The villa was absolutely beautiful. You drive into the garage and street level and take the stairs or elevator up to the swimming pool where you find the front door to the villa. The villa has seating areas outside the lounge and master bedroom with wonderful views over Torremuelle out to the sea. The pool area is delightful and clean with lovely sun loungers and the water is warm all day. The villa has electric shutters which cover all windows and doors and the whole place felt very safe while we were there. You can walk for 10 mins to Torremuelle station where you can catch a trains to Malaga, Fuengirola or Marbella. Walk another 10 mins and you are down at the sea. Lyx were incredibly responsive when we had an issue with one shutter and sent out a locksmith at 11pm who fixed it there and then. Enjoy your stay!

Beautiful vacation home – pure relaxation! We had a wonderful stay at this place! The reception was very friendly(with tapas and drinks!) and uncomplicated, so we felt comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is not only tastefully decorated, but also well equipped – there was really nothing missing. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful, cozy courtyard and the sunny balcony with sea view. The location was also good: very quiet but still ideal for walks to the beach. Everything you need (e.g. supermarket, restaurant) is within walking distance. Overall a great place to stay for anyone who wants to spend a relaxing time in a great setting. We will be happy to come back!

Victors house was perfect I would highly recommend to all, we did have a small problem with the electric I contacted Victor and within minutes he had sent someone around to reset a switch, this was NOT the houses fault it was mine for putting on all the appliances, hot tub on all at once but Victors response was exceptional

The apartment is in a very nice park, well maintained, away from the chaos of downtown Nerja. The terrace on which you can eat offers a beautiful view. We found everything you need in the house. Everything is well kept and clean.

Communication with Carlos and Paula was great and they responded quickly. We had a small issue with the pool and it was tried to be solved immediately. Easy check-in and check-out. The house was clean and tidy. The house is in good condition and is well equipped and has a great view.

We had a great stay in Salobreña, and the location is perfect. Walking distance to everywhere in the town but in a quiet location. The house was peaceful and cool despite the heat outside. I had no common language with the local agent but friendliness, waving hands, and a little Googling gets you through. Automatic translation on Android made arrangements for arriving and departing very easy. Parking was never inconvenient, and the house is well-equipped. Salobreña is a great jumping off point to visits up and down the coast and inland to Granada and the Sierra Nevada. Definitely recommended!

Bob’s homes are a perfect blend of art, comfort, and awe. Frigiliana is such a special place to begin with then to stay in one of Bob’s homes, is a true blessing. We stayed in both the one bedroom and the two bedroom during our two week stay in Frigiliana. Our adult daughters were with us the first week and stayed in the two bedroom while we stayed in the one bedroom. They are connected by a walkway and it is ideal for having larger family needs. The terraces overlooking the town and sea are sublime. The fireplaces in both homes work like magic and throw a lot of heat into the spaces. The homes were spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Bob was always available if we had a question. We had excellent WIFI service, no problems at all. Both kitchens had abundant spices and cookware for cooking. Wonderful restaurants are close by as are hiking trails, and shops of all kinds. This region of Spain, the village of Frigiliana, Bob’s homes, will remain in the heart and mind.

We stayed five weeks (4/12/2023 - 7/1/2024) in Casa Linnea, an unique Andalusian house in an unique mountain village. The house has many steps which prepared us for walking in the village, the mountains. The house is nice decorated! In every room there is good airconditioning to warm the house in winter. The kitchen is very well equiped. One disadvantage is that the bedroom upstairs is not connected with a bathroom. The bathroom is downstairs. Pia is a very friendly host who gives many advice for exploring the region. She is standby for all questions. So was Chris, the local contact. Staying five weeks in the village was great. We participated at the local traditions in Christmas time. We met our neighbours. The surrounding is very beautiful for walking (Gran Senda). The sea is nearby. On newyearsday we went swimming in the sea! We visited Malaga, Granada, Antequera. Return to Casa Linnea was like coming home! Thank you very much! Rie, Ingrid, Nicole, Robert from Belgium

We had a great week at Pedro’s place! Would recommend any time. Absolutely fabulous views of the Mediterranean and Malaga city. The house and pool were lovely with all needed amenities. Our daughter loved the little garden playhouse. Also really nice touches with original art in the house!

Amazing place in the hills, and the beautiful Frigiliana is only a 15 minute drive away. A perfect spot for tranquility and walks into the hills.

The location is with in walking distance to the beach and basic shopping..

House had amazing views and all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay. Kitchen essentials plus coffee pods and a lovely welcome box with snacks. House had extra toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap for maximum convenience. Rachel was also so responsive and helpful, giving us tips for car transfers, private chef. Perfect stay for 3 families with kids. The private pool plus the community pool were perfect for the kids and adults in making the stay fun and relaxing.

If you're heading to Málaga, this is the place to stay! Beautiful, cozy, and private, with an incredible view. It was super comfortable, spotless, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. But the real highlight? Jose, the host. If I could rate him beyond 5 stars, I’d give him 10! He was beyond amazing, super kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Málaga. Thank you, Jose, for an unforgettable experience!

What a view!!! The villa is beautiful, well situated, easy to access, functional, nicely and modernly furnished and well-equipped. We spent most of our time on the terrace enjoying the beautiful view and the sunshine. Wi-fi works very well. Very nice and professional host. This house is on our list of favorite vacation spots :)

The two of us arrived with our car and Sam guided us so well that we also found the finca without any problems. The journey seemed adventurous but ultimately completely hassle-free. We immediately felt very welcome in the house. Drinks were provided with cold and small sweets, everything very lovingly prepared in the details. The amenities leave little. Wishes open. Whether cleaning materials or cooking utensils, everything is there. In and around the house..such as on the upper balcony with sea view and in the strikingly maintained, clean pool.. you can enjoy absolute privacy. Sam is always responsive and we had the impression that she and Ian were happy if they could also fulfill wishes for the guests. When we asked for a small table for the balcony, it didn't take an hour for us to be fulfilled. We felt like personal guests and will definitely come back. ❤️ Thanks Sam and Ian. You guys are great.

We were an extended family group with 3 young children. The space was perfect to allow us all to mingle. Each room has its own Bathroom with lovely showers. Kitchen was spacious with all amenities. Close to Malaga by bus uber (20/30 minutes) or walk along a lovely coastal path. I can highly recommend this house for a large group of family/ friends.

We loved our stay here. Very comfortable and well equipped and super clean. The flat is close to the old town and easy walking for restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Beautiful villa with amazing location. The house is beautiful, really clean, well equiped and the swimming pool is great The house is 10 min by car to the beach. If you want to enjoy real holidays it is the perfect house. We felt great in there and hopefully we will come back again. Lidia was clear, friendly and always responsive by phone. I highly recommend it.

We had a very nice stay at this house. Nice beds, enough space and very complete (we enjoyed the BBQ and the sunbeds and benches outside!). Furthermore, there is good working internet. The location of the house is very quiet and private and adjacent to a path through where you can walk into a large orchard. Anouk is a great Dutch-speaking host who is always there for you. The pool was officially not yet open, but especially for us they prepared it faster so we could use it. Furthermore, the garden is completely fenced (also for small dogs) so that our dog could run around outside. Thanks for everything and we'll probably come back!

Steve and Beverly were great hosts, they gave us a great welcome. They thought of a way to sweeten our arrival day, thank you :). During our stay they made sure we had everything we needed. Steven is always very attentive. He gave many valuable recommendations. The house is in a convenient location for exploring Andalusia. It is off the beaten path in a quiet place. Rural atmosphere guaranteed. At the same time, it is close to many interesting places. A car is essential for your convenience. The house is spacious, clean, wonderfully decorated, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Our family of 4 rested very comfortably in it after a day of sightseeing, and the hot tube is perfect after a hot day. Steve and Beverly are fantastic people!

This home was terrific. Clean, well-maintained, fully equipped with everything you needed and a huge pool. In the house there were games, books and wifi. The kids had an incredible time and so did the adults. Pieter was very welcoming and gave very helpful instructions. Georges who greeted us was very friendly and incredibly helpful. He was available every time we had some questions. The road up there are mountain roads but it's worth the whole trip. The area is quiet with a few neighbors, which means that you don't feel all alone up in the mountains. We have been to many different houses in Spain but this house was absolutely the best we have been to. 10 minutes drive from the house is a small village with a cozy restaurant as well as a small supermarket, a bar, and a small playground. Here we were also sitting and eating ice cream and talking to people who were very friendly. Thank you for a great stay. We'll definitely be back.
