Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Riverside

We came to Xenia to ride the bike trails and were very happy to return each day during our four-night stay to this very comfortable, clean, cozy home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a couple of meals, with great cookware, modern appliances and lots of options for coffee and tea. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and we slept well. Our host was very communicative and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her home to anyone thinking of staying in Xenia.

Scott was an excellent host. Responding quickly to emails and worked with us to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The home is welcoming and very comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed while preparing meals. We will definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house and amenities matched the listing perfectly and we appreciated the coffee and treats that were provided as well. It was a perfect spot for our first trip to Dayton. We plan to return next year!

Our 4th stay at Jill’s place. It’s always a pleasure to stay here and enjoy the lovely town of Yellow Springs. We walk everywhere and our dogs really enjoy all the extra miles. This time we checked out the dog park (in gaunt park), too, which was great fun!

Cute little spots that I stayed in for a month while working nearby, very comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, within distance of all the amenities, cute little neighborhood grocery right around the corner.

We had a great time staying in Ian’s house, he was very easy to communicate with and if we had any issues he would help us out in anyway he could. We had a problem with our oven and he immediately replaced it with a brand new one which was really nice of him. His house is lovely with lots of space and privacy in a nice garden and porch that I liked to sit outside in the sun. Would highly recommend , and we will return when we can.

Very clean and great communication from owner

My family of 6 with two dogs were out of a home and living in a hotel for a week after a kitchen fire. Sheila was kind enough to take us with our fur babies in for a total of 3 months! As soon as we get there my one child blew a breaker running a hair dryer. Gerald was quick to respond and fix the problem. He was kind and very helpful. We had a big snow storm and Gerald was kind enough to clear the walk way and driveway as well as spread salt for safety. They are wonderful people with big hearts! 10/10 Would ALWAYS recommend!!!

Wonderful camper with great amenities. The air conditioner kept up and kept us cool during a week of extreme heat. Bunk beds are spacious and Master bed very comfortable. He showed us how to use the camper before he left and made sure we were all set before leaving. We plan on using it again hopefully sooner than later!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

We loved this home away from home, it was warm and welcoming and well maintained and very clean inside and out. Bonus features included the outdoor fire pit, hot tub, barbecuers and privacy fence. This was an adorable home, perfect for a family of 4. We used the well supplied kitchen to make most of our meals which I loved. The main guest room bed was extremely comfortable. The whole family enjoyed playing the Nintendo switch. We walked around the community several times and always felt very safe. Loved the proximity to both Meijers and Walmart as well as easy access to the interstates and WPAFB. This property was less money per night (even after fees) than the surrounding hotels. And once again, we were very fortunate to have an extremely hospitable host! This property and AirB&B experience exceeded our expectations.

Jason and his team were phenomenal throughout our 2 week stay. We’ve stayed at several Airbnb’s in the last few years and this experience from booking request to checkout was the best we’ve had. This is the level of customer service that makes you feel like you’re back in the 80’s/90’s. Great job guys and next time I’m in Cincy I will purposely seek out a house managed by your team.

The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed linens were wonderful and the towels were plush. The fenced yard was great for our dog to run around in.

My family came up for my birthday weekend. Staying her made it easy to gather with friends and family. We loved the private location of this home while still being just minutes from town. We come to Ohio multiple times a year and would love to stay again if availability allows!

When you stay at an Airbnb there are always expectations about the space you’re staying in. Jennifer is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. The house is charming and was in a great location for our visits to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and visiting family North of Dayton. The house really felt like home and there wasn’t one thing I felt like I truly needed. I contacted Jennifer a couple of times during our stay and she is responsive and genuinely kind. For our family of five with an Airedale, this was perfect. What a great stay! 10/10 recommend.

Great home and location for a family wedding event that we were in town for in Xenia! We used all 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was as described and well taken care of. Carley was a very responsive host for a couple things we needed. There was ample room to move around and be comfortable and I would recommend this home as a great rental! Just a note: this home, as stated in the description, is pet friendly. If you are highly allergic to pets, just take that into consideration. We don't have pets, and by the third day, my husband's allergies that happen only when he is in homes with pets started acting up. I didn't even think about that when I made the reservation ... LOL! ... but now I will in future ABNB rentals. #oopsie :) It didn't bother me, but ... I don't have pet allergies ... :)

This home was a nice home away from home. We had a very pleasant stay here. The house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

We made a last minute trip to visit family in Centerville and Cincinnati. This location was between both, so perfect for us. We were thrilled that Shea’s place was available, as we had stayed there 3 years ago and enjoyed it then. It was always welcoming to come “home” to after a day of driving and family activities. I highly recommend this cozy, comfortable and peaceful place.

Our host, Billy, was amazing. From the moment we checked in to when we left. He was accessible, friendly, and accommodating. The home was in great shape and just as described in the post. We had an amazing time and if we stay in the area again I would go out of my way to stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay while I was showing at WEC. Really cute place. Very clean. Was perfect for us. Unfortunately the smaller bedroom does not have a door. Which wasnt an issue for us. But could be for others. We would definitely stay there again!

Bella’s Airbnb was great for me and my family. It was cozy and charming and very clean. It also had a great yard for our kids to play. Bella was very responsive and friendly whenever we needed anything. We would highly recommend her Airbnb for anyone traveling in the area!

Kathryn’s place was exactly what we needed for our family to come together for Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed including a beautiful china set for our dinner. I would highly recommend this property especially if you need something that will accommodate everyone in a big family or group.
