Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

We had a great stay at the villa. Very helpful and friendly at checkin and we really enjoyed our stay! We will look forward to returning to Torrevieja.

We had a great stay. The apartment is walking distance from touristic sights and the sea, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The garage is secure and conveniently located on the bottom floor of the property. We loved the decor of the place, enjoyed playing foosball, and wished we had time to read some of the interesting books on the shelves. The host was super responsive and helpful, so if we ever return to Cartagena, we will definitely check the availability before searching elsewhere.

Excellent stay, there is no lack of a detail, comfortable beds, it is very quiet. Very accessible in the historic center. The parking is a big plus because it's very difficult to park in the area. If I come back, I'll repeat.

We had a spectacular weekend at Carlos's house. I went with a group of friends and we stayed all weekend inside the house. Enjoying the pool, cooking and desktops in the table. The house is spacious and has several environments to share in a group. We'll definitely repeat it. it's beautiful.

Very quiet location, villa was perfect for what we wanted from our stay. Would definitely return. Just a word of advice, make sure you get access to a vehicle as it’s rather remote without and hard to get a taxi/ bus. Again, we knew this and was prepared 👍🏻

Single chalet with swimming pool and grill. Very spacious and comfortable. Perfect to spend a few days in the sun, which was our goal and get to know some good restaurants that Nieves recommended to us. We liked it so much that we will be back in June.

Benko is a very helpful, pleasant and responsive host. Everything was very clear for our arrival. The villa is very pleasant to live in. There were 10 of us as a family and everything was perfectly functional. The bedding is clean and cozy. Exteriors are great. The young people enjoyed the foosball available. The sauna was very nice too. I highly recommend for a stay, holidays with family or friends. Thanks again to Benko for his kindness and hospitality.

We had a great time. We had a problem and Mario was a sweetheart in allowing us flexibility in the exit. The huge pool is best, with its shade areas. Peace and quiet, plus a good bathroom.

Loved the Villa, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for me and my guests. Loved the location, easy walk to La Zenia beach, Paddy's point area, Cabo Roig beach and Cabo Roig strip. Could also easily walk to La Zenia mall. Villa was clean and pool was fab. Quiet neighbourhood with parking right outside the villa gate. Would recommend!

We visited as a party of 5; 4 adults and a baby. We really enjoyed all of the facilities, both inside and outside the house. Inside became a home from home for our stay, and even in October we appreciated the air conditioning. Outside we used the pool and jacuzzi, and enjoyed simply lounging. We found Albox a surprisingly good local centre and visited several times. Des and Ruth are great hosts - they made sure that we had what we needed to visit with a baby, and even provided a new highchair which was used daily. Des replied to messages very quickly and helpfully. And of course there was the view and the sunsets........ A super stay - thank you.

Have stayed there before with my son. It’s a good venue for golf as it is directly on Roda golf club. 10 minute drive to a lot of amenities. Walks along the front with restaurants, bars, coffee places. Ideal.

Wonderful, cozy place to stay. We felt right at home from the first minutę. Friendly, helpful host. The home had everything we needed and our dog was also very happy. We have already reserved it for our next trip to the area.

Very nice place to stay, clean and tidy. The location is wonderful, quiet area where you can disconnect from the city with a large garden and several areas where you can disconnect. We stayed one night and we wish we would have stayed longer. Mari Carmen is super attentive and friendly, she explained everything great and we didn't have any problems. We'll definitely be back.

Amazing. Claude and Christine really are Super Hosts going over and above to ensure you have the perfect stay. Excellent phone communication and in person. This duplex, and the other desirable properties Claude and Christine have available in the area, would suit all needs. The level of finish is to a super high standard, very tasteful design, immaculately clean, and has everything supplied in the home. Dual aspect gives views of two beaches a stones throw from the house – dreamy views to wake up to and perfect location. Quiet closed road with parking & private parking behind the property too if needed. Private top floor with Jacuzzi is a rare find and has sun all day + shower there too. Awnings on top floor, and front and rear for shade if needed. Fast Wi-Fi, a safe, security alarm, and fresh 20ltr water bottles saving trips to the stores. The home has plenty of everything, is move-in ready, unpack and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay in my favourite property and place 😊.
