Family-friendly holiday rentals in Red Bluff

This is a very well maintained house and grounds. It is a wonderful property to enjoy complete with a grand swimming pool, tennis court and basketball and everything needed to enjoy those sports. A beautiful view is afforded out every window and slider with all the conveniences and a hostess who cares and aims to please. We felt very fortunate to be here. People that visited said, "What a find!" and we certainly agreed!

This was probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had! The place was PERFECT for a group, and it had everything you could possibly need (extra towels, tons of space for hanging, lots of games/activities). I really appreciated Sara Rose's prompt, helpful responses to my questions. The vintage charm was such a treat. I can't recommend this home enough!

We had a wonderful time staying at Rachel’s place! We came as a group of 11 and felt immediately at home. The rooms, beds, and sheets were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean as well. The entire house was spotless. We were particularly grateful for the kitchen - it was fully stocked with all the necessities and grocery stores were minutes away for last minute ingredient shopping. The extra towels were also convenient. If we had stayed longer, it would’ve been nice to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. Even the big backyard had a nice ambiance to it! If we’re ever in the area, we’d love to come and visit again.

Nicole was super easy to connect with and helpful. Her place was really pretty; lot of character, spacious, and beautiful outdoor area.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s house. She was incredibly friendly and proactive ensuring that our stay was smooth. The house was comfortable and setup so well including a clean pool, equipped kitchen, beach towels and the list goes on.

This was exactly what we needed for our trip. We were not able to uas all the amenities (hot tub and fire pit) due to rain, but we were glad they were available.

My family and I spend a weekend at Julie’s cute Chico house while in town visiting family and running the annual Almond Bowl. This was the perfect spot for our trip as it was so close to everything we did, and it was nice to have the backyard space for the kids. We had everything we needed and were so comfortable that we kept joking we now want to move to Chico. Julie was a wonderful host and was always responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay here again next year if we can!

Amazing cabin, the amenities are more than great and the amount of equipment, gear and other things to keep you entertained is amazing. We loved the place and the whole family felt like at home.

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The perfect cosy place for our family Thanksgiving. Michael welcomed us in person, showed us around the place and was available for anything we needed. Great place, great host!

We had booked one night at Elsie’s cottage 2. The place was peaceful and private. Internet worked fine, which was a nice plus, since this is a remote location. Plenty of parking and clean home. Heating is in the main room, but it kept the home nice and toasty. Recommend if you are visiting Lassen National Park.

It’s a cute cozy cabin style which made us feel right at home being from Alaska. Nice and spacious. I really enjoyed this stay, thanks for being a great host!

Charming, cozy and clean place to rest your head. Clean and super soft bedding and I slept beautifully on one of the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve had. Cute decor - I absolutely love the above bed wall decor piece. Room stayed cool, nice perfect size patio with plenty of sitting room. Felt safe and very private. Showers are important to me and theirs was CLEAN and the water pressure, divine. Nicely stocked with coffee (decaf too!), and teas. The cleanliness did it for me. Thank you Sarah and Kirk.

We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space in this house and backyard! It was clean, cute and had everything our group needed to have a fun relaxing weekend! Thank you Adam for the space and your flexibility when we asked to check in early.

Worth the price👍 the house is very spacious, clean, has washer and dryer, and is close too everything in town.

Elsie’s place was perfect for us and our two pups! Private, peaceful and the dogs loved the fully fenced yard.

Outside of the property being really clean there was not many options due to my laziness, but I got really lucky. Location, Location, Location. I was in walking distance of everything I needed to do. The property is right next to Chico state, Downtown Chico, and Bidwell park. It was good! Thanks Adam.

Congenial hosts and a cosy cottage with a well equipped kitchen and access to an attractive garden patio. A peaceful oasis, but well situated for easy access to shopping center and downtown areas. Hosts are quick to respond and helpful with suggestions for visitors to the area. Highly recommended.

Keith and Yeva are great hosts and have a beautiful home. The kitchen was great to cook in and the hot tub was a very welcome relief after a day of golfing. We look forward to returning!

This place is simply amazing! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt like we were right at home. It’s surrounded by nature - a river, mountains, and trails. They even have mountain bikes for us to use at the ranch. The rec room is packed with fun activities to keep the little ones entertained. We had an incredible time! Debbie and Jake were fantastic hosts! Hope to be back soon!

This house is truly a live-in home. It is quite large, one-story that has plenty of room for a big family. The grounds have a very large pool, BBQ, and basketball court. The kitchen has been remodeled and easy to work in. Parts of the house are a bit dated and could use some updating (i.e wardrobe doors in bedrooms). We stayed in Winter but the house was warm and comfortable. It is only a couple blocks from Bidwell Park which a unique and wonderful place to walk. Our family would stay here, again.

great place to stay and for all who ride dirt bikes you cant find anything better we are all very happy with this place and plan on making it an annual event.

Overall this place was great and exceeded our needs. I was particularly interested in booking this place for the wheelchair accessibility for my grandma. The house is fully wheelchair accessible but be sure to bring a walker for the bathroom. The main bathroom doesn't have a grab bar to help get up. Its also a little challenging to mive the wheelchair on the plush carpet in the main living areas. The host is one of the best I have ever booked with. There weren't crazy house rules. She's also super friendly and very accomodating to requests. It felt like staying in a family member's home and was very comfy.

What can I say?! Debborah and Jake were more than accommodating. Super friendly, showed us around and checked in on us! Beautiful home, cannot wait to come back again!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Christmas holiday at this lovely home. It is conveniently located close to shopping and many restaurants. Amy is very prompt with communications and always helpful. We would look forward to returning again sometime.
