Excellent place, the cabin is very nice, it was very clean, everything was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Excellent location, you can hear and have access to the river and very close to the costumbrista fair. Felipe very attentive, we would definitely return to this place.

Excellent place, we use the large cabin which has everything you need, beautiful surroundings, quiet, spacious, paid in place with whirlpool almost at the door of the house on a rustic terrace of very comfortable size. The cabin was awesome. We enjoyed several nights here, spending our evenings in the amazing hot tub looking up at the stars. Matteo was very welcoming and Auguste looked after us so well throughout our stay. The cabin is in a great location for exploring Lago Ranco, especially the nearby beach, and for trekking in the Futangue park. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

It was a pleasure to stay there. We had rainy days but we always had firewood at our disposal. We went with our dog and there was no problem because the terrain is fenced and even though there are other dogs they are very friendly

The location of the Cabaña outside of Neltume is perfect. There are 10 cabins located on a quiet river bank, wonderfully quiet. Only about a kilometer are the Montaña Magica and the Nothafagus Hotel - even without staying there. Don Luis gave us great tips for activities. Rafting with Rucapillan was amazing! For the evening we had booked the hot tub at the house - an absolute highlight on the rainy day. We would have liked to have stayed longer, the reserve Huilo Huilo is truly a magical place.

A cozy cottage in the countryside. Very quiet and easily accessible place. We arrived at night and Elisa was ready to help us with everything we needed.

Very quiet place, we were surprised how spacious and well equipped the cabin was, everything tidy and very clean, it had everything you need for our stay, tired patio where our children were able to play and enjoy nature, it was also very nice for our children to wake up and be able to see the chickens, sheep and cows. Excellent location, we were able to go to the San Pedro River walking and by vehicle we could know other sectors less than an hour away. Mrs. Marisol is very friendly and always attentive to answering our queries. 100% recommendable, we hope to come back next year.

Everything perfect, a dollhouse... with a tremendous location. We had a great time and Marcela is a great host and gave us a lot of information to visit the places of interest in the sector.

We spent 2 nights in the Cabaña and had the pleasure of meeting and dining with Maria Cecilia's father. He provided us with tea, coffee, meals, and showed us around Los Lagos. He went above and beyond as our host. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Excellent place to rest between visits to the portals of huilo huilo and port Fuy, it has all the basics, only missing bath towels and soap/lavalozas. In short, it was an excellent experience.

We lack words to describe the experience we live in the cottage disconnected from living the forest. Really a beautiful place, welcoming, comfortable, with everything you need to rest carefree in the middle of a reservation full of places to tour, the attentive host. The cabin full of details to live a unique experience from the music Carlos shares in his cabin, to the books the view everything! 1000% recommended.

Nice place, very quiet, the host is always willing to help us, very friendly, it is close to the road so access is easy, close to business, although in the cabins themselves they sell exquisite bread, we would return delighted.

The cabin is located in front of the Huequecura beach, with a private access to the lake. You have to climb a small hill but it's no problem. Therefore, for those who are looking for a place to be without having to move to go to the lake, this is a very good option. The cabin is small, but perfect for couples or up to 3 people. It's complete and beautifully built. Luckily we were hit with good weather, but in case it was cold it had a fireplace that would surely warm up the entire space smoothly. The hosts Fernando and Monica were very attentive and loving. The place where the cabin is is is a plot that shares 3 other guest houses plus a hostel, but it is very quiet so there were no issues to rest. The place is very well cared for and with a lot of greenery. We had a very pleasant and quiet stay. I recommend it 100%

Carlos and Mila are tremendous hosts! They were always very attentive to all our needs and amenities. Very friendly and concerned about our whole family, including our children. They took care that everything was perfect and to explain how it was and the spaces we had available. Effective and very kind communication. The place is perfect for a getaway in contact with nature, and the beautiful animals they care for. It has a playita in the good rio very rich to spend the afternoon. Really exceed all our expectations and 100% recommended.

Laura and her mom welcomed us very well. They were very kind and attentive to any concerns that arose from us. The cabin has a very clean and spacious park, shared. There is a gate that faces the river, it's a nice place. There is also parking to leave the car inside the property. The location of the cabins is about the route and close to the different tourist portals. There are also different markets for food shopping. Would definitely go back! Highly recommend!

We had a great time with my partner. Patricia was very responsive and sent detailed instructions to check in. The cabin is a few kilometers from Futrono, surrounded by vegetation and with a terrace next to a beautiful estuary. It has a private entrance and does not see other houses around. Keep in mind that the mobile internet only works on the balcony due to the location in the creek, but this makes it ideal for disconnecting and enjoying a good book.
