We stayed for the long weekend. It was a family get away. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean. It has a beautiful pool and spa. It had all you need to cook if you feel like it. Had lots of games for young and old. Location was great, close to shops, beach or go for a beautiful walk. We could not fault anything. Definitely recommend Jenine’s place you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back again but next time for a longer stay. Thank you once again Jenine. We give you 5 stars

Our stay was very much enjoyed by both adults and kids. The home is very spacious and very comfortably fit 2 families of 4 with plenty of space. The pool and spa were a massive hit and kept the kids entertained all week. The house was very well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed. Couldn’t fault anything! Thanks so much

This house is a hidden gem in San Remo. The house is so cosy and comfortable, we had an enjoyable long weekend there. The pool is electrically heated so as to make your stay even more comfortable. The host is very proactive and communicates really well.Thank you folks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Highly recommend. From enquiry to end of stay, our experience was nothing but positive. Jo was the most delightful host. Her love for the property and joy for others to experience it was felt throughout all of her communications. Everything was proactively explained in detail. The property was peaceful, spacious, a luxurious rural retreat. It was equipped with every item that you would need. Even carrots to feed the horses! The veranda wraps around the beautiful weatherboard homestead with the main feature being the solar heated infinity edge pool. An outstanding space to take in the surrounds and let life pass you by. Mitch and Co, a 5minute drive away offered delicious coffee. Mount Martha market and beach for a little outing. However, it is hard to peel yourself away from the homestead. Days basking by the pool. Nights of bbqs and kids playing cricket in the gorgeous tree lined driveway. Lifetime memories have been made. Thank you Jo for allowing us to enjoy your property

Adele was so easy to communicate with and accommodating. The house was so clean and very well equipped. As we had 3 children under 6, the floor plan wasn’t ideal. The split level flooring made it very tricky with toddlers and the stairs do not have a baby gate. The trampoline is broken so we did have one child fall and that should be addressed as a safety concern. The house is located on the main road which is also not ideal and the sea view is only accessible from the upstairs living area and bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at Renee’s house, it was perfect for our girls weekend away and could not recommend enough. Renee was amazing to deal with and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks Renee!

The house was striking, with stunning decor and comfortable furniture, and it was comprehensively equipped. The 180 degree view over Port Philip Bay was a memorable backdrop for our dining, The central lift helped the older guests with creaking knees. Alex was very helpful in the lead-up, but her help was not needed during our stay, because of the extensive notes she provided. It was a wonderful experience enjoyed by our entire family group, which ranged in age from 4 to 80. Thank you, Alex.

Great place for a family holiday The place was very well presented with a great family dining and sitting areas and a cubby and sandpit that the young children thoroughly enjoyed. All made for a very relaxing stay and to go to the penguins and other places of interest.

A fantastic find. Great little house that we used as a base to explore the island. Main shopping / eating street in cowes is just around the corner so a very handy location. Narelle was very responsive and helpful. A great communicator. All in all a great stay for my elderly parents, my husband, 12 year old son and i. And our dog!!

The location, so close to the beach, and beautiful garden setting, make this place a wonderful place to stay. The house and bungalow are welcoming, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped. Helen's place was very clean and the outdoor area was huge. It was definitely well looked after we would love to stay here again the next time we come to Phillip Island.

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

We loved our stay at smiths beach. We were down for a funeral and the house was a homely, friendly place to retire to at the end of the day…. oozing retro beach house charm that I hope never gets updated! I could hear the waves at night and slept extremely well.

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

It was perfect place for our weekend getaway to explore Mornington and surronds. Angela was very helpful and flexible with check-in/check-out. The place was comfortable, well equipped with appliances and amenities, with great access to the beach across the road.

We absolutely loved our stay here! There is plenty of space in the house, it was very clean, and the hot tub was wonderful. Absolutely would recommend to anyone!

Unpretentious older house about a 5 min drive into Cowes. Private access to beach. Wallabies and birds came up to the back fence for a feed. Possums ate our Easter eggs in the backyard on Easter Sunday morning egg hunt! We loved Richard’s house. It has a great vibe and plenty of space for three kids, five adults and our dog. Kids loved the table tennis. It was good to be away from the crowds in the Main Street. Beautiful walks along the beach which was so accessible. Richard and crew were great to communicate with.

Lovely place and very friendly host!

This property gave us a beautiful stay. It is bright and spacious with amazing amenities and a stunning backyard. The home i well equipped and Stephen was very responsive when we needed assistance. The home is beautifully decorated and we had an amazing time. It is so serene and we had a restful time with our friends and family. The property is located near amenities and tourist sites. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely visit it in the future.

We have been staying at this accommodation for our Phillip Island historic race meeting many years now, and it never disappoints. From the moment we step through the door, we know we are in for a fantastic stay. The facilities are consistently top-notch, clean and perfect for our group. It is in a great location not far from the race track. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere. It is always welcoming, with a relaxed feeling that suits our weekend perfectly. It is a tradition for us to stay here and every visit reinforces why we keep coming back.
