We had a unforgettable weekend at Kathryn's home with good friends! The pool, the barn, the privacy and the surroundings were spectacular! I already recommended the home to mu family because it does feel like home 🏡

Truly one of our best experiences at an AirBnB. The photos don’t do this adorable cottage justice. The layout and furnishings provided were just what we needed for a family weekend getaway. Kayla had great ideas for things we could do in the area when I asked, and all arrival and departure instructions were thorough while simple and not overwhelming. The house was immaculate and inviting when we arrived. When a snow storm hit bigger than anticipated, Kayla and Damien went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and shoveled the sidewalk and driveway for us more than once. We can’t wait to visit again!

The place was perfect! Beautiful and peaceful! A dream home! My fiancée and I had a small gathering to celebrate our marriage and it was everything we could have imagined!

I booked this place for a board game birthday weekend with friends. We each had our own rooms and bathrooms, there was plenty of room for everyone. It was also nice to have the pool table and self playing piano. The best part was the heated floor in the kitchen area.

This place was BEAUTIFUL! Fully stocked with everything we needed, lots of room for everyone, super cozy & very clean. David & Andrea were also very proactive and reached out to see if there was anything we needed. Amazing hosts, amazing house, amazing views! We will definitely be back!

This house was the perfect meeting place for our family! The kids had so much fun exploring the property! We hope to make a trip back when it’s warmer!

Matt and Sarah were lovely hosts. Their place was very clean and exactly as described. They were fantastic communicators and kept in touch throughout the stay.

This house is a refurbished old house near Wilson College. The floors are refinished wood - very clean, and the area carpets make the house seem (and stay) warm. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of cooking basics, pots and pans, storage containers, a variety of coffees and teas. The bathroom is very clean, plenty of hot water, towels, and shampoo, conditioner, etc. The washer and dryer are a big plus. Beds are comfy and adjustable. Dining room is amazing, antique table with inlays, table pads to cover if using, removable to enjoy the beauty of the furniture if not using. We would stay again! I stayed here with my niece during a family get together. The only drawback, which Nick was quite responsive to, was that the door automatically locks at night, (which is something I did not think of, never having experienced it before), and my niece got locked out one night. Lesson learned - do not leave the house without the entrance code!! Nick is a responsive host! Many Thanks!!

Brooke and her family have been outstanding with my family. This is our 2nd stay in their home and we will continue to book their house everyone we come home to visit.

Extremely easy to work with and very friendly but let me warn you that as beautiful as the pictures are they did not prepare me for how beautiful the view is, it was spectacular!!! My granddaughter said it was better than tv !!! Home away from home❤️❤️❤️

Super unique experience! We so enjoyed meeting Tara and her husband and learning about the region. Highly recommend going on a buggy tour with them.

Matt was a phenomenal host! Very responsive and helpful at all times! His cabin was like a dream come true! Felt right at home and had everything we needed for our stay! Will use him the next time we stay in State College!

Douglas was very quick to reply to my questions. The house was spotlessly clean! Lots of extras and a great location to enjoy the Raystown Lake area. We will be back!

Very clean and very convenient location. Tom is very quick to respond and get things fixed if needed! We stayed here for a month while I had a rotation in town for medical school, and while we were there he got the dryer replaced within 24 hours and when we got locked out of the house, he got us back in very quickly. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the house. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The house is super comfortable because Megan has thought of everything plus. We especially loved the beautiful kitchen and open floor plan of the living area. The perfect home for friends or family to gather. We definitely want to stay there again. Megan was the best host 5 star all the way!

Our stay at this beautiful countryside home was great! It was very peaceful, quiet and accommodating! We will definitely be back!

This home is large, open, light and very warm vibes. The setting was private and beautiful with a wonderful yard and gorgeous views. with that, it was only minutes from stores, gas, and restaurants. we had dinner at Cora's which I also recommend. we came here for my daughter's wedding. it was the perfect place for her to get ready and really added to making her wedding such a special day.

A truly remarkable getaway and the perfect place for a weekend at Penn State. Tucked away in the mountain, this cottage was the perfect escape from the hustle of life and was easy in/out despite the distance from everything and everyone. We were all surprised, and extremely thankful, for a surprise visitor from the neighbors dog who gave us hours of fun in the cold. Despite the winter wonderland outside, the inside was full of warmth and love and we all felt right at home. Overall, a fantastic trip and certainly one that we will cherish for years to come. Our family really enjoyed the serenity and clean mountain air. We will certainly look to book again, maybe next time when it isn’t in the single digits LOL.

We loved our stay here. The house was very private and wooded. The whole home is filled with unique charm and character throughout. Parts of the layout were slightly more unique than we were anticipating, so if you are traveling with a light sleeper, it may take some creativity. The home was well stocked with linens and toiletries. The only thing we found that we’d wished we brought was some additional kitchen supplies (food storage containers, extra baking sheets, etc). But our group did stay in and cook each meal there so that is on us. Overall we enjoyed our stay from start to finish and would recommend it to others!

Lovely home, located in the beautiful Pennsylvania country side. Ann stopped by for a visit, and is well versed in all the local events and restaurant's in the surrounding area. We attended a wedding at the Woodhaven Event Venue. The house is within walking distance of the venue with the added bonus of crossing the covered bride at the bottom of the hill. The house is beautifully furnished and we had no issues cooking our meals and also took advantage of the fire pit located in the back of the house. Thanks Ann and Richard. I highly recommend you check this place out if you are looking to spend some time in the area.
