Townhouse holiday rentals in Ramersdorf-Perlach

I stayed at Barbara and Rudi for 5 months, and they were wonderful hosts. They were very respectful towards me and remarkably kept my privacy. Barbara is very thoughtful and kind. She made me feel welcome and helped me with every request. The only downside about the studio apartment is the lack of a sink in the kitchen. Nevertheless, Barabra was happy to wash the dishes for me. It is very recommended if you're looking for a pleasant home in Erding

It’s a cozy place only 20mins from downtown and very close to a subway station. The room is nice and cozy and Christel is a great host.

A fantastic place to stay. Carols daughter Petra was extremely welcoming and gave some great recommendations. Although the decor is tastefully dated you had everything you need and loads of space, the river was just amazing too.

We spent a family holiday there with 2 children, grandma and aunt. The property was ideally suited for this. Sonja and her family are very kind and straightforward. We enjoyed our stay.

I only wanted to book at short notice because of any bad weather, as I arrive by car - Elisabeth responded immediately to my request. I was at her for the second time and am extraordinarily satisfied. She is accommodating, the arrangements are clear, she is open and personally engaged. Again, everything was perfectly prepared. I will be happy to be a guest at her place again.

Thomas is highly recommended as a host, everything went smoothly and Thomas was very hospitable. The room is clear, the bed is very cozy, the bathroom is clean and I also liked the offer for small drinks. An absolute recommendation for visits to Therme Erding.

Ursula and Klaus are wonderful hosts. They were incredibly accommodating with regards to the ever-changing, nebulous schedule I presented them with (I really do apologize, sorry). Parking was a bit tricky, but I was given clear instructions and ultimately had no issues, Ursula and Klaus will definitely make sure you're able to find a spot :) What you see in the booking details give a good idea of what it is like in person. It was quite a valuable find! It is a very nice area with a bike path nearby that I walked along a few times, also very nice.

Incredible host! Manuela, her husband and her son were very polite and friendly! They helped in everything my husband and I need it. I saw them basically in our first day, the others we were most of the time out (Orktobefest - by the way we loved!). As Manuela previously mentioned, we have to walk 10 minutes from the station (S7) and it's a little far from Munich Old Town (about 30 minutes, what I knew it before I booked with Manuela). Bed was comfy, room very good with mini fridge and coffee machine. And also she gave some candie, cookies and one Orktobefest beer can. Also in our last day, the bus was very early and no S7 available that time. So Manuela's husband took us to the nearest station with tram available. So sweet from them! :) Everything was perfect, we loved!

I had a great stay at Romana's. The room was perfect and so peaceful, I always had a great night's sleep. Romana was also really helpful with suggestions on the local public transport and things to do. Overall, I had an amazing time and would love to stay again.

The place, a townhouse, situated in a quiet and peaceful suburb of Munich, a little way out from the city centre but with good access to a local underground station, the tram/bus system and nearby shops. Homely feel to the place as it is the owner's main residence (from which he absents himself during the letting out period). Terry, the friendly proprietor, was quick to answer questions and was there to greet us for a friendly chat and help with orientating ourselves around Munich (we were there for Oktoberfest 2024)

Wonderful stay. So comfortable, clean and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and liked the burger restaurant nearby too!
