Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

This is our second time in the same place, that's already a good sign. As we caught the whole stay with rain and bad weather, we were offered to be able to stay one more day at no cost, just started good weather. It's a great detail and I really appreciate it It allowed us to enjoy the huge garden to the whole family, both humans and dogs… thank you very much! We'll be back!

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Excellent place. Stylish and modern with a home feel. The home has everything ready for you so you don't need to worry which was a great relief. Pablo speaks good English and we communicated in the week leading up to us staying and can't fault him or the place. Will be one of those places you will return to every time.

What a fantastic place to stay for our visit to Cartagena! Carlos’s house was beautifully furnished, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The house felt very airy and light which was great for us. The kitchen was a perfect size for our needs and the dining area and lounge were great for relaxing. The bathrooms were just right, with good space and very clean and tidy. The bedroom was a relaxing place to rest and sleep at the end of a busy day visiting sites, restaurants etc. The roof terrace was fantastic, so good to be able to sit up there and enjoy a coffee and glass of wine. Right from the initial communications Carlos gave us all the information we needed to get to the house as well as information about places to eat and things to see / do. Engaging with Carlos was great he was friendly, professional and polite. I also appreciated that he didn’t bombard us with messages, he just gave us exactly what we needed. A great place to stay, a fantastic host, thank you so much ☺

Excellent stay, there is no lack of a detail, comfortable beds, it is very quiet. Very accessible in the historic center. The parking is a big plus because it's very difficult to park in the area. If I come back, I'll repeat.

This apartment is the perfect place for a relaxing break. A 10 minute stroll to the beach. Apartment is modern, was spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Single chalet with swimming pool and grill. Very spacious and comfortable. Perfect to spend a few days in the sun, which was our goal and get to know some good restaurants that Nieves recommended to us. We liked it so much that we will be back in June.

Benko is a very helpful, pleasant and responsive host. Everything was very clear for our arrival. The villa is very pleasant to live in. There were 10 of us as a family and everything was perfectly functional. The bedding is clean and cozy. Exteriors are great. The young people enjoyed the foosball available. The sauna was very nice too. I highly recommend for a stay, holidays with family or friends. Thanks again to Benko for his kindness and hospitality.

Lovely well maintained and clean villa with everything you would need for a relaxing break. Nice pool area with sun loungers and a rooftop terrace with furniture to relax as the sun sets. The pictures and description on the web site were accurate and up to date. The property is on an urbanisation about a 10 minute drive to the town where you will find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. All very small and laid back, just don't expect a big bustling town. There is one bar/restaurant within a 5/10 minute walk of the villa. Bogdan gave very good instructions relating to the property and I had confidence that he would respond immediately should we have had any issues.

The phots do not do this place justice, it’s a lovely little house in an amazing location, the views are incredible. Very comfortable, cosy bed, well equipped, secure for our dog. Teresa and Phil are lovely. Velez- Blanco is worth a visit, good bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

A lovely apartment set in a great location both for the on-site amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, pools, golf etc) and the many off-site facilities within an easy drive. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Loved the Villa, plenty of indoor and outdoor space for me and my guests. Loved the location, easy walk to La Zenia beach, Paddy's point area, Cabo Roig beach and Cabo Roig strip. Could also easily walk to La Zenia mall. Villa was clean and pool was fab. Quiet neighbourhood with parking right outside the villa gate. Would recommend!

We visited as a party of 5; 4 adults and a baby. We really enjoyed all of the facilities, both inside and outside the house. Inside became a home from home for our stay, and even in October we appreciated the air conditioning. Outside we used the pool and jacuzzi, and enjoyed simply lounging. We found Albox a surprisingly good local centre and visited several times. Des and Ruth are great hosts - they made sure that we had what we needed to visit with a baby, and even provided a new highchair which was used daily. Des replied to messages very quickly and helpfully. And of course there was the view and the sunsets........ A super stay - thank you.

we had an exerlent stay. The house was as described, but closer to the amenities and beach as we thought. couldn't fault it. felt like home from home. Will be coming back again this year

Amazing. Claude and Christine really are Super Hosts going over and above to ensure you have the perfect stay. Excellent phone communication and in person. This duplex, and the other desirable properties Claude and Christine have available in the area, would suit all needs. The level of finish is to a super high standard, very tasteful design, immaculately clean, and has everything supplied in the home. Dual aspect gives views of two beaches a stones throw from the house – dreamy views to wake up to and perfect location. Quiet closed road with parking & private parking behind the property too if needed. Private top floor with Jacuzzi is a rare find and has sun all day + shower there too. Awnings on top floor, and front and rear for shade if needed. Fast Wi-Fi, a safe, security alarm, and fresh 20ltr water bottles saving trips to the stores. The home has plenty of everything, is move-in ready, unpack and enjoy. Thank you for a wonderful stay in my favourite property and place 😊.

Really lovely stay, if you stick to the path, under 10 minute walk to a lovely non touristy beach (take your own food and drink). Parking literally outside bungalow. Terrace shaded in afternoon which was lovely after a day in the beach. Well equipped kitchen and fruit bowl, bottle of wine and water in arrival. Check in easy was met there by lovely lady. Communication with Jorg great from the start. Bit out of the way (which is what I wanted) so would recommend car hire. But so peaceful. Could have done with a cool bag and couple of beach chairs (I bought 1 and left it for you) apart from that had everything you would need. Would highly recommend, and if we visit Torrevieja next year would definitely stay there again.
