Amazing location, with great views.

The apartment is clean and tidy. everything is new and beautifully decorated. The bed is too comfortable, the view from the terrace is unreal and incredible. There is a restaurant below the apartment and a beautiful spa center on the floor below. We also had the option of parking in the garage in front of the building. Host was very friendly and we can only recommend this apartment!

Ivan is an excellent and very hospitable host. He is always ready for additional explanations and willing to make suggestions about visiting various parts of Kopaonik. The accommodation is comfortable. The heating works great. In addition to going to the center itself, and let the challenge be going on foot, be sure to visit everything that this resort has to offer. Use of the pool is recommended. In the end, the main suggestion is walk, walk and walk 🙂

Marko and all the staff here were amazing, always welcoming us with a warm smile. They were quick to answer any questions or solve any issues we had. The daily shuttle service to and from the ski slopes was incredibly convenient. The cabin was well-equipped and had a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The hot tube outside the house provides an unforgettable experience. （Relax inside with starry sky）If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose to stay here!

The apartment was nice and felt bigger than it looks on the pictures. The host was very friendly and helped us park on the street in front of the house. City center with restaurant and shops was only a 5 minute walk. The location was perfect for our trip to the Rugova canyon, would recommend!

Very beautiful and cozy house. We liked the terrace with a beautiful view and the fireplace the most. The house has everything you need for life. There is one toilet and it is really a bit cramped, but for us it was not a problem, there is no TV. The hosts are amazing and very responsive! At my request, they put a small Christmas tree in our house and decorated it for our arrival.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment in Peja, Kosovo, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking—mountains rising majestically in the background and the serene river flowing through the town created a picturesque setting that felt straight out of a postcard. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided great local tips, making it easy to explore the area. Location-wise, it couldn't have been better—just a short walk to local shops and restaurants. Whether I was sipping coffee on the balcony, soaking in the views, or wandering through the charming streets, I felt truly at home.

Ukë was very kind and helpful and the place was very relaxing. Beautiful mountains, fresh and crisp air and picturesque surroundings. The place has everything you need but make sure to bring food and other essentials with you because there is no supermarket or restaurant anywhere close. If it’s winter, make sure you winterize your car before going up there. I higly recommend this place!

I'm not sure what I liked most, the cabin or the drive there. couldn't have asked for a more gorgeous and private stay. upon speaking with Olt at his restaurant in downtown Pejë, if I understand correctly, the cabin (and restaurant) was built by his grandfather. It's old and rustic with modern lighting touches, and should be appreciated as such :)
