Laëtitia's welcome is warm, good places and recommendations were very useful to us to facilitate our stay. The house is very nice, well-equipped, the neat decor, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the midnight company is very appreciated by the children. The garden is also nice, allowing you to eat out, and to sit in the evening in the deckchairs for aperitif or during the day for relaxation before or after the many possible activities around the lake.

I was very happy that the owner heated the apartment well. The weather in June was particularly difficult. We often returned wet after the hikes, and being able to heat up and dry helped us a lot. Thanks to the generosity of the owner, who did not hesitate to heat the apartment, we were able to start the hike in dry clothes every day and fully enjoy the stay.

Spacious accommodation, perfectly equipped, very good price, and very well located for access to activities in the region: rafting, hiking, water activities. Responsive and patient host when we are late in responding because of the complexities of organization.

Maryse's place is new, tidy, and comfortable. Equipped with everything you need, you can spend a peaceful vacation. The village of Barcelona is very nice and lively, with nice walks suitable for families or more sporty tourists.

My family and I really enjoyed our week staying in Brigitte's beautiful and historic home. The art, architecture, and furniture of the house is interesting, tasteful, and warm. Unlike some airbnbs, it feels like (and I believe is) someone's home, which makes for a much cozier and real experience. The outdoor spaces (especially the front terrace and large yard) were wonderful for coffee, cocktails, playing boules, and just enjoying the spectacular views. All in all, a convenient, beautiful, and relaxing house for a family gathering. Brigitte was very communicative, flexible, and easy to organize with. Hard to imagine a better spot in Barcelonnette.

The stay went very well, we were six families and everyone had room. The common room is huge and very nice, a tv/games area for children is present. The big highlight is also the view and the environment was really beautiful!

A beautiful house in a picturesque setting. We enjoyed the time very much and were able to relax well. Just spend the whole day by the pool or retreat to the rooms. Each room has its own dressing area and bathroom. It was fantastically lovely!!!

We had a very nice weekend with the family at 12. the place is great, the house very welcoming and spacious and super suitable for the presence of children. close by full of places to visit and beautiful walks. superb views of the valley and the lake. Gérard was very responsive to provide us with all directions and check-in and check-out are managed by a trusted person who is very available.

Very nice house located a little away from Embrun, on the heights. Beautiful view and starting point of many visits and walks. The house itself is very pleasant to stay and perfectly equipped for a family with children!

The location above the beautiful lake and the panorama is fantastic! The kids enjoyed the pool every day and had a lot of fun - between the ages of 9 and 17!!! The contact with Alain on site was very pleasant, everything worked out. If I have to specify a minus point - the indicated ping pong table including rackets is extremely outdated - but that's whining at a high level!! Thank you very much, we had a fantastic holiday, which unfortunately passed far too quickly...

Very nice tastefully decorated house located not far from Gap. Quiet environment and easy access. The owners are very kind and very responsive! We will come back without hesitation!

The home was beautiful, much more beautiful than is visible in the photos. We had a wonderful time in a nice house where we could play with the children in the pool and on the trampoline. The bakery and the supermarket are within 5 minutes by car and there is plenty to do in the area. Highly recommended!
