Holiday rentals with a patio in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia

our stay was excellent—would stay again! Mandy was always prompt and thorough in her responses. location is extremely walkable and a short drive to a lot. i’ve stayed at places where reviews claimed they were clean, only to be disappointed—but that was not the case here. Mandy’s place was spotless✨

Great stay!! Very cozy and fun apartment, perfect for what we needed. Our pup loved it as well. Very easy to communicate with Andrew, great location, and comfortable space. We hope to be back!!

Nachman's carriage house is a very quiet place in the hub of Philly suburbs. Very conveniently close to food, stores, parks, etc. The space is quite large and without carpets so sound inside is a bit loud. The main queen bed frame is older so it does make noise when a body shifts. A couple of table side lamps would be nice but the overhead lighting was certainly sufficient. The grounds are being renovated though we never saw workman about. The kitchen area and the bathroom downstairs are updated and really great to use. Note: full flight of stairs to get to those areas. We had to cut our stay short however, Nachman was positively responsive when we did. Everything was very clean. Which I really appreciated. We will return as it is close to our relatives in the area.

This was a fabulous place with a great location. Greg and Devon had amazing communication with us (it was raining and they informed us where the umbrellas were). I will be back to visit Philly and hopefully the amazing AirBnB!

The place was great, it had everything we needed, was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive. For example, when we found out that some other guests had taken the hair dryer they replaced it within a few hours. For us the location was great (close to our relatives) and if you need to be in the Drexel Hill area it is perfect. Not to hard to get into the city but it does take a bit of time if you want to go see any of the sights downtown

Love staying here! Highly recommend for a peaceful and private accommodations.

This is such a cute place. It was so clean and easily accessible with good parking. We enjoyed our stay and really loved exploring the area. We highly recommend this spot as it’s well cared for and the hosts are very communicative if needed. Thank you for a great stay.

Great, quiet place to stay!

Clean and comfortable studio located in a great location near the Italian market area of Philly. Loved having the parking space that comes with the apartment. Would stay here again.

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

Chantel's place was great. About 20 min from where I needed to go. Very clean. Looked like the picture. The bed was comfortable. The bedrooms were one flight up. The bathroom was very modern, shower was modern. She gave us enough towels and wash clothes and make up remover. She had a bottle of wine waiting for us, a nice touch. She was very responsive and quick to answer questions. Very easy to find her door and to get in. It was street parking but it was easy to find a spot.

Ana’s house was a perfect location to celebrate the holidays with my family.

We had a great stay at Angela's place! It's exactly as described and as seen in the photos. There's plenty of space and it makes staying in the city comfortable and easy. The location is right near major highways so it's easy to get to other parts of South Philly and get to/from NY/NJ if coming from out of state. You can easily walk to a few places like restaurants, bakeries and a few bars. There's no private parking but you can easily park on the street for free and the street is very quiet. We traveled with a one year old and had no issues! Would come again!

Matthew was amazing! He literally responds in seconds to anything and everything. The place was perfect for our college mock trial team. The kitchen was amazing, and the three full bathrooms were icing on the cake! Perfect location- quiet and convenient. Thank you Matthew!

It was great meeting and staying at Angel and Franks place. They’re super cool people and it was a pleasure meeting them. The views were spectacular their place was cool 😎 and I’m glad I ventured their way. If I’m ever heading to Philadelphia again I will definitely hit them up.

Great location and unit. There's so much to do in the area that is within walking distance. The place is very minimalistic, which is nice. It has everything you need and is super clean. Would definitely recommend. Natasha is also very nice and provides clear instructions and information. Be mindful of the stairs. They could be brutal if you have heavy luggage/bags.

Really enjoyed my stay in trolley square. Perfect location that’s walkable to local restaurants, cafes and parks. Only a 10 minute drive to the children’s hospital. The apartment was clean and felt like home. I noticed in previous reviews that there were complaints about the hot water pressure in the shower, the street parking and dogs nearby. I didn’t have any issues with the water pressure or parking. There is a dog at the neighbors place, but I didn’t notice any barking late at night. My only complaint about the apartment is that the bedroom has large windows and a door that are a bit drafty. I stayed here in the winter so that room was very cold despite the heat being on. Luckily there were many extra blankets available!

Gabriel was very responsive and the house was beautiful! Close to tons of restaurants and bars. We had a great weekend stay at this AirBnB!

This place has it all. It was in the perfect location for a long weekend in the city. It is within walking distance to just about everything in Center City, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city. Would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but never have I seen one this clean—literally spotless! The attention to detail in the entire space was incredible, and the atmosphere felt so well thought out and inviting. The host was absolutely amazing—super helpful and always available to answer any questions. The location couldn’t be better, with everything you need within walking distance, from bars to restaurants and more. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!"
