In a very attractive and undisturbed location on Södermalm, you will find this well-planned and nicely renovated 1st. Lovely living room with exit to a king's balcony at the top. The room has a loft bed 140 cm as well as a smaller bed 90 cm for those who prefer to sleep at floor level. There is also a kitchenette for simple cooking. Located with direct proximity to water and greenery at Reimersholme and Långholmen as well as all amenities such as shops, restaurants and good transport at Hornstull.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

You will reside right on Nytorget, renowned meetingpoint and "place to be" on Södermalm. This SOFO-district is famous for its relaxed atmosphere with bars, restaurants, trendy small shops of design, vintage, eco-food etc. Within walking distance to the old town of Gamla Stan, ferries to Djurgården, among lots of other "musts".. The flat is on the 4th floor (elevator) in an "fin de siécle" building, it is calm, luminous and spacious. A really cosy accommodation you will long for returning to!

Welcome home!. We have many books, art on the walls and a piano. One of the nicest parts of Stockholm. Around the corner you can find old wooden houses, many coffeehouse (Il Café, Kafferang ...) and restaurants (Folii) and the lovely park on the “White hill”. A short stroll to a magnificent view over the city. It's quite and safe in here and easy to walk everywhere, or take the blue buss (2) to the city center.
