The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

Our group of friends (9 people) spent a week at this beautiful house. The house more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, superbly equipped and offers plenty of space. Our highlight was the pool, which is very large and clean. Rolf and Livia are very likable and available at any time. We would always come back!

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Perfect location for a remote and private family vacation. Toilet paper and kitchen towels have to be bought at the local supermarket.

The place is cozy and clean, and the area is extremely quiet as it's on top of the hill. Check-in was very easy. We were in 4 adults and we were all very satisfied... two bathrooms make a difference!

The little house was Pretty, and we find all what we need. The place ist cozy. The Garden was amazing. And the Hamack was the Hillight for me. it was a great Time bei Lorenza .

A pleasant and peaceful stay. Quiet inner courtyard apartment suitable for delightful relaxation. Location located about a ten-minute walk from the city's beating center. The host is available and ready to answer my questions: very kind to grant us a late checkout. Finally, the "no plus ultra" of having a free parking space inside the aforementioned courtyard! Needless to say, a very positive experience.

Very cosy apartment in the mountains. Well equipped kitchen. Fast internet. Nice garden.

A quick but great stay at Elena’s place. The house is fully furnished, and you immediately get the vibe of Italian hospitality. This is not a 21st century place, the photos do the house justice. But you get a stay in a traditional house with fantastic views. The only issue we had during our stay was a plugged toilet. Easy communication with host throughout. We will pick this place again if we ever drive back through.

Accommodation is fully furnished, including detergent, iron, herbs.. et cetera. A few hours before arrival, we were asked if we had another wish that could be taken into account. Furthermore... communication is great! You feel the space to come with questions (if they are there). Finally: beautiful location as a starting point for walks and visits to Florence and Bologna. By car to a train station, parking and buy a ticket. Public transportation is cheap and very well arranged.

If you are looking for an authentic accommodation in a typical Italian village, this is the place. No tourists, no bustling coastal village. For this, a church and a handful of houses, from the house you can start small hikes or just enjoy the view of the mountains and the beautiful house. If you want, you can also visit nice villages in the vicinity, conquer Pisa or other cities or visit the sea by car. Those who actually come to Tuscany because of the sea or coast should schedule driving times of 45 minutes.

Maurizio's house is an old stone house completely restored, cozy, equipped with every comfort in the center of Nezzana, a small hamlet a stone's throw (on foot) from Bagnone. The few kind and hospitable inhabitants gave us simple but valuable directions. Lunigiana is a land still to be rediscovered and therefore sometimes it can appear rustic but its beauty is precisely this. Thanks to Maurizio's house and the Lunugiana Word App, we were able to move in a radial pattern every day towards new medieval villages and old walkways.

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!
