Great location, very clean and tidy. Perfect for what we needed. Aaron was very quick at responding to messages. 5* host!

The place was nice, clean, and new. Easy communication and very flexible. If you're 8–10 people, the sleeping arrangements are fine, but the living room and kitchen with dining space are a bit on the small side—though this is not hidden in the pictures.

Great accommodation for 3 of my colleagues to stay in for the week whilst working close by. Andy was a great host and fast at communicating if we had any questions. We booked for a second week straight after as we could guarantee a great stay. Thank you :)

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

This was my first booking with Airbnb so I didnt really know what to expect but Mel has certainly set the standard. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, and incredibly responsive host. The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

I can only have the warmest and most affectionate words of gratitude and appreciation for Dominik and Eva: They are truly kind, attentive, respectful, helpful, joyful, have the best advice and the best knowledge of the area and are a real anchor in this most charming, modern, well equiped and beautiful home far from home. The area is quiet and ideal for work, creativity and concentration. The natural spaces nearby are relaxing and inspiring and so is the cheerful garden. The neighbourhood has also access to most useful services and establishments. This has been, by far, one of my best Airbnb experience and I recommend this true home in the highsest terms. Beautiful home in a very peaceful setting, with plenty of space both inside and in the expansive gardens. Justine was there to greet us and responded to any subsequent queries promptly. It was so great to be able to pick the produce from the kitchen garden and to collect the freshly laid eggs, whilst the farm shop (for other supplies) is about 20 mins walk into the village itself. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend celebrating a very special birthday! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. The flat is really close to the beach and looks even better in reality than the pictures. And Barbara is a fabulous host- very responsive, and she was really helpful about a couple of matters.

We really enjoyed our stay being close to the seafront and town centre and enjoying bright afternoon sunshine as it flooded the lounge, kitchen and outside bench. The cliff top cafe has long been a favourite of ours and breakfast outside in bright sunshine looking out to sea was a real pleasure. The walk along the sea front to the Deben estuary past the golf course is always enjoyable and on this occasion we extended it to make it a 16.5k walk door to door! Thank you Judith and Mike for a very enjoyable stay, we’ll be back!

A really well appointed apartment. Beautifully decorated and in a good location to explore the Sussex coastal area. Parking space was right outside the apartment. The bed linen and towels were lovely and every amenities and appliance you could possibly need was to hand. Highly recommend staying in the apartment. Very clean and comfortable.

The flat was perfect for us to stay whilst we visited relatives who live in Woodbridge. The location is ideal and the flat is a lovely place to stay. It's very central and very well decorated and laid out. We have stayed in Woodbridge before and would definitely come again and hope to stay in Mark's flat. I was also able to park my car easily and we walked everywhere. The stairs were a bit of a challenge for my aunt who is older with sore knees, but she managed never the less and really enjoyed her stay. Mark is a very helpful and responsive host. During our stay there was nothing we needed to ask about as everything was in great working order and all the instructions were clear. Before the stay Mark got back to me very quickly with a query.

This Airbnb was perfect for a few days when had a few things to do around London. It had parking outside for one car. It was private, cozy and warm. I would stay again

The apartment was prestine. Check in was great. The lovely lady from Bournemouth checked us in and made sure our fridge was stocked with milk and water and teas and coffees. She was lovely and very helpful. Everything was walking distance and perfect for us. Thanks again would highly recommend.

Another lovely stay at the property. Well located with parking space available. Clean, modern finish and well equipped. Fresh linen and towels provided, plus cleaning products and mini toiletries. I could not recommend this little den any more. It has all you need and a few more little touches to. Very happy with it. Great price, well worth it. Host was very private and you didn’t even know you were in someone’s garden. I shall be back. Thank you.

All i can say is if any other booking was like Sean’s place Air b & b would bring me back to using air b & b more often. Need i say anymore

Absolutely would recommend this place. Extras in welcome package meant I did not have to shop immediately. Large shops nearby. Within walking distance to town centre. Beautiful scenery just outside flat. Always replied promptly to messages.

This was a hassle free and exceptional stay. Immaculately clean, well appointed and thoughtfully equipped tranquil space where I could relax and rest whilst working in a stressful environment in the Chelmsford Office. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely and perfectly located smack bang in the middle or south beach and north beach almost opposite the peer. We will definitely return when the sun is out!
