Keith and Yeva are great hosts and have a beautiful home. The kitchen was great to cook in and the hot tub was a very welcome relief after a day of golfing. We look forward to returning!

The owner was very kind, decorated for Christmas and always available to help with anything we needed. We could make many beautiful memories!! We would love to come back here again!!

We’ve rented this place many times during the holidays for our visiting family members! It’s a perfect location with a super clean kitchen and living quarters! The hosts are very responsive and friendly. We couldn’t ask for better accommodations for our family! Thank You Hosts!

Alex’s home was exactly what we needed as a “home base” while visiting family near Redding. There was plenty of room for three kids, two dogs, and four adults. Lots of varied activities/ games for kids were available. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Overall a super easy, great experience!

The house worked perfectly for the 5 of us and our 2 four legged friends. Close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to be peaceful. Would definitely book again!

This place was perfect! Nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of space for my group. Great kitchen and dining room to have a family dinner. We loved watching movies in the living room and the pool was great for the hot Redding Days.

Loved the house and that it had everything I could think of needing already in the house, especially in the kitchen. It was well supplied with more than enough dishes, glasses and mugs etc. The walk-in wardrobe was brilliant with plenty of hangers and space for cases etc, so nice to be able to properly unpack and have space for everything on a long stay. A real home from home. The only downside was some traffic noise particularly at peak times

I loooved the house it was nice to have a peaceful morning on the patio by the pool in a nice and cute place .

Everything was exactly as described, with no surprises or mishaps. The fridge was bigger than a hotel one, the pillow selection was better, and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to find, parking was nice, and everything was explained. I stayed for two nights while in town to run the Redding Marathon, and Janet & Emily's home made the weekend better/easier.

This property is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. Peaceful, felt right at home. Getting to see deer while enjoying breakfast was a plus. Host was so friendly and worked with all of our request. Will definitely be staying here again. If you’re ever in the area, this home is a must!

This was a wonderful stay and the hosts went above and beyond during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed — truly some of the most responsive hosts, I’ve ever experienced with Airbnb. It was Thanksgiving morning and I couldn’t figure out some of the appliances. Andrew came over twice to help! There is so much space to spread out while the home gym is not fancy, it’s perfectly functional. The kitchen is very large and has everything you need if you plan on cooking meals there at the house.

Really nice stay. It is in an area that has very limited Airbnb options and it’s a great option if you want to stay in this part of Redding. It’s really a pleasant space.

Wow, it was an incredible stay. My family was very happy and satisfied to have found a beautiful place. Ralph and Pricella's home was very welcoming. We would return again and again. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The place was clean and cozy. Thank you so much for opening the doors of your home to us.

Our stay with Rue was fantastic! Honestly the photos don't do it justice, the pool was a lot bigger than it looked. Great place to do exactly what they advertised, play, rest, repeat. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious and comfortable. The place was just as described with lots of room to stretch out and added extras to help us feel more at home. I would most definitely recommend this beautiful home and look forward to enjoying a stay again In the future. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying at Rachel’s place! We came as a group of 11 and felt immediately at home. The rooms, beds, and sheets were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean as well. The entire house was spotless. We were particularly grateful for the kitchen - it was fully stocked with all the necessities and grocery stores were minutes away for last minute ingredient shopping. The extra towels were also convenient. If we had stayed longer, it would’ve been nice to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. Even the big backyard had a nice ambiance to it! If we’re ever in the area, we’d love to come and visit again.

This home is very clean and comfortable. Nice backyard and patio. The beds are nice with quality linens and towels. This is a good property if you are coming into town for a specific purpose. If you are coming into town to meet up with others (ie wedding) it may not be the best choice. Lots of rules and oversight that prevent socializing outside of immediate house guests or using the backyard patio. Plan to do that elsewhere. Communication was complete but not overly welcoming. A business transaction. But the price was fair for a place to base out of. Good beds and clean are always a plus. The house was well maintained and clean. Got the job done.

The house is just as described. The view is gorgeous. The train does go by but you can barely hear it and it was fun to watch. David was very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Lori's Riverfront Retreat is a a true oasis. We felt like we were transported far away to a tropical place. The property is immaculate, beautiful, and adorned with every amenity imaginable. The backyard is a true outdoor living space with the outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, multiple sitting areas with fire pits and the gorgeous Sacramento river floating by. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The beds, linens and towels are all top notch and hotel quality. Lori provided lots of information for local activities and events, but we only left to go shopping because being at the house was so wonderful! Lori's was the perfect hostess and went above and beyond to accomodate all of our needs and make our stay the perfect getaway. We look forward to returning again soon - thank you, Lori!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed here. Claudia was a great host and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. The home is in a beautiful and peaceful location.
