Chácara in a condominium with a 24-hour entrance. With fiber linenet. House with a fantastic architectural design, with lagoon on the grounds! Two en-suites, one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine with balcony! 2 bathrooms. Washing machine. Refrigerator and freezer in the service area. BBQ. Gazebo with vines! Hammock! A place to be happy! We received a small pet! And we charge a fee of R$100.00.

Excellent comfortable, spacious and airy apartment, whether for work or pleasure. Close to the center (5 minutes), close to the market , cinema and food court and the headquarters of COAMO. Safe place, close to the battalion and with covered and closed garage for 1 car.
