the place is the same as the pictures, very pretty and spacious. its pet friendly, so we also could bring our 2 dogs🐶 the team was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. there were a few hiccups but they provided fast response and resolution for the issues. due to an issue we ended up moving to the 2nd floor. when i noticed i lost my hair clip in the morning before checking out, i asked to help check to see if it was on the 3rd floor. then the staff sent me my hair clip less than 5 mins after my report👏🏻🙏🏻 for my fam, the con is the access. the location is nice, but the access are alleys on very steep hills. if you dont mind that, then this place is the right one for you:)

The guest service has been very responsive and helpful since we made the booking. Our highlight of the stay was definitely the heated pool! We all loved it! The bed and pillow were good, firm and nice. There's complimentary beverages and snacks which is nice. Anytime there's technical issues the guest service promptly sent help. The warm water in the jacuzzy sadly was not working, otherwise it will add on to the fun. Kitchen appliances were quite complete, they just don't have steamer and collander. Since the place is way up high, it is recommended to bring ingredients to cook, because it's not easy to get food delivered up. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

This place truly felt like home! The kids absolutely loved the jacuzzi and the bathtub – they had so much fun! The facilities were not only complete but also spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. We especially appreciated how pet-friendly the property is, as it made the whole family, including our furry friend, feel welcome. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! All was great, host was very responsive and helpful. One suggestion - you should’ve provide some fork as basic utensils. Looking forward to stay at another cottonwood properties!

It’s a nice place for shortage vacation, with beautiful surround and the weather quite cool.Especislly we are allowed to bring our pets. Recommended place for family who wants have staycation in Bandung👍👍

Perry's condo was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. The place provide kitchen enough to cooked a meal for my 2 years old. It is clean, easy to find parking, close to the city and had a nice air. We love the place, and happy to returns in the future. thank you for being a great host.
