The apartment is clean and true to the images! The perfect location for a first stay in Rio, favorite!!!!!

Great stay in a prime location in Leblon. Right next to the main bars, walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. Safe area to be at. Paula was a great host and super flexible with checkin/out as well as easy to communicate.

Maria Cecília was a great host, she was super flexible when it came to check in and stay. Super clean and organized great apartment, bedding and smelling towels. Everything perfect, it would definitely come back more often.

Gos liked the apartment. There were all intensilios in the kitchen to be able to make a meal. Tbm has a filter that helps a lot for water. The excellent air-conditioning, served us a lot, which in RJ is no longer luxury but a need. My son slept on the sofa bed in the living room and it is very comfortable, and the double bed wastima tbm. For those with a child the condominium has children's toys and game tables that make a difference, apart from the pool that is too cool. A single caveat would be only in relation to the cleaning, that when I went to use the microwave I ended up pulling it a little bit unintentionally and behind it was very dirty/dusty, like Tbm behind the sofa; tables in the living room, and underneath the home theater, and as we are little allergic we sneezed a little bit. Out of this detail, I have nothing to complain about. We served very well.

All I can say is WOW! Marcus was the most incredible host I ever had! He was very responsive to any issues and handled them quickly and professionally. He was always proactive to ensure that my stay was amazing. The place itself was awesome with a fantastic view with everything I needed at my fingertips. I felt right at home from the moment I stepped into the apartment… I will definitely be back! Yay! 😁

This was the perfect Airbnb apartment. It is only a 9—to 10-minute walk from Ipanema Beach and about a 1-minute walk to the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas and its beautiful park. It's beautifully furnished, with fast internet. Étina was kind enough to let us know that if there were to be any problems with noise she would gladly let us go and return the money for the days we didn't use (we were coming from another Airbnb where noise was a huge problem). That wasn't necessary, as the apartment was very quiet. We were very happy there and would highly recommend it.

Great host who’s very responsive. The building staff are nice as well. I was comfortable, felt safe, and didn’t need anything that wasn’t provided.

Great apartment in the heart of Leblon. This was my wife and my first time in Rio and we could not have stayed in better area. We could walk to the beach, the must see sights area close and there are many restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend to any first time visitors to Rio.

The apartment is just like you can see in the photos and in an excellent location, very nice neighborhood. The comfort of the condominium is remarkable, also like the 24/7 security of the condominium. Bruna was always very responsive to our queries. 100% recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was clean, well equipped and in an excellent location, very close to the beach. There are several restaurants, bars and bakeries around, which made the experience even more convenient. The only observation is that the air conditioning makes a lot of noise, but overall, it was a great stay!

Very good stay. The place complies but what we liked the most was the complex. Very complete: with restaurant, pool, easy beach access by ferry (15 min walk), gym, and spaces to relax. We highly recommend staying there. For us it was very cute. The super friendly staff.

This place is great! I loved my time here! I stayed here for one month, it’s small but it accommodated my needs. I love the host, this was the best place, the host stocked the apartment with some snacks, beer , water and placed soap bar in the shower. I been traveling in South America for a year now, other Airbnb only give bare minimum. Also the bed was very comfortable! He even offered cleaning. I didn’t use the free cleaning service I was there only one month. The WiFi is good also. This apartment good for solo traveler!

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. The leisure area is sensational, in addition, a good location of access to the beach (balca - 10m) between points 5 and 6. The huge bed and the beautiful side view. Easy check in and flexible check-out according to availability and dealings with the host, who is also very attentive. We love Rio and this region of the flat is always a good option for those looking for good location and security, especially for those looking for full leisure (beach, swimming pool, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping malls).
