Family-friendly holiday rentals in Risan

Very attentive homestay!Absolutely clean, everything is fully stocked, and it feels like a home with peace of mind lying on the bed with the scent of laundry detergent!!The bathroom has two pools of water, which perfectly solves the problem of washing makeup for two people at the same time.The host is very good!!!My shoes suddenly glued to him and got a reply very quickly.(Really appreciate it, it doesn't feel friendly enough to summarize the host's grandfather but really can't think of anything else...) The location is great, next to the shopping mall and bus stop, ten minutes walk to the ancient city of Kotor.Everything was perfect and wanted to write down all the points that made me feel impressed but too much to really write.If a Chinese person chooses to stay, I sincerely hope that you can take care of this perfect homestay while enjoying it.(That's why I write reviews in Chinese)

A wonderful villa with lots of entertainment. Billiards, basketball, swimming pool, barbecue area and so on. My family and I enjoyed it. We really liked the beach 5 minutes from the house. I also want to note that our requests were always answered very quickly. We will come here again! Thank you very much

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Bozidar is an excellent host, he went above and beyond. The communication was easy and we always got quick replies. Before we arrived he sent a list of recommendations and taxi numbers. He helped us with transfer from and to the airport. The apartment had a fantastic view and a perfect balcony to enjoy it from. If you are going to Tivat, you should stay here!

Fantastic stay. Very warm welcome by the host. The apartment is located 1 Min from various places to swim. Market and restaurant close by. Absolutely recommendable.

Fabulous spot in Montenegro with gorgeous views of the sea and the mountains! Pool was the highlight. The town below is very small so you need a car (should be obvious to anyone visiting the area but just to be clear!) good to have a local shop just below the apartment though. A few small things with the area - lots of wasps, the pool was cleaned mid afternoon one day which wasn’t ideal, the cafe wasn’t open at all when we were there and you have to take your rubbish out up a huge hill which isn’t ideal. All small things but worth flagging! Great stay otherwise and would highly recommend.

The accommodation was even nicer than the photos. Having a pool and hot tub is so relaxing. The hosts are friendly and friendly. Very close to the places to visit in Montenegro. It was a nice experience, if we come back to Montonegro, we'd like to stay here.

Really enjoyed the stay and flat was fantastic. Great view from balcony. Facilities with pool sauna and steam room were great. Only slight downside was WiFi which we had to open flat door to get access despite the extender been right outside the door.

Amazing view, spacious and clean apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Lovely and hungry cats. Nina answered very quickly and was very friendly. We really appreciated water, fruits and cakes. The road to the apartment was very narrow and steep, so it is better to be an experienced driver. The renovation project was still in progress, so the garden was not in its best shape. Overall very nice stay there.

This house is very good for those people, who tired from noisy cities. Inspite of the closeness to the road and sea the silence of the surroundings is great. Every morning you can see ocean liners, entering the bay and returning back in the evenings. View from the both balconies is amazing. Nearest mini-market is about 1km from the house toward Prcanj centre. There you can find practically all you need for everyday needs. Voli or big Aroma supermarkets are in Kotor city. We recommend Vila Marija restaurant in the centre of the village. There you can eat and swim. Also we had a good dinner in Boka bay restaurant which is closer to house than Vila Marija. As regard to the house itself- it's very cosy, it has two floors, two good balconies, three badrooms. Everything you need for everyday use you can find in it. Two air conditioners helped us in hot days. There were one shower room with a toilet on the first floor and one more toilet on the second floor.

Lovely apartment with private area to Lou he by the sea, the photos don’t do this space justice it is bigger than it looks including the outdoor terrace to eat and relax on if you want. Matea was very thoughtful, and always available and gave good recommendations of the local bay and where to find food and walk. Very good stay and will be coming back.

Very nice apartment, amazing view, very well equipped and close to the beach. Private and public beach with always room. Located between Perast and Kotor , a must-have vehicle ( pay attention to often bottled traffic). Natalya was always responsive to our requests.

lovely apartment, spotlessly clean, cozy, quiet and very warm; i stayed in the last week of november, but the heating system worked perfectly. the house is some ten minutes walk from the main njegoseva street, where you'll find all the amenities, from very affordable restaurants and pubs, to cafes, stores and corner shops. and last but not least, ivana and marija are very friendly, cheerful and easy to talk to. if i ever come to cetinje again, this will be the first place to check for accommodation.

This apartment and its setting was truly heaven. Watching the cruise ships and boats pass in and out of Kotor bay both day and night was a feast for the eyes. The apartment was a home from home with everything and more you needed to prepare meals. It was within walking distance to restaurants shops supermarkets and the old town of Herceg Novi. The host responded quickly to any queries we had and gave us loads of useful information. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Montenegro.

A lovely clean villa in the hills but still close to the beaches - you can walk down to Zanjice and Mirista - you will absolutely need a car though as most places including all the shops are a drive away. Great for family time and relaxing.

This home was clean and comfortable! We had a very pleasant stay, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Parking right out front was a HUGE bonus! We loved that we could walk to old town Kotor very easily and down to the water in Dobrota. There’s a super market and delicious breakfast cafe very close by as well. If you walk, the hills going back up to the apartment are a fun little workout!

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Marina’s place is updated, clean, and a great location. I would definitely recommend for anybody wanting to stay near Kotor.

My family and me (family of 5) had a wonderful time in Tivat, the apartment was big enough for 4 adults and a child. The pool and grill available made our trip even better since it was nice to cool off in the pool during the hot day. Just over the road from the apartment you can find two grocery stores which have all the necessities. The sea with an amazing view is just a short walk from the airbnb. Djuro was a great host, he gave some good tips for restaurants but also organised transfer both from and to the airport. If we ever go to Montenegro again we will definitely stay here.

Jelena was absolutely delightful. There was a slight issue that she solved quickly and responsibly. She was easily approachable with questions. The place is nearby a great bakery. I thought it was in Dobrota, but it was actually a bit away from that. Still, Old Town Kotor was within walking distance. I was there in December. The apartment was quite dark, so that I had to have the lights on all the time. The pictures looked very bright, so I thought it would be like that. I was a bit disappointed at first. But in the end it really felt like home. the kitchen was great. Not at all like other airbnbs where you have the bare minimum. There were Manu utensils, enough pans, knifes and cleaning supplier. Everything that I needed. I stayed here for almost four weeks and I think about it fondly.

Lidija and Milo were wonderful hosts that were always happy to help us with anything we needed. We were amazed by their hospitality. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and even more beautiful considering the view from the terrace. Milo even offered to prepare our fish on his barbecue so we had a lovely evening with the hosts on our last day. The house is located in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood but in walking distance to everything that needs to be seen jn Herceg Novi. Prepare to walk up steep hills if you are without a car like us.

Our stay at this villa was wonderful. The property is peaceful and well-maintained. The pool was the perfect spot to relax or swim. The villa itself is spacious, with comfortable rooms and all the amenities you need. We loved the outdoor seating area with the bar by the pool, ideal for morning coffee or drinks in the evening. The city of Budva is 10 minutes by car and there is a great restaurant right next to the villa. Overall, it's a great place for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommend!

Spotlessly clean villa, beautiful location with stunning views, host were lovely people and always happy to help. Beds were very comfy. We loved the outdoor kitchen and found it ideal. Close to airport if you have a car 25 mins drive. 35 mins to the old town. The villa is quite rural and very peaceful and relaxing. Overall a very lovely villa with a great picturesque view, went for one week but we would have loved two.
