The house is very well taken care of, very close to the center of Serra Negra (6-7 minutes). Well spacious town, legal leisure area and one of the rooms still has a crib! We enjoyed it a lot and we intend to go back, Maria Amélia gave all the instructions of the house, it was pretty cool!

A super cozy house for a few days of rest. We went in 8 people and we were well accommodated. Clean house, clean bed linen ready to use. Sheila's excellent service (including sending items we forgot at checkout 🙃 thank you Sheila!) and a great reception from Cida. Second time we settle there and want to come back more often. For those who are looking for a quiet place of peace, a moment to relax and disconnect from the day-to-day rush, there is the right place!

It is difficult to put in words the compilation of good experiences in Renata and Marcelo's home. At first, they were hyper friendly with the information about the property, even before the check in. About the check in, Marcelo welcomed us with love, with a wonderful welcome coffee! About the property: EVERYTHING IMPECCABLE. Imovel hyper comfortable, all very well equipped, and extremely clean and organized. The exuberant outdoor area. Excellent pool with lukewarm water, as it gets sun all day, and an excellent leisure area, with beautiful views of the backyard. In short, this couple Renata and Marcelo deserve congratulations on their great affection they have provided for our family. Thank you For everything and we apologize for something. I only have to thank Mauritius for the excellent care of its guests. The apartment was impeccable, all rooms properly cleaned and organized. The apartment is very well located, which facilitated my locomotion through the city. As for the owner, the communication and exchange of information is extremely effective. I will definitely be staying onsite again if necessary, I recommend it to everyone.

I would like to make constructive criticisms. Box was leaking in the corner near the wall. The ceiling fan was dirty with a lot of dust. At the entrance of the building, the water from the air conditioning of the apartment above dripped directly onto the entrance gate, right over the head of those entering.

My wife and I chose In Hausi and the beautiful City of Águas de Lindóia to celebrate our Marriage of Steel, 11 years of marriage. We made a great choice, the structure of the accommodation exempts any kind of comment, simply exceptional! Wonderful place! No words to describe my stay, the host responded extremely quickly and was very proactive. Impeccable accommodation, I found the place very clean and organized. The only detail for hot people like me, bring a fan because in the hot season it is a little complicated due to the lack of air conditioning, but other than that I don't see any other negative points, for those who want to spend a weekend away from the madness of the city this is the perfect place, waking up to the sound of birds such as: parrots, woodpeckers and others, without the noise of horns or cars and no sound of motorcycles. 10/10! I recommend it!
