The apartment was in a great locations and close to all the amenities including Resturants and parks. Great views from the balcony . Angy responded to our concerns fast and we had a great few days in Quito.

Joel was an outstanding and reliable host! I had a change of plans due to uncontrolled circumstances and Joel was more than flexible and willing to assist me with my situation. The apartment is beautiful and well kept. The view and lighting that enters the apartment is unmatched. This will be our stay for all our future trips to Quito.

Great location, modern studio, and easy communication with the host

the apartment was clean and had what you need. the view was very good, and had all the restaurants and malls was. really pleasant my stay. the security all very friendly in reception, always ready to help. Daniela was very cordial and always attentive to any concerns. recommended this place. it is located a few steps from la Carolina park and the area is super nice. downstairs she enjoys fabulous breakfasts in Cyrano, and although in the apartment there was no sugar, for coffee, I quickly got it because there was a micromarket below the building in front. Thank you for everything Daniela.

This lodging place, is located outside the city, provides a quiet retreat from urban noise and chaos. We felt entirely at home. The property is located within a secure complex, very safe and with a great view of Ibarra. Jorge and Gaby were exceptional hosts, very kind and helpful. The house is clean, cozy and elegant. We will certainly come back.

Great atmosphere! The house was lovely and exactly as described and shown in photos. Host was very quick when responding back to any questions I had. Safe location as well and only 20 minutes or less from La Mitad Del Mundo ! Will definitely go back!

Andrés was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Being able to use the washing machine and kitchen was great, and the big grocery store (Mega Maxi) in walking distance was a huge plus. He was very helpful and responsive to our requests. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice and clean place, same as photos, with many activities to do in the same building. Next to shopping mall, you just cross the street and you arrive. Also Nathaly answered really fast when we had questions.

Fantastic hosts, excellent communication, the apartment is exactly as described, and looks exactly the same as the pictures. Wonderful hosts and we’re very helpful on a number of occasions, came back to me as soon as I had messaged. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has more amenities than any other apartment I’ve ever stayed in Quito . A truly wonderful experience.
