get in and out without having to worry about keys. Definitely recommend the home and would stay again.

Karolina’s place was all we could have hoped for. Very clean and so many areas to hang out. Something unique we appreciated that isn’t always the case at other Airbnb’s is the amount of dishes and silverware they had available. We barely had to run the dishwasher because there was always plenty of dishes/cups/silverware etc. to choose from. She also had a nice selection of pots and pans. You won’t regret staying here.

The home was beautiful, our family stayed on a week long vacation. It had everything we needed!

This house was perfect for our staycation, super cute, close to everything, and so pretty! Sarah was so responsive to any questions we had, and always responded quickly!

The house was even larger in person. Plenty of space for privacy if you have a big group. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Felt safe with the security system on the perimeter of the property. Outdoor kitchen was a dream. The entire stay was worth it and Franddy is an excellent host who is attentive to any needs you have. We wanted to book the house again not even 5 minutes after check out - we had that great of a stay. Highly recommended!

Was an amazing stay at an amazing apartment. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Rebecca was super responsive to any questions we had and even when I ended up leaving my jacket she messaged me and I was easily able to recover. A Cozy, Comfortable Stay with Great Hospitality I had the pleasure of staying at Jeremy’s Airbnb for a spring break with my 16 year old daughter and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I booked, communication with the host was smooth, and they were incredibly helpful with check-in details and local recommendations. The condo was exactly as described – clean, modern, and welcoming. The location was perfect, offering a quiet retreat while still being close to Clearwater Beach. Overall, this stay was an absolute delight, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting

Cascade was a wonderful host. We felt right a home with the kitty cat's welcome and the chicken coop providing fresh eggs in the morning. Cascade was very accomodating and felt very comfortable in her quaint, funky accomodations.

We found Paradise in Brandon to be the ideal arrangement these past four days. It was quiet and peaceful while we enjoyed the hot tub and cooked on the grill. It is close to everything you might be interested in Brandon, mall, theater, restaurants. Great place and responsive host.

We loved the condo!!! When we opened the door we were so surprised how nice the condo was. Very roomy comfortable and very clean. The hosts get back to you right away. Condo is close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Beaches are a short drive away. We can not wait to come back. Will definitely stay again.

Grate host!

We LOVED staying at Meryem’s place! It was just adorable, the location was perfect, and she was very friendly. We had a small concern with AC, and she immediately came out to see how she could help and was sweet enough to even give us some recommendations for things to do while we were there! Would definitely stay with Meryem again.

Lori was so accommodating getting us into our second cottage for our second week, for which we are grateful to her and her marvelous cleaning crew. This was our third time and each time in a different cottage, which was equally peaceful, provided space and tranquility inside and outside and as with the other reviews the loveliest hidden gem.

Karie and Chris's home provided a great place to get the family together. The home was spacious which gave our families plenty of privacy. The toy rooms were a hit with our grandchildren! The kitchen and grill were great. We cooked all our meals at home. The pool provided a bonus which we all enjoyed. A very enjoyable vacation made possible by their home!

This was an extended stay of 3 months, and was well worth it. Jaime and Maya were great hosts. They responded very quickly and only as needed. The fence needed repair so my dog could be in it without me worrying he would escape, and the grill was not usable. Jaime fixed both issues promptly. I have done multiple long stays and this rental has had the best kitchen equipment I’ve encountered. It’s not all top notch quality but it’s a wide range of items that a home cook would need. Tons of dishes as well. For once, I wasn’t buying a ton of items to cook! All in all, this was a lovely stay with owners who care about the comfort of their guests. Thank you!

This was a perfect location for a two family vacation and college tour to University of Tampa. We were under 10 minutes to everything. Also, a nice ride to St Pete. We will be back.

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.

This space is special as it can accommodate so many but yet you still have your own private suite! The interior and decor are a solid 9.5 The exterior is a 8.5 Just my opinion The host is extremely responsive and knowledgeable of the home and area! Heated pool was clean and warm Lots of wildlife also
