An amazing stay, Katia is welcoming, warm and helpful; the accommodation is even better in real life than in photo, the setting is really dreamy in the middle of the valley... very nice hikes from the accommodation and easily organized transport if needed In short, a beautiful place and a great host.

A large apartment in a block of Ribeira Grande. Fairly well-equipped. Nice base for nearby trails. A nice and helpful landlord lives across the street.

Apartments worth recommending. Everything was as described. Close to the center of Ponta do Sol. A washing machine is a plus. At least a small fan would be useful. Unfortunately, the cleaning ladies did not take care of new sponges and cloths. The ones they left behind were disgusting.

We had a great time at Casa das Ilhas, the setting was beautiful and very peaceful, close to all hikes in the Paúl Valley! Always attentive, Katelijne was able to offer us the getaways that suited us, and we also had great dinners at the hostel, in the company of other guests. Thank you again!

Great place. Spacious apartment, a little dated but everything works. Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee, good beds, good shower and a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the picturesque harbor and sunsets. There's a table with 4 chairs, you can sit in the shade and out of the wind. You'll always sit outside here. Ponta do Sol is a cozy little place with nice restaurants and small supermarket. Every place on the island is accessible by car. In short, this airb&b is very recommended and suitable for longer stay.

i went to stay here with 5 friends. we had a very nice stay. the beds were nice, it was spaceous enough and there were enough utensils in the kitchen

We really enjoyed staying in Marie's place and also loved the area for walking, good facilities and friendly community. Marie helped us choose walks and advised or arranged transport as needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is comfortable and quiet. We slept well. Marie lives upstairs and was on hand or answered messages quickly if we needed anything. Highly recommend. It's a nice apartment very close to the ferry terminal. Great for a stay in Porto Novo to explore the west of the island. We would go there again.

Great stay! Great hospitality from Carla . Great communication, which made it easier for us to arrive from the port of Ponto Nuovo. No issues with the listing. It is indeed located atop a slope but the climb is worth it. The views are beautiful. In addition, it is located at the start of the hike to Fontainhas. Yes, there are flies, insects because there is a farm nearby but no problem if we think about closing the shutters. No odor issues. We would come back without hesitation.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Giovanni's apartment. Very spacious, clean and with a perfect location close to the harbor. Giovanni was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
