Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Region of Queens Municipality

We were looking for a cozy getaway where we could unplug and immerse ourselves in nature. We found it at the Bear's Den! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a wave and a smile from Liana. She was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us the lay of the land and then left us to our peaceful stay. We enjoyed a walk through the trail to the LaHave River, which borders her property. It was beautiful and peaceful. That night we had a relaxing evening by the fire with some drinks and a few games of cards. Though it was very cold, we also could not resist getting bundled up to sit outside and star gaze. I don't think I have seen so many stars in my life. The space was very clean, easy to keep warm, the bed was comfy and the environment was serene. We loved our overnight experience. It was hard to pack up and leave the calm atmosphere the next day, but we look forward to returning when we can play in the river!

The perfect place to stay for peace and quiet. You are just far off the beaten path for some rest and relaxation but still close enough where the South shore attractions are just a drive away. The hosts will answer any question you have with a rapid response. Our two labs loved the property and Cailean Rae and Kate made a personalized gift basket for us and the pups. Can't recommend them enough.

We had three couples and two dogs staying for two nights at Ainsley and Mark's place. it was exactly as described but also had some lovely touches that made our stay more comfortable. We enjoyed walks in the area and did much cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot with friends or family.

A complete gem of a property! Stunning waterfront fun. Everything we could have imagined and more. Perfect for any kind of weather. Host was available and accommodating when we had questions. We will be back!

I highly recommend this place! Cozy cottage, directly on the water, private hot tub, and ample firewood is supplied to keep the space warm during the winter. The host include thoughtfull touches (coffee/tea, sugar, oil, basic spices), enough towels and robes so you always have something dry ofter the hot tub or a shower, and basic toiletries (shampoo, soap, q-tips). the hosts are very responsive/ helpful and do their best to assure you have the best experience. I loved this trip 😊

This is our second trip to the Tower this Fall & we are simply in love with this space! Ulrike is a wonderful host, willing to help whenever needed, providing us with a peaceful, beautiful space to unwind. I am counting down until the 2025 season so we can come back! Highly recommend this stay! The sound of the ocean heals. ♥️

This vacation home at White Point was the highlight of our family Christmas vacation. The space was large enough for everyone to be comfortable and we made great use of the fenced in backyard for our dog, plus playing in the snow with my one year old granddaughter. Having access to the amenities at the White Point Resort was a lovely bonus and very convenient to walk over for a meal or a stroll on the beach. We will definitely return!

This was our Second stay at Jody & Daniel’s Country vibes Air BnB & it was just as great as our last stay. We booked Thanksgiving weekend & it felt right at home. Jody & Daniel have everything you could think of needing during a stay away, making it easy to pack up & go. With twins that makes things so much easier for our family 😊 100% will be back again.

My boyfriend and I stayed for the weekend and had an amazing time! We took the kayaks out on the lake for a nice Fall paddle. The property was beautiful and there were lots of thoughtful touches. Shayma was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!
