Beautiful home in a very peaceful setting, with plenty of space both inside and in the expansive gardens. Justine was there to greet us and responded to any subsequent queries promptly. It was so great to be able to pick the produce from the kitchen garden and to collect the freshly laid eggs, whilst the farm shop (for other supplies) is about 20 mins walk into the village itself. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend celebrating a very special birthday! Highly recommended!

This was the perfect little house in the perfect location. If your looking for a quite get away with friends or a small family that is a 2minute walk to a lovely beach this is the place. The house is gorgeous inside and has everything you need, like a home for home.

Living in the USA I visit family here every year, this time we planned to stay for an extended period of over three weeks. So we wanted a spacious house, in a good location to the train station and central Cambridge, with dedicated parking, and this home matched and delivered on those needs. The house was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. The train station is an 8 minute walk; central Cambridge 20-30 minutes. There is no on-street parking for non-residents so the driveway parking spot was important to have. Some initial problems (mostly by me not reading the home guide fully) were quickly sorted out; I was very pleased with this and would use this host again. We had a birthday party and the place was perfect for 18 of us, adults and kids. Only issue for us was the lack of a dryer as stayed here for so long during the winter and fully drying clothes was a bit of a chore. Otherwise completely satisfied!

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

The stay was a great experience from the point of booking right through till the point of leaving. The host was on hand and provided us with a personal experience by being available to contact with any questions we had during our stay. The place was easy to find and in a perfect location for commuting into Chelmsford town centre for some lunch and shopping. The apartment was clean and tidy and well organised making the stay feel like home away from home which was perfect. Overall it was a great weekend get away and we would highly recommend using Stays Accommodation and are planning to book again ourselves soon! Thank you for everything!

we stayed 11th Jan 2025 for 2 nights. It is our second visit to this perfect place to stay. We were met by Judith & Mike who are really Friendly. The apartment is a short walk from the sea front, Spa Pavilion theatre and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend this property, we'll be back. Debbie & Colin

The value of this stay was incredible and unmatched. The space was extremely clean and decorations were so charming. Cindy clearly went above and beyond to welcome guests to her place, from the basic bits in the fridge and counter treats to the large towels and very clear instructions on all the amenities. The kitchen had all cookware needed to make breakfast each morning and cook tacos one night. The shower water pressure was very good. The balcony and fireplace were such fun features. We were so pleased with it all!

The apartment is gorgeous and in a great location. Mark’s instructions were clear and concise and he was super helpful when our daughter managed to leave her laptop behind! Highly recommended.

Gareth's place is a great place to stay, close to the sea front with a short walk to pubs and restaurants which are really good. The apartment has everything you need and is really comfortable. A great host and i will definitely be back.

Sam's place is the perfect location. Sea facing, 5 minutes from the station and super close to the town centre and supermarkets. So easy for a weekend away. The flat is much bigger than photos suggest, beds are comfy and the bedrooms are really dark and quiet. We slept really well. Sam was responsive and really helpful. Hot tub was clean, easy to use and lots of fun. I'd really recommend a stay here.

We enjoyed meeting Carole and her son, plus dogs and chickens! It was nice to explore the interesting garden and taste her excellent home made jam. PS The provision of milk and croissants was a nice surprise.

The Garden Studio is hands down one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at!! Ann and Simon have every aspect of a home from home covered, and then some! The layout, the access, the welcome goodies and all the mod cons are provided, not to mention the hot water pressure, which is amazing. We spent a lovely few days here over Christmas and we would not hesitate to book again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Great place for a stay in Cambridge, very comfortable apartment with all the amenities you could need for a stay of any length of time, and a convenient location for a trip into the city centre, secure bike lock storage area makes this even easier

Few things tea, coffee and sugar should be provided, we found tea coffee but no sugar and please place a full length mirror as well if possible:)
