The stay was very good! The house is beautiful, with great indoor and outdoor space, well equipped and comfortable. The neighborhood is great, calm, close to the center and markets. It was a very nice weekend with family to rest. I recommend it to everyone. I'd come back again.

Martha was a perfect host. We gave us all the necessary information and was helpful at all times. the space is a little corner in the sky. Better than in the photos itself, it was an environment of peace and quiet.

The house is cozy, all very clean, impeccable. We look right in the middle of nature, great to rest. To get to Monte Verde is by the dirt road that takes about 40 minutes, but it's a quiet path. We will definitely return to this marvellous place!

Great apartment for up to 4 people, very well located, next to Shopping Maia and in the best neighborhood of Guarulhos. It is in perfect condition, very well equipped, spacious balcony, two bathrooms. I stayed with my wife and two children for 10 days. The condominium is very nice, safe and without bureaucracies. The market and the laundry 24h were great differentiators for us. I strongly recommend the Elder as a host, always available before and during the stay, took care of everything and made us very comfortable. On the next trip, absolutely, we'll be there again.

The apartment is impeccable and exceeded expectations. Extremely cozy, well-equipped (had all the kitchen utensils and bedding and bath linens) and spacious. The view is wonderful and the apartment has great privacy. You feel at home to watch a movie, have a wine, cook and stay on the balcony. The bathroom is also great. The parking space is good, the building has an elevator and the location is excellent, super close to the center. We drove to the center every day, super quiet parking on the street and quiet also the entrance and exit of the building. The Norma was very receptive and helpful, as was Luciana who handed the keys. We had no problem with the stay and we recommend with eyes closed!
