Our stay at Malachite Place, although short, was nothing short of extraordinary. The unit was sparkling clean and kitted with every extra amenitiy that you would need. Laura and James have thought of every detail to make your stay as comfortable and care free as possible. Laura's clear instructions on check in and check out as well as local recommendations were top class and helped make Mtunzini feel like home. I would highly recommend Malachite Place for anyone looking for a care free relaxing stay!

What a beautiful, well thought of cosy yet so spacious apartment The complimentary snacks and small gestures of kindness , effort that was displayed to really make you feel absolutely at home,free and very comfortable. Well done Naomi you really made us feel welcome super comfortable and very much at home 💚 Ps! L🧡VE the paintings done by the host herself especially the lemons in the kitchen 👌🏾

Louise was a super host and made sure we had everything we needed during our vacation and she was easily reachable from the time of booking to the time we left. She put up Christmas decor especially for the kids and she left local recommendations for us to visit as it was our first time in Richard's Bay. She put out some tea and coffee on arrival which was needed after our long drive, and she made sure everything was prestine on arrival, and cleaning was arranged to keep the unit clean. Louise is very hospitable and she takes pride in her unit as well as the overall customer experience. It was greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful time while we were there. The place felt like home from the start and if we do ever considering going back for future visits, we will definitely look her up. Thank you so much for everything! Here's to a Super Host!

A wonderful and relaxing space attached to the main house. Highly recommended! We had an amazing stay at this unit! The attention to detail was impressive – everything felt so well thought out, from the perfectly positioned plugs to the cleverly designed shower door. The overall quality stood out, with luxurious sheets and high-end toiletries making the experience even better. The patio design made it feel completely stand-alone, offering a great sense of privacy despite being attached to the main house.Although the unit isn’t serviced over the weekend, it was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Jacquie was great host and went the extra mile to give us orientation of her town which was highly appreciated. She was available on her phone every single time you called her and kept checking up on us to find out if we were still having a pleasant stay. 🙂

Carmen was very accommodating and lovely to deal with. Her place was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the patio and using the pool. it was a short stay but we had everything we needed and would stay again given a chance.

What a treat. Our family had a 5 star experience. Lovely white linen, beautiful decor, and furnishings. It has everything you may need. Beautiful gardens with amazing birds. Nguni Cottage was wonderful and private. We all immediately wanted to stay for longer. Thank you for your warm welcome and advice, Sebastian! We will be back.

A great place to stay. We were 6 ladies on a golf trip. Had easy and safe access to the golf course. The house is just as the photos show and extremely comfortable. I most definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Johanna.
