We did a week getaway as a couple and the location could not have been better, it is in the center of everything, so it is a good base to explore all of Asturias in a short time, highlighting the sardines of the port which were spectacular. In addition the treatment was unbeatable, since we arrived the response was quick and informative, he even advised us on where to go or possible plans, not only for the area but also by Asturias. Joaquin and his family are right next door so they were always nearby and available if there was any problem. In short, our stay was 10 and I recommend it 100% for a couples getaway. We will be back for sure.

The stay was perfect. The reality was even better than the photos and exceeded our expectations. The apartment is located in the middle of the extensive Salinas beach, with stunning views over the coast thanks to its location on the 11th floor. Salinas has quick access to the highway that allows you to enjoy the natural and urban landscapes of Asturias. The spacious living room also has a large terrace, and a lot of light. It is perfectly furnished and recently refurbished Bernardo was super attentive from the time of booking, responding quickly to our doubts and giving us all kinds of facilities, including a late departure after the end of the year. Wishing to come back!

We stayed here as a family of 4 for 4 nights and only wish we could have stayed longer (we did contemplate it!) A hidden gem in a tiny little town with friendly neighbours and interesting sites - and the house itself will blow you away. It is unbelievably comfy with everything you could ever need or want to feel at home. Perfect place for us as we are travelling for 12 months and this was ideal to drop and flop for a few days and do a bit of waking. So much care and attention goes into making you feel welcome here. Edu is the best host you could hope for - super responsive and even checks in to see how you’re going. We had everything we needed and more. Would give this 6 stars if we could 😀 We’ll be back!

In short, what you were looking for. A place with land for our dog to enjoy and tranquility to be able to disconnect from the day to day. The accommodation is as seen in the photographs. It is small but it does not lack anything, and if it were so María José will fix it in an instant. You can walk around, you can dine quietly, or you can be having a coffee on the porch as all the necessary utensils and amenities are available. Finally, indicate the cleanliness and order of the place upon our arrival. And the grass ! I think there are less well cared for golf courses.

Very large house with all the comforts to be at home, with stunning views of the estuary. Garage space in the building itself. We receive all the very detailed directions and very complete information of the area.

We felt right at home. It was all spectacular, tidy and clean. Spacious and comfortable spaces. Open kitchen with the living-dining room very spacious. We loved it. To repeat at another time of the year without a doubt to be able to take more of the space outside.

Great location, close to many bars and restaurants, grocery stores, a park for walking and jogging, promenade and beach. Kitchen has all equipment needed for cooking. In the apartment you can adjust the temperature of the heaters, so we were comfortable in the winter. One of the heaters broke and Rocío c Fernando replaced it the same day! The apartment is very cosy and nice to be in. Opposite is a bar, so if you go to bed early, it can be a little noisy, but it didn't bother us. There is no direct sunlight in the apartment, but in general, it is not perceived as dark. Communication with Rocío was easy and pleasant. Thanks again for hosting us!
