Aparthotel holiday rentals in Rio de Janeiro

The stay at the place was great! It's a very comfortable, clean apartment, and perfectly located in the Leblon neighborhood and one block from the beach. Close to subte, bars and shops. The host was always attentive to what we needed and was super friendly. To keep in mind, the apartment has an electric kitchen of only 1 stove, as well as a microwave. It's the only thing we can highlight. Everything else was great. We recommend it!

Rosa was one of the sweetest hosts that I ever had in my life!!!! Such a sweet soul. She helped me with recommendations all around Rio de Janeiro (food, activities etc) - just wow. Very recommended! <3

Location is great, it is in a very safe place and with a family atmosphere. We really like the restaurant that is in the building itself, with fair prices and excellent menu. The only thing I didn't try to know before is that the parking space would have to be paid separately, and I was not notified in advance (at least it was a fair price). The city was packed by the time I chose to travel on a holiday, but the location in a gated community with all the amenities made it worth it for the safety and tranquility, only the price was a little higher than usual. The room is not spacious but nothing that would compromise the stay. Anyway, I would come back!

Great place to stay in Rio, you have both beaches 5 mins walking distance. Copacabana at your right and Ipanema at your left.Lots of great restaurants and bars. The building has security 24/7. Check in was fast and easy. Overall the place was outstanding. Definitely would recommend it to anyone who wants a good experience in Rio

The apartment delivers what it promises. The host is informative and quick. The location is exceptional. My only observation/wish, applicable to longer stays, is that towels could be exchanged at no additional cost between a shorter period. 4 days would be good. 7 days is a long time.

5 stars - Amazing host and perfect apartment! My stay at Alessandra’s place was absolutely perfect. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and in the best location—close to everything I needed. But what truly made the experience special was Alessandra herself. I had an unexpected motorcycle injury during my trip, and she went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Her kindness, support, and genuine care made a huge difference during a difficult time. I’m incredibly grateful and would recommend her place to anyone without hesitation!

We stayed at this place for three nights . The apartment is good for a couple or a family . Clean place . With basic kitchen equipment and appliances. There are grocery stores and pharmacy close by . There are small restaurants also in the same lane . I would expect response a bit quicker . The gas supply n electricity supply were off . And the knob was hidden behind the cooking range . Luckily after struggling for a long time for a reply , we managed to find . All rooms n living room have ACs which is a great thing. The pans need to be replaced with new one as the coating has come off . It’s not healthy to cook in those pans . There was no garbage bin in the kitchen . Overall we enjoyed our stay . And would definitely recommend future guests .

It was such a nice stay in Ipanema. Close to everything and we could see the beach from our balcony. When back to Rio we would love to stay the same place

Very good place, according to the agreement, always attentive Alessandra in everything and despite the inconveniences, it was always helpful. Very good area for a family stay, and the people of the condominium are always attentive and very helpful. We will try to return in the short term

The apartment is very well located, the hosts respond quickly and the gatekeepers are very responsive. The only downside is that the apartment has some infiltrations, for those with rhinitis complicates a little. But, I highly recommend and want to return soon!!

Great place, close to Riocentro, with a market structure and restaurant/cafeteria/bakery on the ground floor. It still has a great balcony, facing a very beautiful green area. In addition, Jacqueline was always willing to help and answer questions, excellent host. I would definitely stay again!

Loft is very well located , easy arrival . And safe.

Excellent stay. Just like the listing, everything clean and organized, comfortable bed, very good air-conditioning. One of the best values for money I've ever seen in the area.
