Holiday houses in Ravnik

Very comfortable little place, great interior design with local flare, fantastic location as far as feeling part of the waterfront social scene. Sunsets were beatuiful, parking is a quick 2 minute walk from the apartment (free in the winter). Finding out that the location had some historical significance to location was a bonus.

We stayed in Bakarac for a week with our two children and our dog in the beautiful house of Hvorje. House and property are well equipped and we especially enjoyed the fireplace, sauna and hot tub in October. There are many activities from Bakarac. The island of Krk is easily accessible in 15 minutes. Right in the village there is a small supermarket and 2 restaurants, one of which was closed. Other restaurants in the neighboring village were quickly accessible by car. In the low season, as expected, the offer, but also the hustle and bustle were reduced, which we enjoyed very much. Overall a nice and relaxing week.

This is an amazing apartment- very spacious, and nicely decorated with hand painted artwork thruout . Everything was provided- an amazingly complete kitchen with the best coffee maker ever. The bathroom had a great shower and lots of fluffy towels. The views from the apartment are spectacular. Looking down on the turquoise water of the Soce river to the high mountains in the background, the area is a feast for the eyes. There are plenty of walks directly from the apartment from easy strolls around the local lake, to a pretty challenging hike to the Siroco overlook behind the house. Fresh eggs from the hosts chickens and daily visits from Pipa the pig just added to the experience. Everyone we ran into spoke english which makes traveling so much easier. We look forward to coming back!

A well-designed space and well stocked (spices, milk, also juice and fruit), it's close to the center so everything is a short walk from the apartment. The owner is quick to respond, very accommodating and communicative. Extremely enjoyable experience 🙂

It's been a wonderful experience, Anica place is clean, well organized and in a wonderful location.

We had a very pleasant stay, starting with the warmest welcome I ever experienced with an Airbnb. We had enough privacy during our stay and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors with a river swimming spot just across the road. The immediate vicinity of the train wasn’t a problem. We would definitely come back!

Our time at Ana‘s was great! The house is in a fantastic location in the Slovenian vineyards. The accommodation was very clean and perfectly equipped. Ana is an incredibly nice hostess and looked after us warmly. The location of the house is ideal for day trips to Trieste, Ljubljana and Venice. Huge recommendation for families or small groups! FANTASTIC!! The home was absolutely beautiful, the views, and the pool. Thankful for the host for being so great, responsive to any messages, and ensured we got settled in okay as well. 10/10 recommend!
