Had a great stay at Amana's place. Very peaceful cottage. Great location for the town and castle. Amana couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. A little recommendation is the Wheatsheaf pub around the corner. Great food and welcome.

Victorian house in Central Barmouth location

JoannaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a great stay. The property was clean and tidy, has everything you need for a comfortable break away. We visited as a multi-generational family trip. There’s something for everyone and as it’s very central, those who wanted to go out for a drink in the evening could literally pop over the road to the local pub. 5 mins to the beach, loads of great shops and cafes in the town. I would recommend a stay at this property for large groups looking for a base for a weekend or longer break.

Great location, very convenient for Bristol city centre. Huge house! Loads of sleeping options , people had plenty of space. And great big bathrooms on each floor. The perfect party house! Toned legs from all the stair climbing (4 floors!) Great communal spaces, made everything very easy. Nice practical touches with two kettles, toasters etc. Ideal for our hen party. Host was fantastic, super quick responses, very helpful throughout our stay with extra info as and when we needed it!

Sea Watch- Seafront Boutique 3 bed Holiday House

MaggieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Staying at Sea Watch was a real pleasure. Especially during a wet, cold and windy February week. The kitchen dinner was great with plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 children. The utility was so useful for wet coats, wellies and being able to rinse out sandy socks etc in a sink that wasn’t the kitchen or bathrooms was so nice. The sitting room was comfortable and cozy with a great view across the bay. The decor and furnishings, whilst not necessarily to everyone’s taste, made the room feel luxurious and very special. The bedrooms were also a good size, beautifully decorated and welcoming. This really was a special place to have an away from home stay.

Bristol Harbour, 2 Bedroom House with Free Parking

MylesRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The property is in an historically interesting area of Bristol (the run of houses which this is part of was the focus of series 3 of BBC TV's A House Through Time) This is brought to life in a book which can be found in the property and we found fascinating. The location is 100m or so from Bristol's waterside area and so plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs are within easy walking distance. Paul has a website that makes recommendations for this, but you will find your own favourites quite easily by just walking about. the property was warm and cozy and having its own carparking space is such a boon in Bristol where car parking is at a premium. During our stay one of the lightbulbs went. I told Paul and he fixed it the very next day. The shower is great as well - the best I have every had in an Airbnb property! Overall a really great location and property and I would have no hesitation in recommending (and hope to return myself :))

Bespoke Central Town House.

LisaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is the most incredible home in a perfect location in beautiful Bath. The home is truly stunning (all five floors!!) and so spacious. Each room is extremely comfortable, we all agreed the mattresses and bedding was hotel quality. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and Christina kindly left us milk, Prosecco, crisps and all the essentials. Most of all, the host Christina was extremely kind and flexible. I messed something up with our booking and she was so easy going about it and helped me rectify it immediately. Bath itself was gorgeous even in grey January, we had a fantastic time. Thank you!!

Lovely and Spacious Home

LorraineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed at Celina’s place for two nights but would love to stay longer next time. It’s a charming house and so clean and welcoming. We loved the plants and the huge cheese plant in particular! The area is close to shops and cafes and great places to visit nearby. Communication was excellent and Celina is a friendly host. We felt at home straight away including our dog who usually spends hours sniffing around but she settled immediately. We hope to return in the future.

A stylish Georgian retreat in central Ludlow

DavidRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and in fact we Airbnb our own top floor apartment - this cottage puts everything else to shame. Beautiful, clean, warm, incredibly well-equipped with lots of nice things. The kitchen had literally everything you could ever need. Both ensuite bathrooms were beautiful and again had everything you could need. The building itself is full of character, as is Ludlow of course and at around 200 paces from front door to Ye Olde Bull Ring Tavern in the town centre, it couldn't have been more convenient. Nice little outside spaces too, a courtyard and a balcony. Perfect in conclusion - in fact we said if this were our holiday cottage we wouldn't be letting anyone else share it, it's that nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage! It was very cosy, clean, (though it's worth noting that the ceilings are quite low if you don't watch your head) and the surroundings are endlessly explorable.

Victorian Terrace 2min walk Shrewsbury Town Centre

PaulaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Just spent a couple of nights at Charlotte's beautiful house. It's situated on a lovely, quiet little street, just a few minutes away from the centre of Shrewsbury. The house was beautifully decorated, and had everything that was needed for a relaxed stay. The double bed was probably the comfiest we've ever slept on! Would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay here again if we ever return to the area. Thank you Charlotte!

Unique Victorian home between mountains and sea

NilRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Brilliant winter retreat, have been to Barmouth a few times and love the idea of being able to walk to the beach and mountains in the same day. Excellent hosts, and beautiful property which has clearly been loved as a family home for a long time, great night's sleep and enjoyed the local area. Harlech castle is only twenty minutes away and combined with the local walks and decent eateries had a lovely weekend away. Thanks again :) Nil and Siân.
