Overall a great stay and home base for exploring the area. We stayed with our toddler and the bin of books and toys was awesome and kept him pretty occupied. I also appreciated the easy checkout and not having to do a billion things before leaving because its hard enough to get a 2 year old out the door! The host was responsive and let us check in a little early.

Every thing was good and perfect. We enjoyed and sure we came back again because we had best time there.

Perfect space & location for our overseas family wedding trip. I had my Mum & 2 teen kids with me & we were able to cook, do laundry, work and chill on the large comfy couch. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, walking distance to 7-11, CVS, grocery store & fast food. A gorgeous and functional space that we loved for 2 weeks!

Loved our stay here! Was coming out to the LA area to visit a friend and my brother. I traveled with my two little kids (3 and 5 years old) and it was perfect for us. Very conveniently located - lots of food options, two different Starbucks within 5 min drive, and a great park for the kids right down the street. I even came prepared with a bunch of toys for the kids, but didn't even need them! They were fully entertained with all of the stuff at the Airbnb. The space consisted of essentially only rooms - open kitchen with little dining table on the first floor and then one big room upstairs (with the 3 beds and Tv). It worked perfectly fine for us but might be too cramped for a larger family. Slight hassle to have the bathroom downstairs, but overall it was fine. Warning for those with kids though: the sliding door next to the kitchen gives a wonderful view of a huge pool and a trampoline (an area that is restricted to guests) so it maybe torturous for little ones.

This was a clean, extremely comfortable, and tastefully decorated apartment (full of original art!) with wonderful light and beautiful surroundings. Debbie was responsive and so friendly. Not fancy but far from shoddy! Entrance does require going up a fairly steep flight of stairs.

Our stay exceeded expectations! The home itself was very clean, decorated in a fun and funky kinda way, and filled with everything we needed for a cozy stay! But the garden is what really put the place over the top -- hummingbirds galore, lush plants and a nice blend of shade and sun. Parking was super easy, we walked to everything we needed and only drove once when we went to the beach (made even easier since the hosts graciously offered towels and beach gear for us in the unit!) We are already talking about when we want to plan our next visit to this sweet little cottage!

My husband and I stayed over New Years. I would highly recommend this property if staying in the area.

Mylbra was very proactive and responsive through the stay (and prior to our arrival!). Instructions were clear and easy to follow, everything needed for our stay was easy to find. Beautiful views at night from windows and patio. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alina’s place. Unfortunately our flight was delayed so we didn’t get to spend as much time here as we’d hoped, but the view was stunning and the place was beautiful and clean. We would absolutely recommend staying here ☺️.

Great check in and overall stay. Private and quiet stay. Centrally located and short drives to sightseeing locations and places to eat! Highly recommend!

The private guesthouse my partner and I stayed at was none other than amazing. Very quiet and private, clean, aesthetic, and perfectly captures the beautiful city of Santa Monica. Ed was extremely helpful and provided detailed instructions for check-in/check-out and went above and beyond to provide a mesmerizing experience. We will be booking here again!

Rosie and Ryan are dream hosts! They are kind, thoughtful and very helpful. Their place is clean, updated, and easy to navigate. It's a beautiful little gem close to Newport Beach, great shops and restaurants. If you're looking for a cute, clean and well maintained property this is the spot! Perfect for 1-2 people, the place is well stocked with coffee, everything you need to cook, toiletries, and laundry is right on the property. The patio gets great sun which includes an outdoor sink and very cool and creative aquarium. Will stay here again!

Jorge was an excellent and reliable host. The stay was very cozy and extremely clean.

I had a great stay at Samia’s place. It’s a very comfy space, and I really appreciated having the bedroom separated from the rest of the space (unlike a lot of Airbnbs of this size that have an open studio plan). The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Having a washer/dryer was a nice bonus. Samia was a kind and communicative host.

This was a wonderful stay for us. The location was great for getting to lots of different sites and destinations but was quiet and homey and made for a great place to rest and recover. The space was super clean and comfortable, and our hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. We really enjoyed this visit!

Easy check-in as clear instructions were provided; Good location as it is only a few miles away from LAX and there’s a lot of restaurants, convenience/grocery stores nearby; Host was always responsive; King size bed and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation

Jonny was very accommodating and helped my family after evacuating from the Eaton fire. He allowed us to check in a few hours early even with a last minute booking. He was very easy to communicate with and assisted us with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Great Airbnb in Burbank. Pros: -Clean -Nice outdoor seating -Comfortable bed - Fully stocked kitchen - Washer/dryer and dishwasher -Quick drive to good food/drinks -Close to attractions -Close to Burbank airport Cons: - Directly under the flight path from the airport, so can be noisy during the day. I recommend brining ear plugs if you want to sleep in. -Not walkable to a lot, but a short drive away.

We have stayed at Lu’s place many times now and are never disappointed. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, the living and dining areas are welcoming and comfortable and the bedroom is very nice. We also love the spacious bathrooms. Looking forward to our next visit already.
