Holiday rentals with a patio in River Oaks

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect. Very close to everything that tourists want to see. Stockyards, Downtown, Dickies Arena, it was all super close. My only complaint would be the neighbors dogs barking. It wasn’t at night so it wasn’t super inconvenient, but it did get annoying after a while. Other than that we had a great stay and would definitely book again!

Lanette’s place was the perfect place for us to lay our head while we did some updating at our home. She was friendly, helpful and kind. I would highly recommend a stay at this place or any others owned by Lanette.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The check in instructions were very easy and clear. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The complex amenities were great. It was very quiet and close to restaurants and stores (~15 min drive away from everything we needed). It was a great place to stay for a few days in the DFW area - I would absolutely stay here again.

Carly was very helpful and communicated very well before and during the visit. Her place is perfect for attending sporting events or concerts near ATT Stadium ( Jerry Jones, Cowboys, CFB , NFL) and Rangers stadium. just a short walk. Also very close to Texas Live ! and restaurants in that area. Her place is spacious ( 3 BR) and has all amenities listed. We had a very nice stay.

It was in a quiet residential area, but only a few minutes away from the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum where we were attending an event. The house was clean and just like the pictures. Hana’s instructions on how to get in were easy to remember and she checked in often and was very responsive.

Our stay was excellent! The home is spacious and well equipped with all the we needed. Felt like home. Friendly and helpful owner and property manager. Highly recommend this stay and we will book again when we come to the Dallas area.

Gloria was extremely responsive and accommodating during the stay. Spacious enough with a dog to be mobile and not feel like either of us were cramped in the space, and plenty of amenities available.

My grandson was showing at the Stock Show, location was great, house was just as deacribes and cute! We will be back!

We got this place as a small getaway and to be close to AT&T stadium for the Monday night game. We had family come to DFW from out of town and stayed here as well and we were happy and not disappointed with this cozy and lovely Airbnb. We will definitely stay at Arnold’s again in the future and would highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed our stay in clean, spacious home in friendly, quiet neighborhood. Appreciated security of gated community; provided w/ gate and garage remotes; used garage to park 1 car; on street parking available. All 5 bedrooms were comfortably furnished. Roomy main bedroom w/ comfy king bed; tv, spacious walk in closet; large main bathroom w dbl sink, shower & soaker tub . Ample closet space in other 4 bedrooms. Second bath w single sink & tub/shower. Island kitchen furnished w plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, cookware; all new appliances. Small kitchen table (seats 4-5) and island (3) dining room table (6). Comfy, roomy sectional sofa in main living area w/ large tv. Laundry room has newer, easy to use washer & dryer. Did not use the upstairs game room/media room. . Some traffic/highway noise; more noticeable from the back of the house in the evening. Jesus was very accommodating & responsive; readily available when needed for minor repairs. Great experience.

Only stayed 1 night but 10/10 definitely recommend. Everything was clean and smelled very good throughout the house, very quiet neighborhood, and oh yeah very comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The neighbors were really friendly and Jenny was always quick to respond if we needed anything. The place looks just like the pictures very comfortable and homey. She worked with us when we needed to extend our stay and everything worked out perfectly. Would definitely stay again!

our second stay and even better than the last, Larry and Cherry are the sweetest and cutest couple. me and my girlfriend felt at peace and happy throughout our stay and almost invites Larry and Cherry to roast some marshmallows with us. i will be booking again soon.

Great place to stay, I want need a place to stop as I was driving to allow the winter storm to pass. I had everything I needed they even provided extra amenities like coffee grounds, (creamer, sugar), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent and dryer sheets! Definitely would recommend!

Place is nice, location is great. The heating did not work due to the storm but the host transferred us to another unit. Overall it’s a great stay.

The place was great in every sense. Parking nearby and quiet area.
