This is a must pick! Stunning mountain ridge view from a triple wide window in the living room. Super close to great trails including waterfall feature, just down the street. It's a charming, large space with fun features like the bunk beds, firepit, hot tub with festoon lighting, pool table, and rear deck with vine wrapped pergola. Coffee provided makes the whole kitchen smell like the coffee flavor - blueberry vanilla!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in the Barn Loft. Andrea and Steve are gracious hosts. Prior to our arrival, we received information to prepare for our stay. We received timely communication on the date of our arrival. The property is even better than the pictures display. We truly felt welcome and at home. The furnishings are cozy and the beds are so comfortable. Our family enjoyed meeting the hosts, exploring the property, and the opportunity to rest and to relax in such a beautiful scenic area. We appreciated the fact that our dog could accompany us on this trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We look forward to returning.

We had a great stay at Charlotte’s property celebrating our engagement and attending dinner at the Inn at Little Washington on NYE! It was so private and peaceful, you could see ALL of the stars. Very well stocked with various staples, glasswear, coffee. It was also very close to town and Shenandoah. We were able to get to our hike in 20 minutes. Overall the perfect place to celebrate!

Beautiful serene cabin in the woods. We loved being away from all the noise and business of life to disconnect - the hot tub in a snow storm was amazing! Amir was a great host and very friendly/responsive!

Wonderful stay with the family at Lisa's place. Every amenity you could think of and more. Beautiful furnishings in the most tranquil surroundings. We will definitely come back.

The Rock Cottage is a perfect romantic getaway! We enjoyed walking all of the hiking trails and exploring the vast property with our 2 dogs (such a treat when they can vacation with us). The wood burning stove and hot tub were wonderful amenities on the cold weekend. It was an easy drive into Culpepper for a fabulous dinner at Piedmont Steakhouse (pricey but worth it). And, our favorite part was the Pool House/Spa, the pictures do not do it justice. The Steam Room/Sauna/Cold Plunge/Sauna regime was rejuvenating and being able to swim in the deep. vast pool with attached hot tub completed a perfect afternoon. On our way home we drove 15 minutes out of our way to visit the Copper Fox Distillery and adjacent shops in Sperryville - a must if you like craft whiskey. We are looking forward to returning during a warmer season to enjoy even more of what the grounds have to offer. Thank you Connie, Paul, and team for being so responsive and helpful!

What a beautiful home and weekend getaway! Matthew was the most perfect host. He was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. The home itself was very spacious and filled with all the necessary amenities. The ping pong table downstairs was also a great addition. All of Matthew's recommendations for nearby attractions were spot on. From the winery to restaurant recommendations, we truly had a great time. Also, the location of the home is great. We ventured out to the Luray Caverns one day and it only took 25 minutes. Overall, a great weekend at a beautiful place and location. We will definitely be visiting again soon.
