Perfect Estadia! The property is beautiful, large pool and well taken care of, the chalet has everything and a little more, very comfortable, everything very new, well equipped kitchen, the shower is great, air-conditioning a marvel, even though it is well ventilated. Pleasant gourmet area by the pool, still provided us with all the equipment to make barbecue, also provided a gallon of water with 25l. Sérgio guided us perfectly, Seu Zezinho (homemade) extremely requested, still harvested fresh coconut. The location is easily accessible, very close to the border of Cachoeira de Monaco with Itaboraí, close to the main road, even the day it rained I went to the market without any problems and my car is low. Region of very quiet sites. I will return as soon as possible, note 10 with praise!

Frédérique’s home is a peaceful oasis in Rio. I stayed here 3 nights with a friend (we are women and about 30) and we felt safe and at home here. The garden is tranquil, and Frédérique provided us with bread for toast and seasonal fruit to start the day. There are two adjoining rooms and a small bathroom. Everything was impeccably clean, and we had everything we needed. Checkin was easy. Frédérique was there to welcome us and answer any questions, then we had a key to come and go. We weren’t doing anything other than Google maps etc on our phones but Wifi was good and Frédérique made sure we got connected. The neighborhood is nice and there is a pharmacy and some shops but Santa Teresa is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Rio. You go up some winding streets, so it’s a bit of an uber journey to come back from other areas of Rio. It wasn’t a problem for us, and we enjoyed the area, but FYI, not as connected. Highly recommend, and I hope I’ll be back!

The place is gorgeous, the rustic architecture makes the atmosphere even more cozy, manages to be even more beautiful than the ad. Surrounded by green area, with no noise from the city, prevailing the sound of nature. A great place to disconnect from the hectic life and relax. Host Márcia was extremely kind and asks from my first questions, before I even closed the stay. I highly recommend this experience.

If you want peace, quiet, cricket noise and lots of nature, this is the place to be. A piece of paradise hidden in Jacarepaguá. Gabrielle is a considerate host, always concerned about our needs.

First experience and we have already left with a date scheduled for return. Mr. Marcos is a great host! Very friendly , attentive and has made us very comfortable from the moment we closed the stay. The rain made it all even more romantic. Very quiet to reach the place and everything like in the pictures, I risk saying that even better! This place is a find in Rio de Janeiro, the Fátima space brings happiness as soon as you arrive, it has a wonderful view, a beach house aesthetic and gives you a nice and pleasant experience. There is everything you need in the house, it is decorated with great affection and every corner has a special detail. Outside, you can enjoy the view of Pão de Açúcar, you can have your meals such as breakfast and it has a wonderful shower that refreshes you to the soul. Fatima and her niece Vitória were always available and were super flexible with check-in and check-out, they made us super comfortable and so I felt at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and has a charm that only Rio can provide. I'll be back for sure! I'm grateful for being able to enjoy this wonderful house and have such happy moments.
