Great accommodation in Marina di Campo, clean, comfortable and within walking distance of the sea and the walk that takes you to the village. The owners, very kind, provided us with a cot and high chair for our 7 Months and the bikes, equipped with a seat, which turned out to be very useful. If we were to return to Elba, we would stay here again. The terrace is fabulous! Highly recommended

On the third floor of a building in the center of Piombino there is a house of incredible elegance. Very manicured finishes, themed furniture, fully equipped kitchen.... ideal for families, for young couples, for vacationers who want the nearby sea and the historic center available... and also for those who move for work.... we will definitely come back (if we find a place! It is very requested, with full merit). Brava Laura !

We loved Giacomo's apartment. Wonderful location with sea views where we could enjoy wonderful sunsets making unforgettable aperitifs and dinners. Very nice and comfortable apartment with every comfort to spend the best a week of holiday in total relaxation. Public beach 1 min walk and numerous restaurants right on the waterfront. Hot review, we spent 1 week guests of Sonia and Cristiano, two delicious people, great guests, present but discreet. The house matches the description and the place is exactly what we were looking for: pleasant and quiet. The house is 30 meters from the beach, the sea can also be seen from the terrace. Very appreciated air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher. The town is not one of the busiest on the island and to get there there is a bending street (beautiful view), there is only a restaurant bar and pizzeria and a service that rents sun loungers, umbrellas, canoes and pedal boats. We had a great time, relaxed and refreshed. It was our first time on Elba and we will be back. Great stay!

The stay here exceeded our expectations. Great for touring the nearby beaches (we really liked Calamoresca), taking a trip to Elba and the Etruscan Archaeological Park. A few minutes walk and you are in the heart of the historic center of Piombino: beautiful view from Piazza Bovio in the evening. On Wednesdays along the street of the apartment there is the local market, very large and full of opportunities; despite this there was no noise from the outside. I also recommend the viewpoint of Elisa Bonaparte suggested to us by a local lady who was very kind to let us take a small tour of the village. Piombino was a nice surprise :)

Stefano's apartment has fully met our needs and expectations: very clean, tidy, bright, and within walking distance of the center and the sea. In addition, the owner Stefano was available and kind to us from the reservation and met us for the check-out time, making everything easier. I recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to stay in Follonica comfortably.

The Island of Elba gives unique and wild landscapes. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a little relaxation away from the chaos of the metropolises.

Spacious and cozy house. Hosts are courteous and helpful. The place is quiet but relatively far from the beach (which we have always reached by car, but without problems given the presence of free parking near the house). Overall a great experience. Recommended

Good support (for those who love nature, silence and tranquility) both to visit the villages of the Etruscan Coast and for cycling or pedestrian hiking. Sara and Marco are always available for both practical issues and local tips.

Very clean and fresh, nice smell. Good kitchen appliances. Close to stores and restaurants. Easy check in and Daniele answered fast and was very helpful.

Perfect place for a family stay in Follonica, walking distance to the city centre and all services.

Despite my delay of almost three hours, I had no problem with Marco, the father was really beautiful people too. I felt more than at home, a perfect place even for my dogs who had so much fun with all that field and sea. Very clean house. 15 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the most beautiful village of Tuscany in my opinion, which is Campiglia Marittima. It requires a means of transport that is a car scooter to get around. Quiet and relaxing place away from stress. I hope to see you again tomorrow. I recommend it to everyone

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to everything. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. Francesca was very responsive and helped out with everything. I highly recommend this place and would definitely love to return in the future!

The accommodation fully met our expectations. It is located in a quiet residential area and offers everything you need. We also greatly appreciated that his washing machine could use. The car can be parked well and safely at any time. Stefano is a very nice host and if you have any questions or concerns you will receive an answer within a short time. We had a wonderful time at the accommodation. There is everything your heart desires here. The apartment is very lovingly furnished and the garden, animals and olive groves harmonize to create a perfect vacation experience! Staying in Samuele's apartment was a great experience. Not only is the house itself very spacious, with a large living room, balcony, two bathrooms and two showers, but also the residence in which it is located is easy to access, with several parking and quiet (beautiful pool!). Ideal for a vacation on the Island of Elba and feeling at home. Communication with Samuele was always very fast and clear. In a month of stay we didn't have any issues. If we return to Elba Island, this apartment will definitely be the first choice for us!
