WONDERFUL! On a short weekend, my friends and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday. The house is simply amazing. Cozy, there are many large common spaces. It's a lived-in home full of personality, despite the short stay we immediately felt right at home. This is the perfect place for those who want to spend time in peace with friends and family. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at David's place near Comano. Beautiful surroundings with authentic feel. 7 of us were very comfortable. Loved the deck and the pool. Gorgeous town with cafe right across!

Our group of friends (9 people) spent a week in this beautiful house. The house had more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, super equipped and has plenty of space. Our highlight was the pool which is very large and clean. Rolf and Livia are very likeable and available at any time. We would keep coming back!

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay at Giulia’s blue house. Beautiful garden, clean house and Giulia was sweet and helpful.

Lara is a kind and helpful host. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surroundings and the space around the house are amazing. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets over dinner right by the pool will remain unforgettable. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but in a great location. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

The place is very beautiful, clean and very large (accommodates large groups). You must have a car as it's a bit out of town. However, there is plenty of parking. There is a restaurant below which worried me, but it's a fine dining restaurant, there was very little noise. Try the restaurant below, great food.

We love nature and La Reserva was perfectly suited to what we were looking for, a peaceful place to relax after visiting surrounding cities. Giacomo is a great host. He resolved all our doubts with immediacy, gave us flexibility and autonomy for entry and exit, as well as suggesting some places to eat. The house is very well prepared for the cold with PVC windows, hydro pellet stove as central heating system and automatic boiler for hot water. All this is losing the rural charm. Access is not easy (the road is very steep and narrow, with a final stretch without asphalt), but with the indications that Giacomo facilitates in advance, you can arrive without complications... But yes, if driving by mountain road is not your thing, better let others enjoy La Reserva de Adriano. Otherwise, like us, you will be left wanting to repeat.

Nice, clean apartment. Close to Expo, the apparent is not the biggest one, but very clean, comfortable. Everything what you need is present. Host is really helpful

I have been to Italy several times, visited a number of cites, this was my first time in Bologna. The place is amazing - very conveniently located next to the Piazza Maggiore, within walking distance of all of the highlights of the city. The place itself was very welcoming and clean with all of the amenities provided, with care provided for even the smallest details (e.g., water, snacks). The host Fiorella was wonderful from the booking to check out. I never met her, but she seems to be a genuinely thoughtful person at heart and was always responsive. I very much enjoyed my visit to Bologna (albiet brief) with many thanks to Fiorella and the temporary home away from home.

We booked Domenico's apartment because you are busy for work at the Teatro Duse, a few steps away. The apartment is very comfortable and very clean, with all services. The great added value is the private parking that made it easier for us at work too. We'll be back!

We had a great stay! The house is big, clean and functional. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the dining area outside is very nice. The pool as well as the garden are spacious. The house is located in the mountains, it is a peaceful oasis. There's a river a 3-minute walk away… It was perfect. The owners have a restaurant just above the house, we went there twice and it was great (local products, home cooking...). The hosts were very welcoming, responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I recommend this place 1000%, we loved it. Thanks again!!!

The rolling hills outside Bologna was an outstanding place to stay a little off the beaten track. Very close to the historic center of Bologna, but very quiet and beautiful. The photos do not do it justice (it is better in person). Silvia was super helpful in making sure everything went well. Definitely stay here!

If you are looking for an authentic accommodation in a typical Italian village, this is the place. No tourists, no bustling coastal village. For this, a church and a handful of houses, from the house you can start small hikes or just enjoy the view of the mountains and the beautiful house. If you want, you can also visit nice villages in the vicinity, conquer Pisa or other cities or visit the sea by car. Those who actually come to Tuscany because of the sea or coast should schedule driving times of 45 minutes.

The apartment is a well-kept and very clean gem located in a very nice and quiet area of the country. Luciana was an incredible host and explained to us by thread and sign how she is doing for check-in. Going home after a day out was really nice and comfortable. In addition, we were left various things to have a good breakfast and also for lunch. I give 5 stars just because more is not possible to give it. Thank you and see you next time

We had a great stay! Check-in and out with a lockbox was really convenient. Super walkable to everything in center city. And the home is just very cute and well decorated :) the only thing to mention is I would be wary of counting on the WiFi. It’s just a mobile hotspot and it was pretty spotty. Nicolò was responsive and brought us another one to try but it wasn’t much better. I had to tether to my phone to do Zoom calls for work.

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!
