Private peaceful and a short walk to the village.

Clew Bay was outstanding to stay at. Patricia was extremely welcoming and helpful in helping us get settled in. We had to hunker down a bit to wait out Storm Eowyn but Patricia invited us into her personal home for some delicious scones and tea. The surrounding area is also very serene and beautiful. We had a direct view of Clew Bay and it was only about a 20 minute walk to get into the Westport city center. Would love to stay here again!

Hosts were responsive quickly and provided great recommendations for the area. Location was an easy walk to city center. Great options for restaurants and pubs nearby, and an easy drive to local attractions and hikes. Would stay again if in the area.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Perfect spot if you are visiting Westport and don’t want to stay in the town centre.

I found the cottage a delightful, comfortable, well equipped and a relaxing place to stay. Mary was very welcoming and helpful in every way. For peace and quite set in beautiful riverside surroundings, I would highly recommend it.

This place is AMAZING! My wife and I had to decamp to Galway with our 4 week old after a storm had knocked power out of our place in Mayo and we couldn't have picked a better spot. The place is beautiful, really cool with lovely touches from the host. The neighbourhood is really lovely too, a beautiful crescent with a local coffee shop and walkable to the seafront and to the city. The place is a MUST STAY if you are visiting Galway.

Pat was a great and friendly host! Perfect location close to Galway city center but far enough removed from the crowds. Kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and drive way for rental car was nice as well. Rooms were spacious and allowed us to spread out. Pat gave excellent tips and recommendations for Galway and the surrounding cities as well, all were great. Will look to stay here again next time we find ourselves in Galway! Thank you again Pat!

We really liked our whole experience with our stay at Pauline and Toby’s. They were very hospitable and helpful with our luggage. The apartment was great for getting around Clifden.

Had a great stay at Gabrielle's place, perfect homebase, close to everything but away from the street noise, very peaceful and quiet for sleeping. Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, good sofa and bed and kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few breakfasts and dinners. Gabrielle accommodated our early arrival from Donegal and was very helpful with recommendations for where to eat. As with others, took a few minutes to get in through the gate (no numbers on the button pad), but once in, you have the fob for using the elevator up and down to street level. Did a great day trip with the Eugene from Sligo Tours, the Benbulben and Yeats tour, which was a full day of history and wonderful scenery. Do check out the Abbey, which is less than 10 mins away on foot. Loved Sligo, the town and the county and enjoyed staying at Gabrielle's place, we highly recommend staying it as a homebase while in Sligo! Thanks Gabrielle.

Although the pictures are highly accurate they don’t convey how beautiful and relaxing this place is. Definitely the perfect location within 5 min walk to the key area in dwtn Galway yet super peaceful.

One of the best equipped places we have ever stayed. The apartment had everything anyone would want for any length of stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious with lots of storage. Kitchen fantastic with full size fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Walkable to town

Lovley, cozy and comfortable b&b in a great location with nice walks and close convenience store and few pubs, easy to find and has comfortable secure parking. Very friendly and Extremely helpful host. Definitely worth the money if looking for little get away.

Right from the second we hit the lane I was in love, beautifully kept grounds and amazing driveway. I didn't have the chance to meet Robyn as she was busy doing clean up after that horrible storm but I had the pleasure of meeting her lovely mummy Dawn. Dawn explained everything to me very clearly including instructions on hot tub, heating and of course about the lovely wee village. I could have chatted to her all night and she even brought 2 gorgeous dogs to greet us which made my stay better. I would totally recommend staying here especially if you love forestry and lakes. Omg the shower is amazing too. You deffo have to use it 😂. The worst part of this trip was having to leave. I absolutely loved it. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for having us Robyn and lovely to have met you Dawn ❤️

The Ormonde Suite was amazing. The room was so comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The best feature was the terrace with hot tub, we were very lucky to have fabulous weather so could enjoy this every day. If you can get past the 3 flights of stairs and no lift then I highly recommend this place. Liam was an excellent host. Will definitely return.

We were going to relax and unwind away from home and got just what we wanted! We got upgraded to a bigger apartment on the ground floor the hot tub was very nice and needed after our hike on the second day It was nice and private we got exactly what we wanted from the place and surrounds!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grattan Holiday Apartments, car parking out the back, spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen and within walking distance to the beach, local pubs and restaurants. It's about a 20 minute walk into Galway city and taxi back is around €10. Highly recommend a stay here. Sean and Cathal are on hand if you need them and will recommend places to visit and eat

This was a great find in a great location. The accommodation, attached to the main house with its own entrance, felt incredibly private and was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The space was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. The hot tub made our stay extra special.
