Ideally located 20 min walk from the hyper center of Liège (Rue Saint-Paul – Place Cathédrale), 10 min from the Palais des Congrès, 5 min from the train station and 10 min from the Mediité. Right next to a Delhaize and 2 minutes from a series of shops (bakery, butcher, bank, etc.). Convenient parking on the quays.

Duplex with amazing views

Once you arrive on the 9th floor of this building with an elevator, you will enter a real cocoon bathed in light. The apartment is indeed very bright and has two bedrooms. Its main asset is its panoramic view of the Meuse. It has a small, well oriented balcony and, at nightfall, the lit city becomes a real spectacle. At the foot of the famous Marché de la Batte on Sundays and a short walk to Rue Hors-Chateau and the center.

Terrace, parking (fee) and bikes ! Stay in this superb renovated flat and you will enjoy a very central but very quiet location, in a pedestrian no-way-out street. Just in front of the museum of walloon life, one of the most beautiful one in the city. At the end of the day, you will enjoy the jets bathtub , a tea or coffee, in your finely decorated accomodation. You will feel like in an expensive suite in a hotel !
